Beloved Masters, we will continue our review and expansion of some of the most important techniques and information that we have given you over the past twenty-two years. It is time to release, transmute or elevate many of the old ways of thinking and restrictive structures that you have accepted as your personal reality. If you dedicate some time to meditation and contemplation, reviewing the structures that you have created in your tri / four-dimensional reality, which includes mental, emotional, physical and even some spiritual restrictions, you will quickly determine that it is time to abandon many of the bonds that they tie you, so you can move quickly and gracefully towards the expansive and empowering world of the future.

Many of you feel as if you were in the final stretch of a long and difficult career; and your energy and enthusiasm were declining. Your disenchantment with the glamor of your earthly existence grows more and more; and the things that used to excite you seem somewhat dull and opaque. That is because you are entering and leaving between two vastly different realities; or between several dimensions at the same time; and the system of your four lower bodies (physical, mental, emotional and etheric), is trying to adjust and fit with your Spirical / Spiritual Self. This has imposed a lot of stress and a lot of tension on your earthly vehicle.

A large number of you have taken and are taking a quantum leap into Galactic Consciousness, which is why your old world / state-of-being is falling apart much faster than you can integrate the refined energies / vibrations and concepts of your new existence of higher frequency. When you become aware of what is happening, you are not so stressed and confused. Please believe us when we say: Relief is at hand. One of our greatest wishes is to help you in the process so that your transition can be achieved with ease and grace. For many past years, much of the information, the meditations and the exercises we have given you had to do with it: to transmute the old and negative energy patterns. This process is necessary to give way to the infiltration and integration of the subtle Light Cells of the Creator; the powerful new Rays of Individualized Expression, of high frequency, coming from the Supreme Creator.

The first part of this process was the construction of your Pyramid of Power / Light in the 5th Dimension. When you created this wonderful place, you laid the groundwork for the quantum leap we have talked about. The magnificent refined energies of the Supreme Creator cannot radiate directly to Earth or to the three-dimensional / tetra-dimensional-lower environment. Very good part of Humanity and a large number of places on Earth are not yet ready for this gift; it would create too much chaos among the masses and on your planet. Consequently, they have to be dramatically diminished or filtered so that they are accessible and of the greatest benefit to all.

We have explained to you that radiant Pyramidal Light Stations are active throughout this Sub-Universe, in each dimension and sub-dimension where you left an etheric replica of yourself each time you fragmented or separated your Essence into increasingly smaller male and female consciousness facets. . Your Etheric Rope of Life / Light weaves a path throughout this Sub-Universe. The filament of Divine Light that connects you with each of the fragments of the I, is also firmly connected with your magnificent Divine I / I AM Presence, with our Father Mother God in the Great Central Sun; and ultimately, with the Supreme Creator.

When you enter the World Pyramid of Light, which contains a holographic replica of the World; and you inhale the Love / Light of the Creator; and you exhale sacred Unconditional Love, this amazing energy is filtered or diluted so that it can be received by all who are ready and willing to open their Heart Center, thus initiating the process of transformation towards a Galactic Spiritual Human Being.

When you enter your personal pyramid or build a pyramid for a specific project or task, you open the way for the full force, variety and spectrum of the new Rays of Expression to flow into your Temple of Light and help you in your efforts. You are opening your personal entrance to abundance, for you create a sacred space for the Divine Mind to join you in the co-creative process. Remember: we have told you many times that you are Co-Creation Masters, only that you have forgotten it. Remember also that abundance comes in a multitude of ways.

The process of Infinite Breathing is another way to have access to the new energies of creation. When you turn on the Ascension Chakra located at the upper end of the spine and at the base of the brain, you begin the process of opening the entrance to the galactic consciousness. This major point of ignition is a vital part of the current process of Human evolution. All Humanity was scheduled for this event; and sooner or later it will take place in each individual Soul of the Earth. When you do the Infinite Breath and see it spinning, going down to Earth and going out to the ether, you are also helping to make this amazing gift available for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Dimensions; and for all facets of the Consciousness of God in them.

