Meditation with your Inner Goddess, by Susana López

Female devaluation is a fact that goes back centuries in our history, the majority religions, expel the Mother Goddess to impose only the Father God;

In the Old Testament (sacred text for Christians, Jews and Muslims) they portray women as guilty, although in history they both eat the forbidden fruit, it is Eve who falls the greatest punishment:

"-I will greatly multiply the pains in your pregnancies because of your disobedience: with pain you will give birth to the children"

This story (among others) has been lodged in the collective unconscious wreaking havoc; A kind of hatred towards the feminine is inoculated, which will persist throughout history until today ...

Even Buddha said that women could not be enlightened, because they should reincarnate into men ...

This is an inheritance that universally stigmatizes women, as a symbol of sin, of inducing vice and perdition. It devalued her.

From the time of Moses they were in charge of depriving women of all value and displacing the Goddess, so today when we think of Divinity we forget the feminine aspect that also encompasses, so it is necessary that we recover the Goddess, and unify the creative God-Goddess energies.

Alejandro Jodorowsky says in his book "Manual of Psychomagia":

“In the collective unconscious mythology remains active and can act, in a subtle way, on our reality. Although we have forgotten the language of the symbols, they influence our behavior. ”

Patriarchal religions have been decisive in extending the idea that women are inferior to men and therefore must submit to it.

For example, in the Middle Ages in Europe the church established the inquisition in order to persecute witchcraft;

In other words, because of this they ended up exterminating about three million women accused of agreeing with the evil one, who were actually spiritually wise women, midwives and / or healers who knew the healing and cosmetic properties of plants, minerals etc. they lived in healthy harmony with nature, they were counselors, they had knowledge about sexuality and reproduction (to get it or stop it) and they provided great help to society.

But for the church they posed a great threat for their knowledge and for being so beneficial to the people, therefore they could not let it take them as essential for their well-being, that fact would empower women, and that they could not allow the dominant medieval groups, so they chose to accuse them that what they were doing was the devil's business.

The misogyny of the church, played a decisive role in the creation of the myth of the witch as being malefic and led to persecutions by exalting the demonic image of women and instigating the feeling of hatred that prevailed towards everything feminine. He also affirmed his inferiority to man. The judiciary and the religious power were not separated, so if any wise woman stood out, she ended up at the stake ...

At the beginning the witch hunt was led by the inquisition, but in the 16th century they are replaced by secular courts, that is, civil judges.

It was not until 1657, when millions of people had already died, (Honestly speaking, the persecution was not only against women, but it should be noted that the vast majority of people prosecuted for witchcraft were women.) That the Church condemned the persecutions .

The later centuries were not especially promising either for the position of women in society, relegated to the role of housewife, and that of procreative ...

We had to fight a lot to conquer a dignified place, that thanks to many heroic women, we can enjoy certain rights and recognition, but as I see it, there is still much work to be done, to reach a level of universal equality.

These muds came from these muds ... since today the UN continues to collect data on discrimination against women:

“The inequalities between men and women are deeply rooted in societies.

Women are poorly represented in governments, parliaments and business administration boards. Nor do they have access to decent work, face occupational segregation and suffer differences because of their sex.

Sometimes they are also denied access to basic education and health services and, in all regions of the world, are victims of violence and discrimination. ”

And this is what UNESCO says:

“Many societies continue to have devaluation patterns towards women: Gender equality is essential for the realization of the human rights of all people.

However, discriminatory laws against women still persist in every corner of the world.

In all legal traditions there are many laws that continue to institutionalize the condition of second class for women and girls. These forms of discrimination undermine the empowerment of women.

In the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW)

Article 15 (1) explicitly states that states that have ratified the Convention must recognize women as equal to men.

Thirty years after the Convention entered into force, the recognition of the rights of equality with regard to men still remains illusory for millions of women worldwide. ”

This is quite palpable for millions of women both from the West where we are supposed to have achieved equal rights, which in my opinion and as we have seen, more on the role than in reality, as in the rest of the world, where they are violated by system The fundamental human rights of women and girls.

Cases of sexist violence and murders of women at the hands of their partners are alarming. The sexual exploitation. The objectification of women in the media Lower salaries Etc tera.

Not to mention certain developing countries, as well as the eastern countries, where in the name of sexist laws, religion and / or tradition, they practice barbarities, such as genital mutilation, marriages arranged with girls, etc.

We could be talking, without fear of being mistaken for an authentic feminine holocaust.

Centuries and centuries of hate!

In the end all this hatred has caused self-hatred in women inoculated by so many generations of undervaluation slipping into the female unconscious.

All that negative energy then has an impact on women in the form of diseases, in neuroses of failure and unconscious rejection of being a woman.

For example in antiquity, menstruation - without a doubt, essentially feminine biological function - there are many beliefs that show that menstruation was something impure, dirty and should undergo various rituals of cleansing and purification.

