The times of the World and our times, by Kristen Neiling

In the final days of the millennium, philosophers and prophets have given their personal touch to our collective future. From every corner, from its ivory towers and around the world from the WWW., Everything was heard and read or at least a lot.

It seems that we were all with the remote control in hand changing channels and when one looks for a channel, the programming of this is changed and one does not know if it really is or if one is on the wrong channel. Actually, everything is changing all the time.

It is not only that something is constantly changing, but also the speed of change is increasingly accelerated. Time is shrinking and it seems that we are all trying to control the situation with a baggage of pagers, cell phones, e-mail, faxes and even in our house we are in the virtual office of the "interconnection"

In the late 18th century, in the deepest jungles of Central America, archaeologists found the remnants of a magnificent civilization that until then no one had even suspected existed.

The great ceremonial centers of the Maya, their large plazas, pyramid temples, monolithic structures with inscriptions of intricate hieroglyphics were discovered that no one could fully decipher.

Part of what could be revealed was a very precise calendar that surprisingly had a start date like August 14, 3114 BC.

This date, long before the Mayan civilization even existed, has opened the doors to great debates without knowing who created this calendar. But leaving this topic to future archaeologists, the main point is that here appears a date dating from 3114 BC.

Historically, the date 3100 BC is one of the most important periods, if not the most important period, related to three of the oldest civilizations in the world: Sumer, Egyptian and Hindu.

Before these three civilizations and contrary to popular ignorance and for long decades, anthropologists and archaeologists have found data from around 10, 000 to 7, 000 BC that appeared around the world and indicate that the world communities of those times were based on agriculture They had urban planning and elaborate irrigation systems as well as sanitary systems.

But there is something even more outstanding and it is the fact that the constructions were made without fortifications or defense systems of any kind and that those early civilizations did not manufacture any type of weapons.

This period represents a time when human relations were based on peace, cooperation and mutual assistance. Technological development was used to improve the quality of life and in all excavations there are neither engravings, nor paintings, nor no detail related to any act of violence or sign of war or conquest

It is interesting to note that in ancient excavations in Kish in Sumeria, there is a temple facing the Sun dated 3, 100 BC and that the city of Kish was the center of the cult or religion of the Sun, as was Heliopolis in Egypt.

To East India there is also a special consideration regarding the date 3100 BC where the epic Mahabharata is the beginning of the universal Kali Yuga or era of materialism. According to different astronomical records and astrological discoveries this date has been determined as February 17, 3100 BC.

Now we approach the circle of the Mayan calendar that together with the cycles of the Yuga begin and end with long cycles and that according to our present of linear time measurement, would end in December 2012.

This does NOT mean that the Mayan calendar ends in 2012 as interpreted.

In fact, a surprising fact has been discovered, the Mayan calendar continues until an unusual date whose apparent end discovered so far is: November 22, 154, 587

In this way we see that the calendar does not expire closely but the current cycle of 5, 120 years does and this is the answer that the period that began in 3100 BC will now end; It's 5, 000 years. The 5, 000 years of the sun god end (it is understood from science that there is a correlation with current solar activity and the end of a cycle).

The end of this cycle indicates the closure and collapse of all religious, political and economic programs that were initiated in 3100 BC. The dramatic change, much more than any metaphor indicates the most powerful change in human consciousness and represents a change of perception at our deepest levels

The Sun god represents the archetypal symbol of masculine power and the result of that power became violent or in programs of conquest and exploitation. The masculine ascended at the expense of the feminine, enslaving the weakest.

These destructive programs that took power 5, 000 years ago raised male societies, societies of dominant hierarchies and the very familiar "divine right of kings." Violence is justified as legitimate if it pursues political, economic, exploitation and destruction of Earth's resources.

According to the Mayan calendar, this 5, 000-year history cycle is in its final, terminal phase and will cease to function as an operating system in December 2012.

This is the moment when we stop fantasizing and start growing and being responsible for our lives. A part of this growth process is taking us through and beyond our personal refusals and allowing us to recognize once and for all what we have done to ourselves in these 5, 000 years and what we have done to Earth. This is not a simple task because there is always the danger of feeling lost, desperate and hopeless.

But beyond this, we are all being carried by the inertia of this tremendous current of change. Individually and collectively we are involved in a transformation process that is simply unprecedented.

We are involved in the most dramatic transformations of the evolution of consciousness that the human species has experienced, much more significant than the era of the Renaissance in the Middle Ages and the Scientific and Industrial Revolution.

As well as millions of birds that migrate in the fall, we as a species are consciously beginning our migratory path towards a future with a more benign climate, sunny days, open horizons and a permanent expansion of Reality. Our concept of divinity will be based on love instead of fear and judgment.

Our social structures will be based on cooperation instead of competition which will develop the full potential of each individual, who in turn will be recognized as who contributes to the development of society.

There will be an innate understanding between beings that are related and interconnected and therefore economic and ecological policies will work together with the same vision to support a comfortable planetary society that enriches the population's quality of life, as well as all other life forms

Men and women will work together as equals and different racial and cultural groups will be recognized as essential members of the human family.

The violence that is used today as a legitimate way to solve problems between individuals and / or nations will not be considered as an acceptable way by any of the thinking citizens of the world.

This will serve to release a tremendous amount of time, energy and resources that in the present and past are and were part of the priesthood of the military industry.

A new day will have begun, not without its own challenges and problems because this is part of the continued growth. A New Era will have been born, but what we will undoubtedly all have realized that our work as a true planetary civilization has begun.
