The School of Solidarity Foundation, FES, is as its founder, Ignacio Pereda Perez, says, a dream. Children share their toys with the greatest naturalness, nationalities are mixed when doing a job in common, paint bunk beds or prepare food that arrives from the food bank of Granada, can be a multicultural activity that enriches and helps you to expand the vision of what life is on this planet.
Based on the principle of Universal Family, where all religions, creeds and convictions have a place, provided that love and respect are used as fundamental tools, allows the coexistence of 25 nationalities, in an age range of 0 months, sometimes less in the case of pregnant mothers, to the experience of an old woman of 90 years, we all have something to share, to enjoy and better when it is in community, because the intensity is amplified.
Currently, more than 100 people sit at their table daily, at breakfast and lunch, the common trigger is hunger, as in all school canteens, restaurants, etc., but when you get up, you have not only satisfied the need to eat, but also the need to share, cultures, experiences, longings and much more. The clearest referent are children, they usually arrive after having experienced situations of great pain, but after passing through FES, tomorrow they will live as natural a world in which horizontality and respect for all living beings on the planet, be the natural order, in which we can all live.
FES is an alternative to the system, it does not depend on any subsidy which makes it free when it comes to setting its objectives and at the same time vulnerable because it depends on the solidarity of its partners, hopefully every day they are m s.
With his project Better with Mama, he prevents minors from being separated from their mothers to be admitted to centers for the reception of minors, preventing the link between mother-child being broken.
Better trained, it allows both foreigners with the youngest, improve their knowledge and skills, reinforcement classes for studies, languages or computer science, prepare the members of the foundation for a better life.
Better Busy, as the name suggests seeks to empower all those who participate, the foundation is not a charitable institution, but seeks to be more and more sustainable every day, caring for the green garden Organic, medicinal herbs or fruit trees, allows an alternative to the purchase of food, the restoration of spaces to housing and forging or upholstery workshops to unemployment benefits.
