I am an optimist by birth. I've always taken pride in that attitude. Do not believe that I do not face bad moments. I have them, but I generally change to a better mood. The first years of my life were so optimistic that I blocked all negative thoughts. He was also very good at denying conflicts. If I faced a situation that could seriously affect me, I tried to relieve it. That way, I had time to process my thoughts and emotions. That way of life passed me his bill of payment after his thirtieth birthday. With Steve's support, I went to a counselor. Remember, I was someone who denied the problems and was raised in a family that never discussed their problems with others. I love my family but with them I could not maintain an open communication.
It is very gratifying to look back at my life and see how much I have grown in all areas. I feel lucky because when I married Steve I also became part of his family, they were open in expressing their feelings and really supported each other. I learned with your support, and especially with Steve's, to assume my power and recognize who I really am. Every day I enjoy the process of understanding the multiple levels of my personality. In the instant that I think I have come to know myself, I am faced with an important spiritual growth. I can hardly keep up with my own pace!
Today, when I face a situation for the first time, I know that I have the option of choosing how to perceive it. I keep my positive attitude, but I keep my balance. I like to compare life with a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs, its twists and turns and we always travel at high speed. You can hold the bar that holds you tightly to your seat, scream in horror the entire duration of the trip and feel dizzy and scared. Or you can raise your hands very loudly while screaming laughing with joy and joy. For me life is an adventure.
