"Regards. We are the Arcturian Council . We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been observing the different ways in which they have been contributing to the advancement and evolution of human collective consciousness, and we must say that from our perspective, they are contributing to a greater extent when they express themselves . When you allow yourself to speak your truth, or create a piece of art, or even when you are only expressing yourself through dance or play, you are contributing a lot.

Many humans are afraid to express themselves as they really are, for a fear of reactions, whether from their parents, friends, colleagues, teachers, and even government officials. There are many beings in your world to whom they cede their power . There are many other humans who are in a position of authority and many humans who are afraid of being who they really are for fear of what might happen as a result. And those fears are really about what has already happened in other lives, but they don't know that.

And in the same way, there are many individuals awake now who are pioneers in terms of their desire to express themselves beyond what might happen if the wrong person or people discovered it. That is the kind of courage that humanity needs right now. Humanity does not need courage in the form of people who are willing to fight using weapons. Humanity does not even need the mass arrests that some people talk about, not to evolve, not to rise. Perhaps what is needed is to make all of you feel safer.

But it is through the expression of what you feel at this time that you are human that gives you permission to be human. And it is through self-expression and courage that they give others permission to be who they are. There are so many aspects of the human condition that have normalized over the years thanks to the brave souls who stood up and said, ' I will be who I am, and I will express how I feel through art and music, through of poetry or through dance ' . There are more and more of you who now feel safe to express who you are.

Even in this form of expression, this act of channeling and exhibiting these transmissions is the way to break the conventions and norms, and we are happy to be part of this channel of self-expression . And we would like to see and hear more about him as an individual, as we are sure that the rest of you would like too. And this is not only true for this particular channel here.

We would like to see and hear more from all of you, and so do the other humans on Earth with you at this time. They have so much to give, so much to express . Do not save anything, for the benefit of anyone. Be true with yourself, and let the pieces fall where they should fall .

We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you. ”
