We assist you with pleasure since WE are YOU. Do you remember your reality as an Arcturian? You have written frequently as if we were above you in some way, but we wish to remind you that we are INSIDE you. Above and below are three-dimensional terms based on space / time.
Our reality is multidimensional and based on the time that is NOW and the space that is HERE. Therefore, you do not need to go up, down, or even inside or outside. You simply need to be aware of your Multidimensional I. When you are aware of your constant connection with "All That Is, " you are in HERE and NOW.
Let your thoughts travel through your Multidimensional Mind, not above but within the core of your brain. Allow your emotions to travel through your heart so that you remember that your emotions are not within your aura but within your core. When you remember that ALL your thoughts and emotions arise from your core, you realize that you can only respond to yourself, to your self.
Your 3D brain puts thoughts and emotions out of your core, so they appear to be "not you." Due to this erroneous location, those of us using human vehicles often feel as if our thoughts and emotions arise as a response. to something or someone outside of us. If YOU are the creator of your reality, and certainly they are, how is it that the tools of your creations (thoughts and emotions) can originate outside of YOU?
Once you assume full responsibility for the fact that every thought and emotion that appears to originate from "some other person" is simply a reflection of what is happening within you, then you regain your Mastery over your energy field. Conversely, as long as they continue to allow themselves to "react" instead of "taking responsibility for" every thought and emotion, they are operating from their earthly vehicle instead of their Multidimensional I.
We know how huge a change in consciousness is required to assume a FULL responsibility for every thought and every emotion registered by your conscience. But which of the myriad versions, including those of your physical "I", is the source of that inner creation? In other words, at what frequency of YOU have been assigned to be the creator of your reality? Have you assigned that creation to the expression of 3D, 4D or 5D and beyond your I?
You are a great multidimensional being that resonates through all dimensions to the Source to flow in myriads of realities in myriad dimensions. But where is the Source, and where are all these dimensions? Yes, they are beginning to understand us now. After all, they are inside. YOU are a portal through which the energy fields of Multidimensional Light and Unconditional Love flow from the Source to Gaia and then go back
Have you ever realized how important you are? Even when standing still, sleeping, driving in traffic, swimming in the ocean, paying your bills, arguing with a loved one, walking in nature, looking at the sky, YOU are a living portal of Light! In fact, each person, place, situation and thing serves as a portal through which the Multidimensional Light of the ONE can flow in order to experience creation.
Are you now beginning to understand its great importance? Can you now realize that your physical vehicle is merely a package for the energy field that YOU are? This package was created from the elements of the environment in which you created your body. YOU are vital to Gaia because you are remembering that your Primary Mission is to open your portal and allow Multidimensional Light and Unconditional Love to flow through your center. As this Light and Love flow through you, please remember to place them in the body of Gaia.
If they do not settle this enormous energy field, it will be too intense for their earthly vehicle and could cause a short circuit in their systems, which are important for the survival of their body.
