This book was born in order to provide a different view on relationships, about how to deal with conflicts and their solutions from a more subtle and profound approach at the same time. The objective of focusing on the couple is given because, after the individual, it is the smallest social cell and from which the large network is generated. Healing this cell is essential to imagine an awake and respectful society, where relations between human beings arise from the true aspects of Being, enhancing the capabilities of all individuals and tuning social development to the purpose of life that each one brought to this world.

The book talks about the energy movement within the couple, how to become aware of ourselves and be able to cut with old relational patterns that slow our evolution. He explains techniques to learn how to charge ourselves with energy by our own means and move towards well-being and happiness. He also reflects on the sacred sense of sexuality and how to achieve an exchange of harmonic energy with the couple in order to create conscious relationships based on respect, clarity and true love. It is about broadening our perception and assuming that we are multidimensional beings with an energetic structure that surpasses the physical body. When we anchor this reality in our lives we are faced with the great possibility of relating consciously to our partner from this multidimensional aspect. In doing so, we are able to connect with true love and detach ourselves from the gaze of the character, of the ego, which generally potentiates conflicts rather than fostering the healthy resolution that benefits both of them.
