Have you ever wondered about the divine plan for your Life?

Explore this in a reading for the purpose of the Soul with Saint-Germain.

“Dear Saint-Germain, I am a pastor who enjoys the New Spirituality. But sometimes, it is difficult for me to teach people the truth about their spiritual conscience. This makes me feel mean. Also, when I try to be nice to people, before you know it they are depending on me. I would like to know about my life lesson with this. ”

My good friend, I AM SAINT-GERMAIN. You talk about the lessons for you on this, so one of the first things I would like to do is answer this question. In this life, your Soul is encouraging you to explore, understand and experience your spiritual freedom. This is one of the most important areas of the Soul's purpose for you in this life.

However, one of the biggest challenges you will face in this area is your struggle between dependence and independence. Freedom is very important to you, and for this reason, the burden of commitment may make you feel trapped, or with the desire to move on. You may find yourself being impatient with people who are more cautious than you, and discover that you are abandoning the spiritual values that matter most to you ... values that are expressed in the commitments to the people, places, and projects you undertake. in the life.

You may be impatient with people who do not understand the importance of their spiritual conscience, or who depend on you to save them from their ignorance, because this is really a subject that your Soul causes you to address in this life.

Spiritual Freedom and Self Dependence.

At the beginning of this life, or perhaps in previous lives, you might have paid too much attention to social conventions or society's expectations. It may have been more important for you to "fit in" or be liked, than to assert your own truth or desires. In the process, you could have committed parts of yourself in order to please and satisfy others.

Decision and a willingness to act without hesitation, are qualities that your Soul asks you to develop now. Another issue may be courage and trust, because you don't always feel confident about yourself when faced with the need to act.

In this life, you naturally feel the need to let traditional roles give way to a more exciting, sincere and passionate nature. This IS part of the purpose of the Soul for you. As you dare to move on with what really excites you and speak to your curiosity, you leave behind the parts of you that would prefer to compromise what you want from life, in order to please or dislike others.

You are here to develop a greater sense of inner, spiritual freedom and confidence in yourself, which is a large part of your soul's purpose in this life. And precisely because of this, you will have a natural tendency to seek refuge and isolation away from others. Not wanting to devote too much to social exchange or communication with others.

In fact, this need for spiritual freedom is strongly associated with your desire to maintain your independence and not become attached to others, or that they are too attached to you. You may feel that you are being “mean and have no heart” in this, but at another level you are responding to a legitimate impulse from your Soul.

Live according to the Highest Truths.

You have many associations of past lives in which you sought to live according to the Higher Truths, and now you feel a strong need to do the same. All matters of spirituality have a deep echo of resonance within you.

However, one of the drawbacks is that you can get into situations where your relationships become a victim and savior. In particular, with your chosen approach as pastor, you naturally receive the projections of the members of the congregation who want a spiritual leader to guide and save them. In the same way, you may project an unconscious attitude towards them making them feel that they need this, and that you are obliged to provide them.

This is going to collide with one of the important tasks of the purpose of the Soul in your life, which is to celebrate your spiritual freedom and not fall into this kind of “salvation and rescue.” Attracting people in this way will make you feel overwhelmed. And loaded in life. However, with your public role as pastor, you will feel bad if you are not available to people who want you to guide or save them, whether they are doing it consciously or unconsciously.

Change Your Attitude

Alma's solution to your dilemma has to do with a change in your inner attitude, rather than a change in your outer occupation. Obviously you can choose to give up your position and there is nothing right or wrong with this. Just as there is nothing essentially right or wrong about staying in it. But the real key here seems to be your attitude about your ministry, no matter what role you choose to play.

I would say that it might be useful for you to orient your ministry towards service to others, and not save or rescue them. A service-oriented approach would be less to inspire or communicate higher truths, and more to help people find practical ways to incorporate these truths into their lives. Allowing people to help themselves is not the same as being a substitute savior. Understandably, the latter makes you feel uncomfortable.

Here is something that could help you find a better solution to your situation:

When it comes to communicating the highest truths that matter to you, the best way to teach these truths to others is to make a committed effort to embody them yourself. Teach others with the example of your life.

This is how Jesus, Gandhi and many others have instructed them. They were not allowed to be used or exhausted by others, even when they met their needs. Instead, they were wonderful examples to demonstrate the freedom of the Soul to others, still living with the joys and limitations of human life; and they came here to show others how to do the same.

And I would like to suggest that this is the path that your Soul is offering you, too. Your ministry role can be big or small. But the most important thing to remember is that your internal attitude towards spiritual freedom is the most important of all.

You are deeply loved my friend, I AM Saint-Germain.
