Greetings, I'm Julian, we're the Arcturians. We enter this period that can be considered as the last part of 2012. We enter a period of acceleration and approach the alignment of December 22 with the Central Sun. There are many guidelines and indications that will be made regarding this time.
I wish first to consider it as a very accelerated time in which they are closer to the 5th dimension. The effective probabilities of the intersection of the 5th dimension with the 3rd dimension increase. It means that there are some preparations and some ideas that you need to review with you. I will review these with many details during this conference and in the days and weeks to come. The first indication I would like to make is related to the alignment with the Great Central Sun of December 22. We have compared this concept with the idea of an eclipse. When an eclipse happens, there are then direct alignments with stellar bodies, these alignments have meaning. The first meaning is that they metaphorically or figuratively represent an energy that is coming or that is being manifested on Earth.
Astrologically this means that a huge influx of light and energy is coming to Earth and that these energies have the potential to create cataclysms, fractures, but this energy also has the ability to create new paradigms. It means that the model, the way in which global systems operate can and will be changed. In fact, from a technological point of view, you will see that some big changes are happening. These changes are comparable to the micro chip revolution that has developed and driven the computational revolution in your society. Your third dimension has created an electronic or digital model that has infiltrated so many of the operational aspects of the 3rd dimension. A higher form of technology is coming to this planet. This technology will be creating many changes on this planet.
Let me say again that an eclipse is a powerful alignment, but an eclipse also creates a period of darkness. You have probably seen photos of eclipses and some of you have directly experienced an eclipse. When the alignment of 2012 comes, and I describe this as an eclipse, there are two aspects of the phenomenon. The first aspect is that the planet will experience high energy and shocking energy from the electrification of the Earth's aura. An electromagnetic load, an electromagnetic change of frequencies accompanies an eclipse.
Certainly there will be an electromagnetic change of frequencies on the planet. In fact, there will be an electromagnetic change in this sector of the galaxy. This electromagnetic change has great significance. It means that this electromagnetic change will open certain portals in hyperspace. Sometimes these portals are called tears in the plot of the space-time continuum. They will become visible and will become more accessible.
So, you see how the alignment with the Central Sun and the Earth affects it, but it will also affect this entire sector of the solar system. Now, the sector or section in which you are inside the galaxy comprises the outermost part of the spiral arm of your galaxy known as the Milky Way. Your section of the galaxy includes the stars they see. It includes perhaps 6, 000 stars that can be seen in the night skies. These night stars include neighboring planetary and stellar systems such as The Pleiades, Arcturo, Sirius and the star system known as Antares. Many of these star systems are over 5, 000 light years away from Earth and are all considered as members of this sector of the galaxy.
There is still no total agreement on this galactic alignment of December 22, 2012. It will be a powerful change, but it is not yet known exactly at what extent this electromagnetic activation will be experienced. The effects may be even longer or wider than the 5, 000 light years to which I refer.
In our perception, what is clear is that the electromagnetic energy known as the alignment of the Central Sun will create a new wave of electromagnetic field waves. These new electromagnetic field waves will be experienced in this sector of the galaxy. These new electromagnetic field waves will include systems of thought particles and new filaments of light field energy. These new filaments will activate and stimulate space-time portals or tears in the space-time plot in this sector of the galaxy. These can be called space-time tears; however, we prefer to call them openings, because when we use the word tear it sounds like it is an error or that there is something wrong that is happening. In truth, tearing is more than an opening. These openings in the plot will allow more visits to Earth from other parts of the galaxy. It will allow greater influx of light and energy from other sections of the galaxy. It means that a huge energy flow will occur. This influx will not come only from the Central Sun. The energies of activation of the electromagnetic light wave will open new corridors of the space-time continuum which will directly result in visits to Earth of beings of higher dimensions . There will be more UFO sightings, more visitors, more direct interactions with these higher beings. This galactic alignment can be a turning point in the dimensional history and experiences of the Earth.
An eclipse creates a period of darkness where light does not reach the space directly experienced by the eclipse. The galactic eclipse is experienced, for a period, directly in your solar system and especially on Earth. This period of darkness can be characterized by a growing difficulty in connecting with spiritual energy and spiritual light. It could also mean that the plot of your dimension may become more unstable.
