It can be said that modern man goes through life without really perceiving it. If people living in areas of high air pollution are taken as an example, such as industrial complexes and large metropolises, they say that over time they no longer feel the bad smell in the air or become uncomfortable with irritation in the eyes. Due to this gradual accommodation, the processes of physical degeneration become chronic and the superior development of the external and internal senses is limited.
By guiding life in immediate action, considering only personal well-being, many human beings fail to capture what really happens inside and around them. They may be in an environment in which subtle planes are a powerful dynamo of cosmic energies, but they do not realize those imperceptible aspects either. Because they are not in tune with the frequency emitted by these energies, they are not consciously touched by their radiations.
The improvement of the ability to relate in a clear way with these vibrations can be compared to the tuning of a radio device: to receive certain signals, it is necessary that it is on the correct frequency. How can an individual contact spheres of divine life if he restricts his realization to the human sphere, focusing primarily on himself and his ideals? Therefore, the authentic evolutionary work consists in the alignment of consciousness with transcendent values.
However, it should be remembered that, in the same way that radio devices can be tuned to different frequencies, consciousness can change tune and contact sources that transmit higher stimuli. The attraction of the inner nuclei, polarized in higher planes, is what promotes change. When it occurs, consciousness is faced with a test: it can be integrated into the vibration that is being revealed to it or remain in the old frequency. Aids to evolve are always offered, but it is up to the conscious self to accept them or not.
