Arcane means both secret and mystery. The word tarot comes from thot . It means divination, symbolism, astrology. By the kabbalistic repercussions, divination and magic are represented by the letter alef of the Hebrew alphabet.

The arcanes of thot come from the constellation Orion, which meant to the Egyptians the demon hunter from heaven and was the celestial representation of Osiris, the regenerated god.

Cada grupo de catorce cartas está en relación con las doce casas del zodíaco, siendo la trece y la catorce las que corresponden a la Reina y al Rey respectivamente. La sota se corresponde con la casa XI, de los proyectos, el trabajo y el servicio, y la casa XII con el caballero.

Los cuatro Reyes se corresponden con cada uno de los cuatro puntos cardinales. Así el Guardián del Norte sostiene la bandera de la victoria, El Guardián del Sur sostiene una espada firme, El Guardián del Este toca un laúd y El Guardián del Oeste sostiene la serpiente del conocimiento.

Las cuatro Reinas juegan un papel importante en la administración del poder, y representa cada una su ámbito de acción. Hera en relación con el Cielo, Atenea con la Guerra, Afrodita con la cordialidad y Tyque con la economía.

Los caballeros son los portadores de un mensaje y cumplidores de una Misión, mientras que las sotas son los sirvientes de esos caballeros.

Los símbolos utilizados elegidos para figurar en los naipes franceses, se inspiraron en la heráldica: La copa se volvió corazón (caballería), para los bastos se escogió el trébol (intendencia), los oros tomaron la forma de diamante (artillería) y las picas reemplazaron las espadas (infantería).

Podemos continuar con las analogías y llegar a nuestro tiempo en el que la publicidad y el mercadeo son los que se han ido apropiando de los emblemas del arte de la guerra. Y así hemos pasado del Imperio al Emporio, en el que predominan los intereses económicos como móviles del Gobierno. La Producción está en relación con la Tierra, El Mercadeo con el Aire, Las Finanzas con el Agua, El Personal con el Fuego.

Fue con el fin de calcular, organizar, vender y comprar, la razón por la que la humanidad (a través de Thot) inventó la escritura. En su origen, las letras fueron ante todo números. Sólo la inteligencia humana es capaz de poseer el grado de abstracción que permite contar.

En su devenir histórico el espíritu matemático habría de enfrentarse con la complejidad de la estructura formal del pensamiento (lógica matemática), la complejidad del símbolo (álgebra), la complejidad del cambio y de la causalidad determinística (cálculo), la complejidad proveniente de la incertidumbre en la causalidad múltiple incontrolable (probabilidad, estadístic a).

El Fuego, las espadas, las picas y el pensamiento espacial.

Son las personas las que generan todo el movimiento en una empresa, son ellas las que organizan su espacio y establecen relaciones con los objetos.

El pensamiento espacial opera mentalmente sobre modelos internos del espacio en interacción con los movimientos corporales y los desplazamientos de los objetos y con los distintos registros de representaci ny sus sistemas notacionales o simb licos. Sin estos ltimos, tampoco se hubiera podido perfeccionar el trabajo con los sistemas geom tricos y, en consecuencia, refinar el pensamiento espacial que los construye, maneja, transforma y utiliza.

En un primer momento del pensamiento espacial son importantes las relaciones entre los objetos involucrados en el espacio, y la ubicaci ny relaciones del individuo con respecto a estos objetos ya este espacio, en un segundo momento se hace necesaria la metrizaci n, pues ya no es suficiente con decir que algo est cerca o lejos de algo, sino que es necesario determinar qu tan cerca o qu tan lejos est . Esto significa un salto de lo cualitativo a lo cuantitativo, lo cual hace aparecer nuevas propiedades y relaciones entre los objetos. De esta manera, la percepci n geom trica se complejiza y ahora las propiedades de los objetos se deben no s lo a sus relaciones con los dem s, sino tambi na sus medidas ya las relaciones entre ellas. El estudio de estas propiedades espaciales que involucran la m trica son las que, en un tercer momento, se convertir n en conocimientos formales de la geometr a, en particular, en teoremas de la geometr a euclidiana.

XXIII. El labrador en el acto de cultivar su tierra y su conciencia.

XXXI. Los impedimentos como incentivos para desarrollar la propia eficiencia.

XXXIII. la alianza como acto de comunión entre iguales.

XXXIV. La innovación como elemento de evolución.

XXXVI. la iniciación como acto de revivificación.

Atributo modelador: Marte, H, 9. Virtud humana de la progresiva actualización de poderes.

Principio: El desdoblar de las propias virtudes.

Axioma trascendente: “ Dulce es el tañer, dulce el cantar, dulce el escuchar” .

La Tierra, Los bastos, los tréboles y el pensamiento numérico.

La producción en una empresa es como el sistema digestivo del organismo, en ella se transforman los insumos en productos, para mantener una rotación óptima del inventario.

