Criterion # 1. Best of you
The contribution of each is a unique mixture of qualities and characteristics along with a tone and vibration that also turn out to be unique. Essentially, they are what they give; so the more they give the better they will be, since the best they could give is not something physical.
They must always preserve their individuality within the area of work and creativity ! Regardless of what you do for a living (spiritual therapist, teacher, baker, etc.), giving your best is to show your individuality and allow the world to be part of it. The universe is waiting to invite you to allow that unique energy that characterizes them to flow freely . With all this, what we mean is that in order to embody your spiritual being, you must be yourselves and fully express your individuality.
Criterion # 2. What is to do your best?
By this we mean getting the best for themselves, which happens by allowing the individual light they possess to shine freely, by opening their hearts and delivering it to their brothers while experiencing an immense sense of fullness and satisfaction.
It is giving yourself the opportunity to show yourself as you really are, letting your inner light radiate to the outside without any limitation.
Giving your best is to say "Yes" to yourself in a safe and conscious way, allowing yourself to receive everything you need to move forward and shine. Actually, give your best that you are no longer far from the Creator.
Criterion # 3. How to do your best?
You have the possibility of giving your best by being able to connect with what belongs to lower frequencies than yours, since if you do your best and have your hearts open, you can access "the lowest": fears, depression, anger and doubts, with the desire to face it and leave it behind.
By allowing their lower frequencies to enter their conscious field, they are allowing their light to spread without any judgment about those parts of their soul that in the past were marginalized and set aside. Please be compassionate to that part of you, since you are living in darkness and looking for ways to get out of it, but it all depends on you.
Each of you has within you an immense and ardent desire for Light, which directly represents the inherent freedom to surrender to what you truly are. That is why we insist that you please realize that you are illuminating the world with a really great light that dwells in you .
