1 - Start small.

Human auras are more complex, so it can be beneficial to start with something simple. Plants are an excellent start, when it comes to improving aura reading. It is important that the leaves of the plant you choose do not move in the wind, so an indoor plant can make an excellent object of formation .

2 - Adjust your vision.

Sit, relax and concentrate on a point at the top of the floor . Let your eyes go slightly out of focus. If you find this difficult, try to imagine that you are focusing on an invisible leaf, a few centimeters above the top of the plant.

3 -. Perceive

Try to expand your visual perception outward from the proximity of the plant so you can start to see the full aura of the plant. Remember that plants do not have the aura of colors (which is derived from emotional and mental information) like humans , so do not feel frustrated if you cannot see what does not exist.

Why can some people see the aura?
