NEW POSSIBILITIES FOR WELFARE, VITALITY AND HEALTH

CHANGE, SO BEAUTIFUL LIKE AUTUMN LEAVES

The changes of seasons are a metaphor of the ever-constant change in our lives. At a certain level we know that changes are necessary. We want, we work and we wait for a change, while unconsciously we resist it. We may find ourselves attached to what is most familiar to us even if it is not really comfortable. Thus, we are supporting our back pain, knee pain, or “pain in the
neck". How can we truly move towards change and welcome it?

Once you know what you do, you can do what you want.
- Moshe Feldenkrais, DSc

ABM TRANSFORMATION MOVEMENTS

The Anat Baniel Method (ABM) is an evolution of the pioneering method developed by Moshe Feldenkrais.

ABM is based on cutting-edge scientific research in the field of neuroplasticity and on the understanding of how our

Brain learns and transforms our body, mind and spirit.

Thousands of people, in the search for alternative / complementary approaches to conventional medicine, to physical training, to

Physical therapy programs and conventional ways to help children with special needs have used ABM with large

results. *

Anat Baniel is recognized worldwide for his technique and his successes in his work with people with different needs including his extraordinary

I work with children. Your program is designed to pass these techniques to your students, who benefit from their almost thirty years of experience

and that of his group of professors, in private practice and in teaching.

JUAN CARLOS CONCHA (Concepción? Chile)

Being a professional musician, I received direct instruction in Taoist Health Arts by Master Moy -Lin Shin. Since then (1986) I have taught

Tai Chi Taoist for over 25 years in Spain and Europe. Following the advice of those who taught me and with the need to better understand the

paths of health, I started and completed studies of Zen Shiatsu - Oriental Medicine and Osteopathy. I'm currently finishing my

ABM training with Anat Baniel, who has encouraged me to start offering Transformation Movements Lessons and explain their

concept here in Spain.

My practice today is increasingly focused on making it emerge and support the innate strength and intelligence that regulates our health. With that

also facilitate that people reconnect with parts of them that they had forgotten or absent and access levels closer to their

authentic potential

TRANSFORMATION MOVEMENT LESSONS (TMLs)

“Through the movement with attention we can re-create our

way of thinking, feeling, learning and acting in the world. ”

“…… And ultimately, the change can only be ours.”

Through organized sequences of movements, paying full attention and noticing what he feels, the student is guided gently in

an authentic exploration that puts you in touch with the new, in a direct sensory experience, free from the mastery of words and concepts.

In this intimate space, the student is invited to reduce effort, reduce speed and enjoy the smoothness of his movement. Is

encouraged to try other ways of performing the movement and to notice the differences.

These and other instructions are part of the concept that Anat Baniel, creator of ABM *, calls "The Nine Essential Qualities." The use

of these qualities is based on the understanding of how the brain forms patterns of posture, movement, thought, beliefs and emotions -

Good and bad - and how to change them.

The ABM, both in its movement lessons and in its individual sessions, considers and implements that “invisible” element that is of

the highest importance in our ability to reverse our deterioration process with age: THE QUALITY with which we move,

We think and feel.

This method, which uses our innate resources to maintain health and vitality, is based on the latest findings that establish that

poorly organized movements, limiting beliefs and the absence of continuous learning (such as that of children) are the causes

most common stiffness, discomfort, pain and injury, in addition to accelerating deterioration and aging.

Since it is the brain that organizes our movements, thoughts and feelings, these Lessons of Movements

Transformation supply our brain with the information and experiences it needs to continue forming new and better

patterns.

BENEFITS THAT ARE ACHIEVED WITH THE PRACTICE OF TMLs:

• Reduction or disappearance of pain

• Injury prevention

• Performance improvement in athletes, musicians, actors and dancers.

• Reduction of symptoms associated with aging.

• Improvement and acceleration in rehabilitation.

• Expansion of well-being and vitality.

• Improvement of thinking and self-awareness