In the Old Testament, he speaks of women being impure while they were menstruating and could not approach temples and could not touch sacred objects.

Today, perhaps in a different way, you continue to live as something dirty, impure, something to be hidden, there are many women who complain about this as a `` divine channel '', expressing the luck that men have for not having to go through the calvary of monthly bleeding

Louise L. There, in your book You can heal your life in the appendix of the emotional meaning of diseases in the section of Problems with menstruation What it says it means:

  • Rejection of femininity itself.
  • Blame it, fear.
  • Belief that the genitals are sinful or dirty.

There are millions of women who accuse intense menstrual pain, premenstrual syndromes with an extensive catalog of symptoms: from swelling, through fever, irritability, etc. even to suffer from microdepressions, to name a few There are many who end up having surgery to remove uterine fibroids, endometriosis, uterine cancer or ovaries etc.

In my opinion it is important to know the origin of things, because as well as bodily illnesses it is important to detect what caused such a situation to heal them from the roots, it is good to know the history to know the origin of this collective neurosis that we drag generation after generation. At some point this status quo must cease and heal once and for all, this serious situation. I know that even if I have good intentions, I alone, or with a mere meditation, I am not going to change the world but I am inspired by the following story:

In a place in the east, there was a very high mountain that covered a village with its shadow and the children grew rickety. Once an old man, the oldest of all, left the village with one of those Chinese porcelain teaspoons in his hand. The neighbors said to him: Where are you going, old man? I go to the mountain. He answered, and what are you going to do? I'm going to move the mountain. What are you going to move them with? - With this teaspoon. - Hahaha, old crazy ... You can never! - Yes, I can never, but someone has to start doing it. ”

This is a meditation that has been channeled through the Akashic Records, asking for a meditation that could help a large number of people, my Masters and Light Guides communicated to me this meditation claiming that it was necessary to heal the feminine side on our planet, that it was urgent to communicate and reconnect with the energy of the Goddess ...

Thus was born this message of love, healer, with the mission of being shared and expanded as much as possible, to help remember the value of the feminine.

By becoming aware of this devaluation that has remained for centuries until today, we can begin to act in the present to heal it. So that we can begin to reconcile with our femininity, recognize our value, accept with love our cyclical nature, and give ourselves our legitimate place, in harmony and healthy balance with everything. Recover the pride of being women, and cease the punishment that they implanted in the depths of our psyche.

At the same time, it can also be a good tool for all those men who want to explore their feminine side and connect with the Goddess's energy. In order to heal and integrate the feminine, accepting women as their equal and recognizing their worth.

The video is modest and I have done my best with the means I have, but the important thing is the message of health and love towards femininity that is so lacking in this patriarchal society.

If it resonates and you find it useful, please share it with the women you think this meditation can help them with, and also with the men who are interested in connecting with their feminine part, because what you give you give it to them.

Transcription: Meditation with your Inner Goddess

Sit in a comfortable place or lie down if you prefer ... Start by taking a couple of deep breaths:

Take a slow and deep breath

Hold it a few seconds, then slowly release the air

Take a slow and deep breath again, try to hold it for a few seconds, slowly release the air ...

Visualize a white light above your head ...

This light pours small luminous particles on you, as if it were a light and delicate rain ...

These luminous particles, bring you calm, peace, tranquility, now you feel like a wave of well-being runs through your body from head to toe.

Feel at the same time, the magnetic properties of these small particles of the clean your aura ... With great delicacy and warmth they wrap you in a loving presence ...

You feel great well-being, you are safe ...

Again, take a deep breath, so that by inspiring, you will be inhaling those particles of purifying and healing light ... by exhaling you let go of any tension or blockage that could still remain ...

Breathe normally again ...

Now, feel a mysterious female figure approaching you, as you go along you can see how she looks you in the eye and smiles at you, she is a beautiful woman who moves with grace and cadence ... wiggles her hips and dances around you happily ... now invites you to dance with her.

You dance with her and smile, it's so fun! This woman is beautiful, sure of herself, celebrates her curves, her woman's body ... She is your inner Goddess ...

Your Goddess invites you to sit by her side, so that you can tell her, if there is anything you want to tell her or ask her ... this is the time ... if there is nothing you want to tell or ask for, it is not necessary to say anything; Your inner Goddess is happy to be with you and to simply accompany you ... Her mere presence is comforting ...

Now she wants to communicate something to you, listen to the message she has for you ...

You got it?

Your inner Goddess is very happy and happy that you have realized her existence, from now on, keep her messages in mind and she wants you to know that she will always be there for you.

With a wide smile, Your Goddess, she gives you a loving hug and says goodbye, knowing that now that you recognize her, you'll never forget her ...

Well, that Goddess is you!

I affirm here and now that I love and accept to be a woman!

I affirm that I love and accept my femininity!

I recognize my cyclical nature and I give myself my place and my space to manifest my femininity.

I celebrate being a woman! And so it is.
