THE GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD
On planet Earth there is an internal or hidden hierarchy destined for the spiritual government of the world . It consists of a certain number of teachers, initiates and disciples . It is responsible for tracing and establishing the evolutionary plan of the planet following the superior plan of the Logos.
The documents that try to place the establishment of the Great White Brotherhood on Earth date back to the Lemurian era, although it is important to point out that the different epochs that we have been going through in the first part of this article may overlap at some times, due to various circumstances, for example, that in one part of the planet there are still individuals from the previous civilization while in other regions there are already more evolved civilizations. In this way and to expand information on this important topic, it is advisable to go to the book "Human and solar initiation" by Alice Ann Bailey, which in addition to developing the issues related to the hidden hierarchy, substantially extends many details related to the initiation and its ascending path Given the data offered by the existing documentation, its appearance could be placed approximately on the date of the arrival of the first planetary prince.
Initially most of the members of the hierarchy were of external origin to the planet, although with the passage of time, the most advanced humans who had been achieving the highest initiations, were occupying the vacant positions as the ancients were ascending to other high spheres of activity.
The Great White Brotherhood is made up of three main and four development departments.
Above them and directing it is the Planetary Logos, which is currently Lord Gautama and the Buddha of the Earth, which is Lord Maitreya.
The first department is that of Manu Vaivaswata and is directed by Master El Morya; the second is the department of the Planetary Christ or Boddhisatva and is composed of Master Kuthumi, Master Lanto and Master Djwal Kool; the third is the department of Maha-Chohan and is directed by the teacher Paul the Venetian.
These three main departments are especially important, their activity corresponds to similar functions existing in each being but at much higher levels. In this sense, the first department of Manu is dedicated to world government, and racial issues, from a point of view far superior to that any human can imagine, since it is the execution of very high divine plans. From this department the great thinkers and statesmen in the high planes are helped, making evolved thoughts flow for the improvement of the conditions on the planet. It is worth mentioning that such work is fully spiritual and, therefore, neither matters concerning states nor racial issues can be viewed with profane perspectives. This department corresponds to the head of the Logos. The second department, that of Christ, is the one destined to the Instructor of the World. It corresponds to the heart of the Logos, and is responsible, among other things, for stimulating the aspirants to move forward on the path of ascension, to prepare them and to show them those points where a specific job should be done. He is entrusted with the guidance of the spiritual destinies of humanity as well as the work of making each human awaken to the idea that he is a child of God. The third department is that of the Maha-Chohan. It is responsible for the intelligence aspect and corresponds to the laryngeal center of the Logos. It is coordinated with the other departments and is responsible for strengthening the relationship between spirit and matter, life and form, being and not being.
This triad of departments can also be summarized according to their aspects and their theological correspondence : the first department represents the Will and the divine aspect of the Father, the second department represents Love and the divine aspect of the Son, the third department represents intelligence and unity and the divine aspect of the Holy Spirit. They also have their chromatic equivalence with the triple flame that we all have in the most intimate center of our being, being the first department the blue, the second the gold and the third the pink. The other four depend on the third department, which I will detail below in the explanation of the seven rays.
The seven rays are seven cosmic currents of energy through which everything that exists flows, each of which represents an aspect of the Creator, and has specific qualities.
Each person belongs to a certain ray and has its characteristics. To further develop this theme the student must be sufficiently prepared. The seven rays of planet earth are part of an upper ray that at the same time is part of seven other rays within the cosmic framework.
The first ray is blue, its hierarchy is Sir Sirius, its archangels are Michael and Faith, its Elohim Hercules and Amazons and its virtues are will, faith, peace, balance and power.
The second ray is the golden one, its hierarchy is Mrs. Soo Shee, her archangels are Jofiel and Constance, her Elohim Cassiopeia and Minerva and her virtues are intelligence, illumination and wisdom.
The third ray is pink, its hierarchy is Lady Rowena, her angels Chamuel and Caridad, her Elohim Ori ny and Angelica and her virtues are divine love, tolerance and adoration.
The fourth ray is the target, its hierarchy is Master Serapis Bey, his archangels Gabriel and Esperanza, his Elohim Clarity and Astrea and his virtues are ascension, purity, resurrection and the arts.
The fifth ray is green, its hierarchy is Master Hilari n, his archangels Rafael and Regina, his Elohim Vista and Cristal, and his virtues are truth, healing, consecration and The music.
The sixth ray is the gold-rub, its hierarchy is the Master John the Beloved, his archangels Uriel and Do a Gracias, his Elohim Tranquility and Peace, and his virtues are peace, grace and providence.
The seventh ray is the violet one, its hierarchy is Lady Mercedes, her arc angels Zadquiel and Amethyst, her Elohim Arturo and Diana, and her virtues are compassion, transmutation, mercy, liberation and forgiveness.
The Community of Teachers of the Great White Brotherhood is made up of the mentioned teachers and hierarchs and many others. Most books that cover this topic are almost a century old, and particular information about one teacher or another may be outdated. Nowadays it makes no sense to worry about whether any of the great masters still inhabits a physical body, or if, being incarnated on the planet, their place of residence or habitual occupation.
In the aforementioned treaty "Human and solar initiation" it is specified that, after the superior positions of the hierarchy already mentioned, the rest of the members are distributed in two lodges within a larger framework: the Lodge and the Blue Lodge . The Lodge consists of initiates who have already passed the fifth initiation and a group of devas. The Blue Lodge is formed by the initiates of the third, fourth and fifth initiations. Next to them are the initiates of the first and second initiation. Afterwards, the disciples, who although affiliated with the Lodge, are not considered members, and after them the aspirants who are in any phase of the probationary period.