Learning to maintain the appropriate level of ALFA awareness is also an important tool. It helps you to obtain and maintain the proper balance of your Aural / energy Field, with which you become a harmonious finely tuned instrument, then projecting only Love / Light frequencies without any dissonance. In a past message we also present the term METAVISION, which is a state of focused and expanded consciousness, with which you are always in tune with the wisdom of your Higher Self and your I AM Presence. This is one of the benefits of becoming an Alpha Master. When you use Metavision, you become both an observer and a participant in life. You will quickly filter out any pattern of negative thinking, for you learn to allow the highest Truth of the Creator to enter your force field and take dominion within your Being. Your vision Conceptual and your intuition expand well above normal. This can be compared with the viruses that are so rampant on your Internet computer technology. There are those who are bombarding you with destructive energies, for some reason; and also those who send fraudulent or negative / low frequency emails. You must establish barriers / filters and reject these messages / energies in all possible ways; and it is important that you remain vigilant and step in front of them. The same goes for the subtle energies that proliferate in the Collective Consciousness of Humanity; you must filter any discordant energy, not allow pollution, admitting only those vibrations of thought that are in harmony with your Master-I.

Just as the Rays of your Solar System and your Galaxy have been assigned numbers of one to twelve, the New Rays of which we speak will be known for their qualities of expression. Don't worry about the color, because it can be a mixture of some or all other Rays; However, you want to express them. You are the artist, the builder and the qualifier of these Rays; And the creative potential is unlimited. These Rays (which could be called sub-rays of the twelve Major Rays of this Sub-Universe) will radiate the luminescence and power of the Light Essence of the Supreme Creator. These Rays must be used a little differently than the Seven Rays of your Solar System and the Five Rays of higher consciousness. They can be used in a variety of combinations and ways, because they are very specialized energies.

Let's start with your Physical Vehicle: Enter your Pyramid of Work Light and place yourself on the glass table. You could ask for the ray of health and vitality so that it radiates into your physical vehicle; or the Rays of beauty, youth, coordination, strength, power, elegance, clear vision, clear hearing, flexibility; and any other attribute that comes to mind and improves your physical well-being. Summons and activates only one or two of the Lightning energies at the same time. Find out that your Divine-Presence-I-I and your Over Soul / Higher Self will oversee the process; and they will ensure that you integrate only the appropriate amount of these powerful energies and nothing else. Your desire should not be that of accelerated transformation only, but always apply the law of ease and Grace. You are destined to enjoy the process, Beloved. The time of painful lessons, trauma, stress and failure, may end if you allow the process to work for you, leaving the Kingdom of cause and effect, or Karma; and entering the kingdoms where the Law of Grace applies.

Now focus on the Emotional Body: While you're at the head of your glass table, watch your emotional body manifest and take shape on the table. How does your emotional body appear before you? Study it for a moment and observe the different tones, colors and shapes that constitute your emotional body. What you see might surprise you. If your inner vision is not active at this time, ask that it be activated, but in the meantime just intuit the shape and colors that are present. Anything you perceive will be valid; and if you keep practicing, your inner senses will improve your focus. You could start by asking the frequencies of the Creator's Pure Love Ray so that it spills over you and fills you to overflowing, washing all the feelings of ineptitude, guilt, shame and doubt. Now, in turn, summons the Ray of compassion, the Ray of clemency and forgiveness; Rays of receptivity, passion, peace, harmony, benevolence, and refined intuition, courage; and so on. Then see that your emotional body is filled specifically with each of these energies, while integrating the maximum amount appropriate for you at that particular moment.

