1. FEAR OF LONELINESS

There are two options that can be considered :
The first is that the ego works in its banal cause of making you believe that you are really alone, that you are united with others, in order to feel protagonist of life and find the recognition, at all levels you can imagine, in the family, in the couple, in the group of friends, at work and in society.
The second option is that the Spirit wishes you to remember that you are part of a Totality. That you are always united to the integrating energy of God, which is manifested in an inner flame that you possess, a light that you must expand .

When you give strength to that inner light, you begin to look with the eyes of your heart and begin to be aware that you always have company. It is the company with your inner being and with your Supreme Creator. You will come to understand that loneliness is a wonderful opportunity of life to share with yourself; and just at this moment, those people who will vibrate with your own tune will begin to appear.

2. FEAR OF THE SCASEZ

Overcoming the fear of being scarce, without money or opportunities to be increasingly abundant, requires a job with yourself.

You should give yourself the opportunity to consider that your emotions feel that desire to deserve the best for your life . The feeling of victim is a sign that the phantom of fear is invading you.
There is a seven-letter word that, when you repeat it, begins to clarify the state of abundance you have today. This word is Thanks .

When you thank for all that you have at this moment and for what will come to you, you begin to be perceivable of all the things that God offers you every day . Thank you God for opening your eyes this day, for being able to breathe one day. Thank you for the bed where I sleep, for the situations that seem adverse; but they leave me wisdom. Thank God for the smile that person I don't know gave me. Thank God for having a job, for the hot food, for the cup of coffee. Thank you and, in a short time, all your wishes will begin to materialize .

3. FEAR OF THE DISEASE

Disease is an imbalance of your state of consciousness. When you start feeling weak, it is clear that you lost your inner strength. "Disease" is a Latin word composed "in-firmus", which means "Without Firmness".
If you start eradicating self-blame, you will be leaving the prisons of mental sabotage and free yourself from these bonds.

The philosopher Plato said: " healthy mind in healthy body ." Think positive about yourself.
The disease is spread, harming another being, as it can spread health.
Reconcile yourself with the past, forgive intimately in your heart all the events of pain and fill your heart with joy, forgiveness and peace .

Remain silent too, because God will speak to you in this space of meditation.
The remedy for illness is Love. You will realize that, of all medications, love also creates addiction. Become a "love addict", fill yourself with love, since no one can grant what you do not have, give love and you will receive in return love.

You will be increasingly healthy and full of vitality. The world needs you to be healthy, in order to fulfill your role of being a change manager on this planet, who needs to heal your soul.

If there is anything we can be sure of is that, when God disposes, we will start from this life, not before or after. When the doctor gives us the first spanking to start breathing, the countdown is activated; that tick that tells us that we are going towards the day that we should "stop". That is why life is a constant "Pre-stop", that is, an invitation to transcend every moment lived, until it is your turn to "stop."

4. FEAR OF DEATH

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine that a week ago you have died and that you are in the cemetery visiting your own grave. You look at your tombstone and read your name, your dates of birth and departure from this world. Next, think about what the phrase humanity would write about you, in your own tombstone :

What would they say about you? What did you fail in many areas of your life ?; That people thank you for leaving, because you made their lives bitter ?; o What do you feel deeply about your departure and that you left an empty space in humanity, which nobody can ever fill? What did you give? What did you give up? What did you donate Who did you help? What did you deprive yourself of?

Write on paper that is what you want to be engraved on the stone, when you leave this world . Work, day after day, to get closer to this statement you declare.
The fear of death is overcome, when your goal is to project yourself in the Transcendence of your surrender, kindness, generosity, detachment, altruism, love of neighbor, ability to strip you, without conditions, without waiting for retributions, that will live in memory and hearts of those who made contact in life and made you happy.