Remember, your third dimension is now based on a model or paradigm that is digital. It is based on the micro chip. It is based on a computational technology and on the internet. The internet is based on the use of certain electromagnetic energies integrated by satellites. It is well known that this entire internet system is very fragile. It is known that only one major disorganizing solar event would be enough to leave the satellites out of action, which could paralyze the internet and the electromagnetic systems that have become the foundation of this reality
The way to counteract a potential electromagnetic disturbance is to investigate and work with this new paradigm. We Arcturians have been preparing for you this new model. I will explain something else about the new paradigm. I also want to tell you that there is a new discovery, it is a new invention, there is a new tool for this planet that will overtake the micro chip, which will revolutionize the way the planet interacts energetically I am not allowed to give you the name or details of this discovery. However, I do want to tell you that this discovery is an innovation that will revolutionize this planet. Part of the reason why this new invention, an invention that surpasses the micro chip, is able to reach this planet is the vibratory openings that are created due to the alignment of the Central Sun. Vibrating openings create openings in the space-time corridor. These openings of the space-time corridor will allow many different forms of energy to be discharged on Earth. These forms of energy include the appearance of beings of high dimensions. The openings will also allow new thought patterns that will be received through new fields of thought energy due to such new openings. Some of these openings are already being directed to expand. Some are already allowing the sending of new information to those stellar seeds like you. It means that there is a great unlocking for the prophetic vision particularly during the next three months. To increase your receptivity there is a great need to do special spiritual exercises, of which we have spoken, including the flashing. The titration will be more powerful, more direct and will immediately take you to the 5th dimension.
The openings in the space-time continuum, the openings in the corridors, the tear in the plot are indications that the intersection of the dimensions is closer and more powerful. Imagine that the dimensions are each a sphere. They have the 3rd dimension sphere and the 5th dimension sphere. Imagine that the spheres intersect. In order to intercept they put the fabric of the dimensions in great tension. Especially the tension of the lattice of the 3rd dimension creates bumps and also more tears in the energy field of the 3rd dimension.
The energy field of the 3rd dimension must then expand and repair itself to deal with this expansion. This expansion of the energy field of the 3rd dimension on Earth comes just at the time of 12-12-12- and the alignment of December 22. It comes just at the moment when there is a great contraction happening on this planet. This contraction is feeling at the level of all systems. That is to say that this great contraction is affecting the economic climate, the political climate, the religious climate, the social climate and, of course, the ecological climate. This contraction includes the debates we have had about mass extinctions and possible biosphere collapses. It also includes an interesting observation that we would like to make regarding the multiple systems and leaders of this world.
Amazingly, you will see that the leaders themselves will not know what to do. The leaders of this planet, including many of the heads of state and many of the heads of countries will be confused. They will get to the point of saying, well, I don't really know what the answer is. This kind of response will also come from religious leaders, because of the disaster. The alignment of December 22, 2012 will also create a disaster. That is what the Mayans had in mind when they looked to the future. The predictions that this society has received from the Maya have been interpreted in several different ways. The most important interpretation has included the End Times. But, it is not the end of time but the end of an era. It is the end of the employment of the old paradigm. It means that those who adhere to the old paradigm will not know what the answer is.
You know how difficult it is to get out of a model. A paradigm is a belief system but it is also a field of thought energy. A paradigm then creates and works with your belief structure and gives you the model and gives you the tools to make decisions about how to proceed. The paradigm that now operates on this planet is that the Earth has an infinite amount of resources and that people can continue to use those resources according to who has control of everything. Those people who have control will be able to continue owning and dominating the planet. That is the old paradigm. The new paradigm is based on a totally different thinking system. The domination and exploitation of the Earth's resources will no longer work. Some of these catastrophes are closer than you and I would like to admit.
I mention again the nuclear catastrophes that are close since the consumption of energy using nuclear power is creating a greater energy imbalance on the planet. Continue with fast pace. I know that, for example, in some countries in particular decisions are made to stop their nuclear productions. But, as I said before, these intentions as good as they are, have not resulted in any important change. It has worked in some planes but there have been no major changes.
The reason we Arcturians are so worried about this is because nuclear energy and radiation release directly damage the space-time corridors and the space-time continuum around the planet. They damage the Earth's energy field. They damage Earth's aura and also produce holes that lead to the drainage of life force energy known as chi.
The good news is that this paradigm will be solved and there will be a new energy formula, a revolutionary formula for the integration of energy and power that will revolutionize the way the Earth works. The new paradigm has many aspects. The first aspect we always talk about is the Sacred Triangle.
The Sacred Triangle is the integration of the concepts known as Galactic Spirituality and Spirituality of the Native Peoples and the Mystic Spirituality that is the source and conductive energy that exists behind all the most important religions in the world.
