What is ho oponopono?

Ho oponopono is a healing technique based on rituals from Hawaii and Oceania, in which the person fights the energy origin of the disease. The practice tells us that the body's sufferings are directly proportional to the negative actions performed. If a person exerts his influence to harm another, remorse, anger and the desire to do evil; It will cause the individual to show the stains of his soul through some disease.

Ho oponopono is a healing technique in which the person fights through love and loses the energetic origin of the disease.
Where does Ho oponopono come from?

Since the founding of the island of Hawaii, its inhabitants have practiced a healing technique or art, based on loss and reconciliation. Originally Ho Oponopono comes from the belief that the mistakes that are made cause illness in the person who makes them and can even be suffered by the children of those involved in a dispute (original sin). The rites seek to forgive and ingratiate themselves with an angry God before the mistakes made and with the person of the problem.

Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona

It was not until 1976 that Priestess Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona modified the belief and moved it to a more general level, in which the family is left aside and the technique becomes a psycho-spiritual help; where the mistakes made in life and the harm to others will create the circumstances of the person and the environment to live. It brings up karma, the expansion of consciousness and the belief that it is possible to reach a divine plane, in which the human being is part of a whole.

The Hoʻoponopono according to Hew Len

Hew Len was a disciple of the priestess Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, after passing away, Len publishes a book called "Zero Limits", which refers to the teachings of the Ho Oponopono of Simeona; but it takes the reader to another point, to the state of emotional freedom without limitations. His teachings are aimed at people who must take responsibility for their actions and that of others in which the conscience of each person is only part of a whole.

What is the Hew Len technique based on?

It is based on the mantras of:

  • I'm sorry.
  • Forgive me.
  • I love you.
  • Thank you.

The actions performed by them or others affect the individual, although it should not be so; People allow others to affect them. You have to understand that you are a divine and creative being, in addition to being responsible for 100% of the events that involve life.

  • I'm sorry: to forgive another person is to accept that it caused harm and that you can't really forget it. In the case that it is the person who repeats the mantra of “forgive me, ” then one is speaking with the inner Self, the Divinity Self recognizing the guilt and the desire to amend them; it is to get rid of what disturbs the mind and ends up making the body and memory sick.
  • Forgive me this phrase is liberating, it leads to peace. The reconciliation and detachment of everything that generates evil is a way to drain and lower the ego. When an erroneous action is performed, the person tends to recriminate himself and use the force of the word to generate mandates that can lead to a greater problem by affecting the source, the “persuade me” will avoid the agglomeration of negativity inside.
  • The phrases of I love you and Thank you: they are ways to change the world, they are words of high vibration that impact inside each person.
Importance of Oponopono Ho

Ho oponopono affects the conscious mind and leads to the solution of problems, equally united to the Divine Intelligence; To clean the person, eliminate painful memories and negative thoughts towards others. The Ho'oponopono holds people responsible for their actions and their memories of past lives, so this technique seeks to eliminate them so that they are not judged through previously lived experiences.
