MERKABAH OF FUTURE HUMAN CITIES
Relaxation and Tuning with the Archangels
Breathe slowly and deeply, following this breathing rhythm:
Counting 4 times to inhale,
Counting 4 to hold the air, and
Counting 8 times to exhale (Expel the air).
Feel like with each inhalation you inspire energy of White Light that fills you with life and vitality. Feel like taking out the air, breathing, you pull tensions, tiredness, nerves, stress from your body. Through this respiratory rhythm you are entering a state of tranquility, of relaxation.
Perform this breathing rhythm about seven times, with the awareness of inhaling white light, filling you with vitality. When you expel the air, you get tensions, nerves inside you. The white light calms you, quieting, calming your mind, your emotions and filling you with peace and inner harmony. (Pause)
Repeat the OM mantra with long, loud and deep sounds. Concentrate your attention and OM vibration on each and every one of your chakras. Feeling how your mind and your emotional area are quieting down.

Drive this vibration OOMMMMMMMMM throughout your body and especially direct the OM to your organs and to those areas of your body that feel weaker, have accumulated tension or pain . Feel how the White Flame is activated in your heart, joining you with each and every one of the people who are with you in this meditation. Together we form a circle of White Light. The white light unites us forming a great energy circle of Light. (pause)
Shake hands with the person next to you, feel his hand and feel how from your left hand you begin to receive loving energy from the person who is attached to your left. Feel how by your right hand you transmit, to whom you have on the right, the best that is in your heart. By your left hand you receive, by your right hand you give and transmit White Light.
At this moment we all radiate white light from one to the other within this circle of Light. (Pause)
Imagine in your heart the flame of CURA, a flame with three colors:
Blue,
Pink,
Gold (pause)
Imagine that you can become small and that you walk into your heart, it is your Inner Temple, (pause)
Feel the flame of Cura radiating Light from the center of your heart. You will bring mentally to your heart, a person who needs the energy of love that your heart emanates at this moment. Imagine that you wrap this person with this Cura flame.

Tuning with the Merkabah.-
We invoke the world of the Hierarchies so that through the Merkabah, through the inter-dimensional portals the etheric temples descend until here, until this circle of meditation.
Imagine how a sphere of White Light descends until it floods and integrates with all the beings found here.
Feel like that immense sphere that is a Merkabah, an Etheric Temple of Light, descend and reach all the people with whom you are meditating. Vibrate, feel the flame that descends and anchor in this place. Today we anchor in our meditation circle the Markabah of Future Human Cities, its vibrating accelerator is a Golden Sun.
Imagine two integrated merkabah that give off beautiful golden spheres. The acceleration of the golden spheres make their light reach your aura that is flooded with golden light, allow your entire auric field to radiate golden light as if you were a beautiful Sun. This golden light connects you to the temples and shrines of the Archangels of the Sun. (brief pause)
These golden spheres are integrated into your divine spark, awakening your mission and your responsibilities with the Divine Plan. (pause)
We join our minds to the minds of the angels and we will work today integrating the Seven Merkabah that we have anchored in the last seven months.
We will incorporate in us the qualities, Virtues and Values that will allow us to participate in authentic Future Human Cities where all of its inhabitants vibrate in Peace, in the Planetary Cure, in the Fraternity, in Communion with their Divine Essence, in Purity From the Heart, in Solidarity that helps other human beings, vibrating in the Selfless Service, let us make the construction of a more loving, more just, more harmonious, wiser society, a society where all the beings that integrate it have more light in their souls Let's attract to Earth the way of life that is already lived in the spiritual dimensions and build that world of Utopia here on Earth. Let's descend the heavenly Jerusalem! here and now. (pause)
With your hands receive this Golden and White Light, while you repeat in your mind the word UTOPIA you are attracting that Golden and White light. Condense that light in your heart and feel how it assimilates its light, how you feed on its light, how you integrate and receive the energies of Light that is forming in you, your Golden and White body.
Imagine your whole body flooded with this light and also feel how all the Seven Rays Values that vibrate at this moment in your heart are incorporated into your heart.

Imagine the planet as a globe that is embraced by a great Golden Sun that welcomes it within itself, beginning to radiate Golden and White light to the entire Earth. Feel the sphere pressing Light to all places on Earth, to all cities, towns, streets, houses; to all forests, to all Nature, to all people, to all living beings that inhabit our planet. (pause)
The whole earth is flooded with love energy. (Pause)
We focus attention on our heart and continue repeating Iod Heid Vod Heid and radiating with our mind Golden and White light on Earth. We keep this concentration mentally for a few moments. (pause)
This is an act of generating Peace, Harmony, Consciousness, Love, to connect with the planet and ask the Hierarchies to help all the inhabitants of the Earth. To help us in our process of enlightenment, purification, transformation, in our process of learning to create Future Human Cities where we live in Harmony with Universal Laws, with Nature, with Life, in Love and Harmony with the rest of our brothers, practicing the values and qualities of light of the Seven Rays, thus eliminating from us any energy of separation, any energy of low vibration. It is the peace, the illumination, the love, and the compassion that must be created in each heart so that those colors of beautiful light radiate into your body of light.

We are here to experience and understand that only in the Light do we exist, only in the Light do we feel Peace, only in the Light will we feel the Happiness that we can transmit to each human being as part of myself.
Feel the light, Live the Light and feel the Earth in your heart.