La experiencia con el conteo de las cartas genera una comprensión del concepto de número y con la reunión, la separación, la repetición y la repartición de cantidades discretas. El pensamiento aritmético opera mentalmente sobre sistemas numéricos en interacción con los sistemas de numeración, y sin estos últimos no se hubieran podido perfeccionar ni siquiera los sistemas numéricos naturales, mucho menos los demás.

Sólo en el Siglo XIII se empezó a adoptar en Europa el sistema de numeración indo-arábigo. Entre los Siglos XIV y XIX, la enseñanza de la aritmética escolar se redujo en la práctica al manejo de este sistema de numeración para los naturales y de su extensión para los “fraccionarios”.

Principio: El aliciente natural como poder modelador de los actos.

Axioma trascendente: “Tizón eres en el incendio, mujer; y tú, hombre, viento que aviva el fuego”.

El aire, los oros, los diamantes y el pensamiento métrico.

Es gracias al mercadeo que en las empresas se mantiene la rotación de cartera, son las ventas las que mantienen el equilibrio entre activos y pasivos.

El pensamiento métrico se perfeccionó con el refinamiento de las unidades de medida de longitud, tomadas al comienzo de partes del cuerpo y por tanto muy diversas en cada región y cultura, que fueron luego estandarizadas para el comercio y la industria. Se configuraron en distintas regiones y países muchos sistemas de unidades y medidas o sistemas métricos, como el francés, el español, el ruso, el inglés y su variante norteamericana y, después de la Revolución Francesa, se empezó a diseñar un sistema decimal de pesos y medidas que tuvo varias etapas y configuraciones, como el sistema CGS (centímetro-gramo-segundo) y el MKS (metro-kilogramo-segundo) y, más recientemente, el SI (Sistema Internacional de unidades y medidas), que es el más extendido actualmente.

LI. El asesoramiento como acto de consejo prudente.

LXIV. la vehemencia como expresión exaltada del ánimo.

Axioma trascendente: “Fortaleza es la sabiduría y pujanza el deseo que la mueve”

El agua, las copas, los corazones y el pensamiento variacional .

El flujo de efectivo es el que permite el balance entre ingresos y egresos, activos y pasivos en una empresa, así como los movimientos del sistema circulatorio humano son el diástole y la sístole.

El desarrollo del pensamiento variacional se inicia con el estudio de regularidades y la detección de los criterios que rigen esas regularidades o las reglas de formación para identificar el patrón que se repite periódicamente. Así fue como se recopilaron todos los presagios y augurios.

El desarrollo del álgebra en los Siglos XVI y XVII y el del cálculo diferencial e integral en los Siglos XVII y XVIII mostraron también que el pensamiento variacional no se podía refinar sin los sistemas algebraicos y analíticos ni éstos sin aquél. La relación del pensamiento variacional con el manejo de los sistemas algebraicos muestra que el álgebra es un sistema potente de representación y de descripción de fenómenos de variación y cambio y no solamente un juego formal de símbolos no interpretados, por útiles, ingeniosos e interesantes que sean dichos juegos.

LXV. El aprendizaje como enseñanza y advertencia.

LXVII. La amistad como acto de devoción en el afecto.

Principio: El amor puro.

LXVIII. la especulación como acto de justipreciar los valores.

LXIX. El azar como ley que el instinto conoce.

LXXVII. la desorientación como acto de recapacitación.

Atributo modelador: Mercurio, T, 5. Reconocer y reflexionar.

LXXVIII. El renacimiento como acto de iniciación.

Atributo modelador: Venus, U, 6. Alcanzar sucesivas preeminencias.

Principio: La evolución natural.

Axioma trascendente: “Días de sol, noches de luna, gracias por la buena o mala fortuna”.

La Predicción y el pensamiento aleatorio.

El azar se relaciona con la ausencia de patrones o esquemas específicos en las repeticiones de eventos o sucesos, y otras veces con las situaciones en las que se ignora cuáles pueden ser esos patrones, si acaso existen, como es el caso de los estados del tiempo.

Los sistemas analíticos probabilísticos y los métodos estadísticos desarrollados durante los siglos XIX y XX se han refinado y potenciado en los últimos decenios con los avances de la computación electrónica y, por ello, hoy día ya no se relaciona la predicción con la adivinación, sino que es un método técnico de planificación como proyección de futuro. Predecir es hacer una estimación intuitiva acerca de la posibilidad de que ocurra un evento. Se trata de extraer de los datos estadísticos toda la información posible con la ayuda de calculadoras, hojas de cálculo y otros programas de análisis de datos, con el fin de intentar predecir dentro de ciertos rangos el curso de los acontecimientos respectivos y de tomar decisiones lo más razonables posibles ante la imposibilidad de saber con certeza lo que va a pasar.
