Lesson 28: Be Vulnerable With Yourself

  • 2013

It's about letting people see who they really are.

They've been hiding, dear friends. From the beginning, from the moment they found themselves in a vacuum, they have been hiding. You have feared letting anyone see within you, because you feared they would see your shame and think less of you. So finally humans are starting to learn that to love someone you have to be vulnerable.

Dear creators, in your relationships with others, one of the concepts discussed in recent years is the concept of vulnerability. Because to be in a relationship with another person, they must be vulnerable. But what does that mean?

Some people think that one essentially lies down and lets others trample on him. Dear friends, that is not vulnerability. That is power feeding. That is self disappointment, and that is denial of all that they are.

The real vulnerability is about being shown. It's about letting people see who they really are.

Oh, they've been hiding, dear friends. From the beginning, from the moment they found themselves in a vacuum, they have been hiding. You have feared letting anyone see within you, because you feared they would see your shame and think less of you. So finally humans are starting to learn that to love someone you have to be vulnerable.

Oh, that raises questions. It raises fear. It makes your shame arise. And you know where we are going with this, dear friends, because to love each other, to be in a relationship with yourself, you have to be vulnerable. They have to let everything they are shine, and shine on the world without excuse, without apology. And they have to let their darkness shine, along with their greatness.

You could say, how can your darkness shine? Wouldn't that be the opposite of darkness?

And we say, get out of your mind. We say, when you let your darkness shine, when you let it be seen along with all the rest of you, you will shine more brightly in the world than you have ever imagined!

Because dear friends, without your darkness you cannot be complete. Until you are willing to let everything you see, especially for you, you can be a creator. And they cannot serve the world or humanity.

Oh, that doesn't mean they need to gossip to everyone about all the bad things they've done. No dear friends, the one who needs to see all that they are is their own self. The one they need to be really vulnerable with is their own.

They could say, Well that's easy, I know how bad I am.

No dear friends, you have been hiding from that for eons! Oh, they have a notion of it, so they've been hiding. They have been pulling him away, trying hard not to look at him.

But dear friends, it's time to look. It is time to love him. It's time to let yourself be recognized that there was a reason for all those things. It is time for you to let yourself have the gifts that have been given in those parts of you, because they are many and they are great.

It's time to open up to you, dear friends, and say, This is who I am, and I'm proud of me!

Then you will begin to fall in love with yourself. Then you will begin to see the greatness of it all, and the perfection of it all.

As long as they don't look, everything is simply a lot of shame accumulated in a dark corner. But when you allow the light of your consciousness to shine on it, dear friends, you will discover the most precious parts of you. And you will fall in love with yourself.

So open your hearts, dear friends. Open your hearts to all that you are.

Because you are so great, and you are so magnificent! And each one of those things you are so ashamed of has added a color, dear friends, that makes you so beautifully beautiful!

Open your heart See the beauty of all that they are!

We are complete
