WEEKLY MESSAGE FROM AUGUST 1-7, 2010
Many of you are feeling that the heaviness you have been experiencing for many months is leaving you; and again you are able to feel joy, happiness and well-being. You have long struggled with your essential problems and now that you have courageously had the will to experience your main fears and problems, it is time to let go and move forward. There is much that is waiting to be discovered by you, all your innate talents and abilities that have been waiting just below the surface of your thoughts. It is time to return to explore your unique individuality and your majesty. Each of you is an impressive and powerful Being; and it is time for you to reconnect with yourself and with what you really are.
Every situation and every problem you are confronted with gives you an option to choose; either deepen directly in the experience or stay behind; Go inside and discover the root of the problem or challenge and decide to take the upper path. This can be difficult when those whom you love are involved; and distancing yourself from them can keep you detached from the drama that is unfolding around you. Stay centered, Dear ones; and have faith in your own abilities and intuition. You know the answers; and they are inside you. Spend time being in meditation, or simply spend quiet time in nature; and let us feel anything that needs to be expressed through you. This is very useful to get a more accurate perspective of your situation.
Humanity as a whole is becoming more self-conscious and many people across the planet are questioning those who have the authority; and they want better things in their lives than they thought they could get. While more and more people begin this exploration of their most intimate thoughts and feelings, they will begin to make more relevant choices, being more responsible and knowledgeable about the effects of those choices on those around them. This will create transformations in the minds and hearts of all who go through this process; which is not easy, as you know. The most important thing to remember is that Love is the answer in any situation or problem, because the end result is that Love is all that exists. Sometimes, what is needed is the Love of the Self.
Practice focusing permanently on what you want in your life, every day and every day, because this is what will help in its creation. Use your visualization skills to create mental films that you can repeat again and again, knowing that you are creating the life and circumstances of your choice. If you find yourself being 'stuck' in a routine of negative thinking, identify these recurring thoughts and create a substitute; and replace the negative with the positive, even when it becomes natural for you and it is safe to involve your emotions in the process, because it is the experience of the feelings of the result you want, which will bring you more quickly and easily. Start with a small project and when you succeed in it, your confidence will grow until you become adept at the process of creative visualization.
You who have been in the trenches of the Ascension process, are approaching the fruition of your efforts; So don't lose hope or faith. Keep moving forward! Possibly you are achieving more than you know in your present moment; and what is required of you is to persist and never give up. Each of you has the Ascended Host at your disposal and we are very pleased to be of service. I know that this is something I have told you many times, but it is true; and it is also true that you, Beloved, are so absorbed in your earthly lives that you often forget to ask us; and we have to count on your request before we can take the step of giving assistance; so please, once again, we say: Just ask us!
