2012: a crisis of conscience ", interviews Fernando Malkun, expert in Mayan culture

Fifteen years ago, Fernando Malkun, a Barranquilla from Lebanese origin, left the architecture he had studied at the Universidad de los Andes, and to which he had devoted almost a decade, to answer questions that crossed his life. During that tour he met the Mayan culture and devoted himself entirely to his study. Today he is an expert on the subject, with international recognition, and keeps traveling around the world explaining the message that civilization left for human beings.

Did the Mayans say the world was going to end in 2012?

It is generating an absurd collective panic claiming that they had announced that the world would end in December 2012. It is not true. The Maya never used the word end. Yes they announced a moment of change, of great increase in the energy of the planet, which would come to cause destiny events, that is, definitive, in the people.

When will this happen?

It won't happen: it's happening. Only people are not putting all the pieces of the puzzle together to see it. But we are in a wave of change like never before.

What is perceived, as said by the Maya?

The prophecy announced that the planet would raise its vibrational frequency, which is a fact: this frequency - which is measured with Shumann resonance - went from 8 to 13 cycles. All the planets in the solar system are changing. From 1992 to today, the poles of Mars have disappeared 60 percent and Venus is almost twice as luminescent. We have been registering the Sun for 300 years, and the biggest solar storms have happened in the last six months. There has been an earthquake increase of 425 percent. Everything is accelerated from the geophysical and solar points of view. Our brain, which radiates its own waves, is affected by this greater irradiation of the sun. That electromagnetic charge is the reason we feel the fastest time.

He talks about 1992. Why that year? What happened there?

The essence of the Mayan prophecies is to communicate the existence of a cycle of 26 thousand years, called the great cosmic cycle. All, seasons, months, days, fits this cycle. 13, 000 years ago, the Sun - just like now - radiated more energy on the planet and melted the ice sheet. That layer fell into the sea, raised its level by 120 meters and the so-called universal flood happened. The Mayans said that when the solar system is again 180 degrees from where it was 13 thousand years ago, the polar star shines on the pole, the constellation of Aquarius appears on the horizon and the thirteenth transit of Venus will happen - what will happen June 6, 2012 - the center of the galaxy will pulse and there will be manifestations of fire, water, earth, air. And they speak, specifically, of two twenty-year periods - from 1992 to 2012 and from 2012 to 2032 - of intense changes.

Why did they advertise it?

The proximity to death causes people to rethink their life, examine it and correct the direction it leads. This is something that happens only if something close to you, or that happens directly to you, impacts you tremendously. It is what has happened with the tsunamis, the earthquakes, the events of the nature that we are living.

So they do speak of death.

They speak of a change, of an awakening of consciousness. Everything that is wrong on the planet is being enhanced with the goal that the human mind is dedicated to solving it. There is a crisis of individual conscience. People are living destiny events, whether in their relationships, in their resources, in their health. It is a process of change that is based primarily on the unveiling of the invisible, and is especially affecting women.

Why the woman?

The woman is the one who will have the power to create the new era, because of her greater sensitivity. According to the prophecies - not only Mayan, but many - the era that comes is of harmony and spirituality. The things that are wrong are going to be solved in the period that the Maya called the time of no time, which will go from 2012 to 2032. Since 1992, the percentage of women who see the aura (healing beings) on the planet has risen. Today, is from 8, 6 percent. Imagine that in 2014 it's 10 percent. would mean the beguining of a more transparent period. That would be the direction of the non-violent change.

But what one sees today is an increase in aggressiveness ...

The two polarities are intensified. Both paths are open, the negative, dark, of destruction, of confrontation between man and man; and the growth of consciousness. There are several voices that are putting the human being to reflect on this. Since 1992, the banned information of the Gnostics, the Masons, the Illuminati, is open for use in the process of changing oneself.

Did all this leave it written by the Maya, this specific?

Not up to this point. They said that the sun was going to modify the conditions of the planet and that it would generate destination events. The sun has broken all records this year. Earthquakes have increased 425 percent. The change in temperature is very intense: from 92 to here it has risen almost one degree, the same as we did in the previous 100 years. How did they know this was going to happen?

They had extraordinary technology. In their pyramids there were altars from where they studied the movement of the sun on the horizon. They produced graphs with which they knew when there would be sunspots, when thunderstorms would happen. It was a knowledge they received from the Egyptians, who, in turn, received it from surviving priests of Atlantis, the civilization destroyed 13 thousand years ago. The Maya perfected knowledge and were the creators of the most accurate calendars. One, called the long bill, ends on December 21, 2012, and marks the exact center point of the 26 thousand year period. They knew these changes would come and what they did was give this information to the man of 2012.

Have these changes only been raised by them?

All prophecies speak of the same. Hindus, for example, announce the moment of change and talk about the arrival of an extraordinary being. The Mayans never spoke of an extraordinary being who came to save us, but to grow in consciousness and assume our responsibility.

What if you do not believe in that?

Believe it or not, you will feel it inside. At this time, most are living a time of evaluation of their life. Why am I here, what is happening, where do I want to go? Just look at the growth of the search for spirituality, not religiousness, because religion is not giving people answers.

Has your personal life changed?

Fifteen years ago. It was tremendously materialistic. My behavior today is very different . I wondered why I was here, why, and for special reasons I ended up in the Mayan world. And I can say that it is not about false beliefs to replace with false beliefs. I took many stories from my mind, although I am still in the third level of consciousness, which is the one that predominates on the planet.

Who are you up above?

There are people who are at a level 4 or 5. They are the least famous, low profile. On a trip I found an extraordinary gardener, for example. These beings are in permanent service, affecting the lives of many people, but not in a public way.

What do we have to do, according to this theory?

The universe is giving us an individual opportunity to restructure our lives. The way to synchronize is, first, not to be afraid, to realize that we can change our consciousness. Quantum physics has already said it: consciousness modifies matter. Which means that your life depends on what you think. The distance between cause and effect has decreased. Twenty years ago, for something to manifest in your life, you needed great energy. Today, you think about something and already the wekeend is happening. Your mind causes it. What we need is to look for the answers, which are there.