This paradigm is going to focus on producing a powerful special energy for Galactic Spirituality. Galactic Spirituality brings new concepts, including new concepts in relationships, new concepts in religion, new concepts in relation to how we see our incarnations and how we see this star family. The star family is the brothers and sisters of the brotherhood of brothers and sisterhood of space that is directly connected to you. You have a link with the galactic brotherhood. This link is part of the new spiritual technology. This bond allows them to experience prophetic visions that are beyond what they can do on their own. This link allows them to gain a better understanding of the concepts of cosmic justice and cosmic karma. This link will help you understand that you, like many of the souls on this planet, have been on other planets and incarnated on other planets. The most important thing is that your true nature is multidimensional.
The paradigm of the existence of many dimensions and multiplicity of kingdoms is revolutionary. The idea that you can experience these multidimensional realms so that that can help you act on this planet is remarkable.
All this leads me to the debate about ascension. Everyone feels that ascension is closer. When I talk about openings in the space-time framework, when I talk about this alignment and this new energy, everyone feels that this naturally leads to the correct conclusion that ascension is near. Many of you want to leave the planet. Many of you are ready to leave. Many of you have reached what I call the end of your rope! It means that they no longer have the desire to continue dealing with these follies in this dimension, because alienation in this dimension is accelerating. The confusion is accelerating. The old ways of doing things are becoming all the more illogical.
There are two points I want to say about you and your ascension. The first is that preparation is of paramount importance. The ascension is a magical moment. Ascension is an immediate experience that is like going on. Strike dramatically, emphatically and immediately. It means that it occurs in a nanosecond, but the nanosecond you experience is based on the Earth's continuum time. The true experience of ascension and the process in the dimensional worlds really has another totally different time frame that is difficult to describe.
You have come to Earth to participate in the ascension. Understand that part of the reality of ascension is the preparation and part of the reality of ascension is that a central group of stellar seeds needs to work with the Earth and its energy field. The idea is that the Earth must be prepared for ascension. There needs to be a foundation, a structural integrity or a structured way of thinking that can support the interaction of dimensions. This interaction of dimensions is part of the ascension experience. The intersection of the dimensions will be dramatic. Some people have compared it to the interaction of matter with antimatter. It is a good comparison since when the matter with the antimatter interact there is an immediate explosion. The interaction of the dimensions at the time of ascension is like an explosion. It is like a huge discharge of energy. The point is that this huge discharge of energy must have a structured base on this planet. You must have a receptacle to hold the energy.
If there is no receptacle, if there is no structure or base, then the energy of ascension cannot be integrated. Part of the idea of ascension is that a certain high level of light and energy will come to Earth. That energy level will remain. Although you are going to leave, although you are going to ascend, the greatest entrance of light and energy that will come to the planet because of the ascension will be integrated into the Earth's energy field.
That's good news. Your soul mission includes being here at that special moment. Your soul mission includes being right on the edge of ascension. It is where we are now. We are right on the edge of the ascent. Therefore, when you are on the verge of ascension, as we are now, you have the unique ability to bring and interact with this special light and energy that is characteristic of the opening of space-time fabric. They have the special ability and high ability to work with 5th dimension energy.
This is really a great paradox. The contradiction is that you are tired and do not want to stay on Earth any longer, you want to leave. At least some of you experience this. The other side is that this moment before ascension is the exact experience that gives them the greatest capacity to perform the greatest work. It gives them the greatest opportunity to connect with the 5th dimension and complete a portion of your soul mission.
This is an interesting contradiction, which can be valued as a time of great spiritual activity. This is a time of great commitment and great power to fulfill the reason why they came here. The reasons why they came here are several. One is to experience the ascent, but the second is to be part of the descent to the planet of the energy of the ascent. Now they are at the exact moment when they can be the most effective lightworkers. Please remember this.
I want to explain that the power of flickering will be more valuable than ever. Titilar is a spiritual exercise in which you accelerate through thought. The vibratory field or the vibratory pulse of your aura increases. By increasing the vibratory pulse of your aura they are able to send your astral body or your ethereal body directly to a corridor and through that corridor they can go to a place of 5 dimension.
The idea of accelerating your energy field is important as the ascent will produce an acceleration of your energy field just as you do when you blink. Ascension energy creates a mechanism through which your energy field accelerates and begins to vibrate at speeds that are much further than they are. accustomed normally.
