Feel like they need to hold their breath? May was a pressure cooker in many ways with a built energy that made us press the buttons and forced us to look at the "truth" of ourselves. At times we felt as if we were spinning our wheels and nothing happened - however we were doing everything "correctly so to speak."

May gave us an opportunity to examine our "internal optimist" and clarify any persistent fear hanging in the shadows. Once again we were presented with a great opportunity to move forward with a new foundation, provided we were not sabotaging ourselves with old patterns. If you had the need to reexamine some old issues, it is a great time to hit the jump in June!

During the month of May I had the wonderful opportunity to teach workshops in London and Belgium. It was so pleasant to put faces to names, meet and connect with the soul family. No matter where we are physically on our beloved planet - we are connected and experiencing similar personal journeys. A deep and meaningful THANK YOU to everyone who participated and welcomed me with hearts so loving and pure.

May felt like a roller coaster ride and June will be flying high and sliding in the water from above. June will feel as if things open up and obstacles are removed - in stipulations - where we are communicating our deepest truth in our intentions and interactions with others.

Communication is the soul of all our relationships - the first and most important is one, with ourselves. Fear permeates our communication and creates illusions with our own internal dialogue. The way we communicate with ourselves is the starting point of how we communicate with ALL others.

Is there a real and deep truth for your internal dialogue about your true emotions and desires? Are the words you pronounce and share with yourself and others compatible with the energy behind the words? How many times have you seen that a comment that seemed innocent from one person creates a passionate reaction in another? The words were not necessarily at stake - but the energy that was sent behind those words did.

Transparency in our communication is compatible with energy with our words. We are at the point of our spiritual evolution that true impeccability with our communication is not only essential but also a demanding part and requires a complete renewal of our old ways and patterns. The first five months of 2009 have been the foundation of energy for this.

Each relationship will require a grounding of true communication and transparency so that the highest frequency and vibration have an entry point. The days of energy games and of hiding behind the empty truth are over.

We do not think frequently about this aspect of communication, however it is through transparent and sincere communication with ourselves that we can act to heal existing relationships and create new ones. When we truly communicate with ourselves on ALL levels, we can observe and feel the communication that is being shared by others. We will know without asking when words say one thing and energy another. Decisions and agreements will be much easier to plan with others.

The energy of June will open many layers of communication that can be made accessible and that may have been a burden of old patterns. Naturally, this can be challenging as we face some moderate situations of ourselves - however this is a bridge to higher dimensional communication.

Beyond the 3rd. Dimension, communication is telepathic, true and heart-centered. We are being provided with tools to take the necessary steps to expand this aspect of ourselves. Each of us exists in all dimensions at all times and our higher dimensional selves require transparent and true communication here and now so that we can have access to more wisdom than each one has.

The aspect of linear time here in the 3rd. Dimension has been a deep learning ground for cutting our communication. The time lag between thinking and manifestation was long enough for us to learn the skills to be aware and know what we are creating. The next step is now in the transparency of our communication and manifestation.

Every cell in our body receives and interprets our thoughts and the energy behind the words. Many of us have been trained in the use of affirmations that are a wonderful way to start changing negative patterns. For affirmations to be an effective tool now - words must be compatible with their inner truth and energy.

June will incite some uncertainty in some and give its initial thrust full of opportunities to others. If you are feeling like you are walking with difficulty on a hill of mud, then June will give you the energy and introspection towards the truth of what you can To be that difficulty. It is vital that we do not judge but that we are in a state of gratitude for the opportunity to find the solution.

The June energy waves will be filled with action energy - for some this will be a welcome relief, for others it can be overwhelming. Although this in itself is a polarity, the truth is that each of us carries a different level of emotional maturity and well-being. For some this energy will be an intoxicating look at the old behaviors and communication patterns.

Stagnant relationships in the old patterns will change, evolve or possibly end. Nothing new there ... that has been going on for months.

New opportunities will be available for everyone to release fear and communicate from the heart. This is a work in progress and will continue for the rest of 2009. We continue to recalibrate the deepest parts of ourselves, therefore changing our perception and truth. We are taking more great steps in our vibration master is an exciting and intimidating time.

Physically the next few weeks can be challenging. Our nervous systems will feel amplified in this energy. Most of us have an energized system to begin with and this added energy can cause emotions of anxiety, fatigue, headaches, pain in the body, depression, irregularities in the dream to name only a few symptoms. Each and every one of us is different and tuning in with our body is always better, anyway make sure you are eating enough minerals, digesting your food properly, moving the body while you can and keeping your immune system strong, all this will help you To feel in balance.

HEAVENLY ALIGNMENT

Full Moon June 7 this moon of illumination focuses on communication and how it affects all aspects of our lives. This moon will illuminate the beliefs we have created in our communication patterns.

Solstice June 20. In the northern hemisphere this is the summer solstice, in the south the winter solstice. It is a medium transformation and a favorite of many light and star seed workers. Solstice means remain at the foot of the sun . The Sun rises and sets in the same place on the horizon for three days - seeming to "remain still." The three-day window of the Solstice is powerful and always individual. With the other planetary alignments this Solstice will move us to new energies and directions. Be prepared and open for change.

New Moon - June 22. This new moon will be emotionally intense and will shoot in the foreground and will require transparency in its highest form.

It is important that you remember that as we travel through the energy of June, we, as a collective, are in the middle of an unprecedented change in consciousness regarding our beloved Mother Earth. Our frequency and vibration are accelerating at great speed of light, affecting every tiny living cell in our body and every living thing on our planet.

The changes in energy are palpable for each and every one and most are experiencing stress levels like never before. Many are leaving the planet now through disease or changes in the earth. It is important that you understand that all this is part of our planetary and personal ascension process and that we give light to the new.

Enjoy the coming weeks and feel your heart by initiating a new transparency in communication with ease and grace.
