Today we propose the Taoistic healing sounds of Mantak Chia.

Tao masters recommend doing it at dusk, because it provides a restful rest, but it can be done at any time of the day. Surely it will benefit you.

This is an active meditation that is responsible for cleaning the organs of toxins and is highly recommended. No preparation is required and with 15 minutes a day is enough.

THE HEALING SOUNDS

The six healing sounds help us to clean all the toxins and stress accumulated in the membrane that surrounds them and help us to enhance the good vibrations of the organs reinforcing the positive energies.

They heal the organs by balancing their personal functions with the rest of the internal system. Each sound can be made from any position but you have to make the 6 sounds in a row and in the order set out. The most important detail is to feel any negative energy to be able to transform it into a positive life force.

It is important:

a) repeat each sound 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, or 36 times, until you notice that the air that comes out of our mouth when the sound is emitted is cold.

b) do not forget after each sound to breathe towards the organ and smile at it, so as not to leave it weak.

c) At the beginning, until you feel safe you can emit the sound outwards, but it is advisable that you send the sound to the organ (without voice), so that it receives the maximum healing energy.

To get started:

Semi-closed or closed eyes and attention placed on the organ.

1. - LUNGS: put the tongue behind the closed teeth and with a slow and prolonged exhalation, make a sssssss sound (lips stretched like a false smile, or the beep of the pressure cooker), while releasing the air you eliminate Sadness and depression If a situation or person that causes sadness or depression comes to mind at that moment, do not remove it from your mind, but think about it while making the sound to eliminate the situation or clear the person's sadness.

In the interval breathe into the lungs and smile filling them with white light, feel the virtue of courage and encouragement.

2.- KIDNEYS: form an “o” with your lips as if you were blowing the birthday candle and with a slow and prolonged exhalation it emits the hoooooo sound, while eliminating fear, and insecurity, if it comes to mind in that moment a situation or person that produces fear and insecurity, do not remove it from your mind, but think about it while making the sound to eliminate the fear that produces the situation. During the rest periods breathe the kidneys and smile at them while sending them a bright blue light. Feel the virtue of goodness and peace.

3.-LIVER: put your tongue next to the palate and with a slow and prolonged exhalation, make a sshhhhhhhhhhhh sound, while eliminating anger, anger, anger, aggressiveness. If a situation or person that produces anger, anger or aggression comes to mind at that moment, do not remove it from your mind, but think about it while making the sound to eliminate the vice of the situation or person. During rest periods breathe into the liver and smile while surrounding it with a bright green light. Feel the virtue of kindness.

4. - HEART: with the mouth completely open by placing the tip of the tongue behind the lower teeth make a slow and deep exhalation while producing the sound haaaaaaaaa and eliminate pride, hate, arrogance, impatience, haste . If a situation or person that produces the vice that you are eliminating comes to mind at that moment, do not remove it from your mind, but think about it while making the sound to eliminate hate, pride, etc. of the situation or of the person. During periods of rest, breathe and smile at the heart while surrounding it with a bright red light. Feel the virtue of love, and happiness.

5-BAZO: put the tongue again next to the palate make a slow and deep exhalation while producing the sound guuuuuuuuuu (from the throat as the sound of "gerona") and eliminate the worry. If a situation or person that causes you concern comes to mind at that moment, do not remove it from your mind, but think about it while making the sound to clean the situation or the person. During the rest periods, breathe and smile at the spleen while surrounding it with a bright yellow light and feel the virtue of beauty that positively enhances this organ.

6.-TRIPLE HEATER: if possible do this exercise lying down. With your mouth open, slowly exhale while you make the sound hiiiiiiiiiiiiii. When you stop to exhale, try to imagine a large roller that is flattening your chest, stomach and abdomen, and feel empty (it's like when we crush a plastic bag with your hand to store it. Smile at the triple heater. This will balance all the energies activated by the other sounds and relaxes the body in general.

If you do these exercises before bedtime you will notice the sleep much deeper and easier to reconcile since the feeling it produces is to stay empty and deeply relaxed. With the daily practice of these exercises, you will see how negative emotional energies have little chance of growing. It is good to devote a little time to throwing emotional waste and we will find ourselves much better if we know how to transform negative energy into positive life force. Emotions lead us to the care of the body and this teaches us to know each other better. Together we can heal.

In the virtues of the heart, compassion is not included since it is considered as the maximum expression of human emotion and virtuous energy par excellence.