To prepare the ascent you must get used to accelerating your energy field. They should get used to increasing the pulse of your energy field. The ascent will cause such an increase. If you have never experienced an increase, then you may have difficulty. Some of you may say, well, Julian, I can't do these exercises. I try, but all I get is just the thought. I do not feel the acceleration. My recommendation is to do the exercises only with the mind. Exercises with the mind are useful and will prepare you.
Just think now of your energy field and see your aura and place your aura in the shape of the cosmic egg. Just think about that. It is an important step. Visualize a line around the outer edge of your aura. Visualize that line is pressing. The line presses faster. The outer edge of your aura enters a higher vibratory energy than they can experience. As they experience higher vibrational energy, then they begin to become more aware of their chakras. They open to more of your psychic abilities. Some of your psychic abilities include telepathy and reception. If you wish to channel, or wish to receive messages and work with a prophetic vision, then do this titling exercise, it is useful for that.
When I have talked to you about flashing, I always say that you are going to project to another dimension. I wish that you also understand that you can blink in the place and only remain in the third dimension. But, because they are accelerating your energy field, this begins to open many of the roads to the 5th dimension. Titilar will open many of the chakras and will also activate some exciting healing experiences and psychic experiences that include teleportation, bi-location and psychic healing.
At this time, I will guide you in a brief exercise to accelerate your aura as a basic job to blink. Just think you are blinking. Your energy field flickers because it is vibrating rapidly. When it is vibrating then it starts to flame. Again order your energy field to take the form of the cosmic egg. The cosmic egg shape is a beautiful egg. See the outside line, see the pulse of the line. Then, with my tones, allow your aura to press with the speed of my tone. Taa, taa, taaaa, taaaaa. Ta, ta, ta, ta, taaa. Tatatatatatatata ... ..tatataa ... tatataaa.
We will go to silence as they experience the natural twinkling and acceleration of your aura.
There is a concept in energy work known as the explosion of light, the explosion of high level of energy. It means that in spiritual terminology they can accelerate your energy field from a very slow march to a very high march immediately. Immediately! That is what ascension is. It is an instant and immediate acceleration of your energy field. Therefore, practice the flashing as preparation so you will be accustomed to what it means to go to a higher place instantly.

Ascension codes are based on the idea that you have blockages in your spiritual abilities. They have a blockage about how fast your aura can vibrate. Collective cultural energies impose and lead them to vibrate in a certain range. That rank is part of what you know as collective reality in the 3rd dimension.
Unlocking ascension codes means that you are making your way through that blockage and allowing yourself the ability to vibrate at much higher levels. The words kadosh, kadosh, kadosh, Adonai tzebaoth are special code words that affect the DNA in your transmitting nervous system. It affects the pineal gland. It affects the reticular activation system. Neurologically affects the ability of your neurons to transmit higher frequencies of light and energy.
Remember that the basic idea is that you only use 20% to 25% of your brain capacity in your life. It means that part of your brain's capacity is blocked. Part of your brain's capabilities are multidimensional. Your mind can transcend this reality of 3rd dimension. Your mind is far beyond what they could conceive. Thus, unlocking the ascension codes is as if they were giving instructions to your DNA to open.
Kadoooooooosh, kadooooooosh, kadoooooosh, Adonaiiiiiii, tzevaaaaaooooth. (Tones). May the ascension codes be unlocked in each of you.
Now I want to talk briefly about the prophetic vision. I want to talk briefly about this time that Julian mentioned, because when the plot of the space-time continuum opens, as happens in this moment of alignment, then the opportunity for receiving prophetic vision increases for you. It means they will receive a new flow of ideas. You can receive new energies about how to be a more effective healer, as a person, as a bearer of light and as a member of the stellar family on this planet.
I call on each of you to receive this activation because increasing the ability to blink will also increase your prophetic vision. They will need your prophetic vision in these coming weeks. May the light of the prophet Eliyahu ha Navi, Eliyahu have Naviiiiiii, may the light of Elijah reach each of your auras now, so that they may access your prophetic vision, so that they may connect with the new dimensional openings. Connecting with your prophetic vision means that you can also connect with your higher and multidimensional being. They will also have the ability to blink more effectively and take your being to the 5th dimension.
The ascension comprises two aspects. One aspect is the energy that comes to you. The other aspect is what you are doing with that energy.
Ascension is an interaction between the light that is coming and you and the way you interact and what you do with this light. Elijah made a great preparation. He did a great service. He did a great soul work on this planet. He made great prayers, great meditations and then ascended. Remember this when you think about your ascension. Remember Elijah.