Now focus on the Mental Body: Stand again at the head of your glass table; and watch your mental body manifest and take shape on the table. How does your mental body appear before you? Is it strong and well defined, or does it seem dull by shady and distorted colors? Ask that the Rays of truth, will, courage, wisdom, intelligence, focus, creativity, Divine thought, linguistic patterns of Light, Sacred Geometry, discipline, organization, scientific information, order, the Ray of receiving, the Ray of give / share ; each in turn, flow down through the large crystal generator that hangs over the center of the table in your Personal Pyramid of Light. Your I AM Presence will filter into your etheric replica the Essence of each Ray of expression in its purest form. See that your pyramid is filled with the Essence and Power of each of these Rays while they permeate the entire interior. Find out that you will bring with you the gift of each Ray to the physical realm where you currently reside. They are for you to claim, use and share while you truly enter into your role as Co-creator with our Father Mother God.

You can also focus on your Etheric Body, which contains the design of your Light Body. The Etheric Body surrounds the physical vehicle; and the distortions and imperfections are housed there before they manifest in the physical vehicle. Now the process is being reversed. The Essence of the Perfect Creation of the physical form is stored in the Etheric Body; and you must once again fill that part of your Being with harmonious Light, so that it is accessible to your Physical Body. What does your Etheric Body look like? Can you see in it dark cobwebs of distorted energy? Are there patches denser and darker than the others? Where are they? This will tell you in which parts your body is unbalanced and with the greatest affliction; and where you are likely to experience the next health crisis or illness.

Additionally, perhaps, while in a state of ALFA Light, you want to concentrate on the Physical Body for a week or two, preparing it to receive and manifest these powerful energies. If you somehow start feeling disoriented, uprooted or uncomfortable, stop the process for a day or two before continuing. Let the Spirit be your guide; and don't let your progress and transformation be the imitation of anyone else's. You are connecting with your own Divine Intelligence and you are activating your own creative genius. Every day, as often as possible, take a few moments to tune into the intelligence of your Physical Vehicle and your Elemental Body. This is your deep subconscious mind, which in the beginning only knew perfection, but you have reprogrammed it with negative thoughts for centuries, so much that imperfection, discomfort and disease gradually occurred. It is a somewhat prolonged process, but it is dissolving negative forms of thinking and reinstalling the design of perfection once again; the body Adam / Eve Kadmon. This is a part of the reasons why you are experiencing so many symptoms: disorientation, lethargy, inability to concentrate, etc. What required hundreds of thousands of years to manifest, is being reversed in a surprisingly short period.

At least once a week focus on your Body / Emotional Nature and record what has changed since the last time you tuned in. Do you feel more balanced and peaceful? Can you better manage the stress of your daily life? Are you more condescending or tolerant of the people around you? Can you focus on the larger image instead of the little story? What is better or worse? What do you most want to change? Set priorities and then summon each Ray of particular expression, while gradually integrating all the refined characteristics and energies of your new reality.

Focus also on your Mental Body at least once a week. Are you thinking more clearly? Can you process and sort information more efficiently, so that you can reap the wisdom of each experience or interaction? Are you more disciplined? Do you find it easier and happier to fulfill your obligations? Do you feel more in tune with your superior intelligence and have you had more inspired and creative ideas? How has your consciousness changed and what has changed as a result? When you want, you can identify and focus on the colors of the Rays that are being projected towards you; but please, first focus on the sensitive qualities of each Ray. Every time you integrate another Ray of expression, your Aural Field will change. From now on, when you radiate the Love / Light of the Creator, it will take on the magnificent qualities of each Ray you have absorbed. In doing so, you will begin to project your own unique Ray of Divine Light; Your gift for humanity.

Beloved, we are offering you one more way to access your total Divine potential, that part of you that has been waiting for eons to reconnect with you. We can show you the way, but you must take the steps and go through the process. We promise you that the effort will be worth it. We extend our hands to you with camaraderie, while merging our Essence with yours. We send you Rays of Peace and Joy, but mainly, we send you our Love.
