Beloved: I come to talk to you about adaptation. The energies of these times are creating changes in your daily life ; and it is important to allow those changes to occur without resistance. This does not mean moving away from others in your life; It simply means that on your own I are willing to admit and create these changes. At this time everyone on Earth is going through intense transformations. Your physical body is transforming, you can feel its heat passing through your spine while your DNA is activated until it becomes fully operational again.
Now you have the ability to hold this greater Light ; you have been diligently doing your daily practices and have spent time resting when necessary; This is excellent and should continue. It is important that you recognize your Human Self because it is your instrument in your beloved Mother Earth; It is much more than that, it is also the instrument you have chosen to transform it while ascending to higher consciousness. Many look at your physical body and only see its imperfections; It is time that you began to honor and recognize the wonder of Creation that is your physical body.
In truth, all the cells, the atoms, the molecules and the elements of your body deserve your gratitude and daily attention; when you recognize them, you thank them every day, they sing with joy and create the perfection that you really are as a Multidimensional Being; The more you persist in this, the greater perfection your physical body will manifest in your World. Each part of the Creation loves to be honored and recognized; and the cells, the atoms, the molecules and the elements are the raw material of life. With daily recognition, you continually create the perfection that you truly are. Who has ailments or physical illnesses need more determination and faith in this practice, because the results do not always come immediately. Have faith; and trust that your body is also transforming into its true perfection.
The great purification continues and is inexorable. It can help you greatly to practice the attitudes of joy, gratitude and gratitude; Cultivate these attitudes until they become an inherent part of your daily expression, they will greatly help you keep up with the intensity of these amazing times. Do those things that bring you joy ... Sing, laugh, dance, ski, jump, run; make mental trips full of images of magic and wonder. Your efforts have multidimensional results, since most of this work is initially taking place at the etheric levels and they are not easily discernible on the physical level; so your faith and trust in the Spiritual Realms are highly appreciated and loved.
