This is one of the Five Wisdoms in which emphasis is placed on the cultures of the East. In reality, each of the realms of existence in which we can experience rebirth has a non-constructive characteristic that is developed by developing the counterpart that is an aspect of wisdom.

For example, in the animal kingdom ignorance or conceptuality predominates and its counterpart is the wisdom of non-conceptuality.

In the case of the Kingdom of human beings, attachment and desire are worked with the wisdom of discernment, in the kingdom of the Titans jealousy is worked with the wisdom of all achievements, in the kingdom of the devas pride is worked with the wisdom of Equanimity.

mental laziness ...

In the case of the lower realm of animals, what is affirmed is that what most afflicts them is ignorance or laziness, which is why it is known as the non-edifying habit of dwelling in conceptuality.

But what is conceptuality? basically it is to respond to life through extreme concepts such as good or bad, rich or poor, black and white ... in reality the world works through them because in some way, if we see it in a practical way we have to to communicate, however at the time of using them we are limited by opposites and this is a wrong point of view.

If we analyze and observe a little, most of the failures in personal relationships are inadequate communication that somehow rests on very little precise concepts. For example, when someone asks, How are you ?, we can answer "Good" ... however, if we analyze, this word has an infinite variety of tonalities and intensities within itself, such as "good but tired", "good but worried", "Good and in love" ... the range of modalities can be infinite if we consider that the intensity of our emotions and feelings varies all the time, moment by moment.

concept-based decisions ...

The most common failure is to interpret and project a concept in our personal relationships and act on it, with the risk of making wrong decisions regarding everything around us.

While it is a limitation, the great recommendation is to use discriminative analysis to get closer to what those around us really want to express, if someone tells us that we are bold, delve into what that term means for the one who uses it, Perhaps bold is bold, persistent, impulsive, attractive ... and a variety of other concepts. Once clarified and deepening in what it really means for the other then act and decide.

Similarly if someone tells us for example "Bitter (a)" carefully analyze what it means for the person who says it, maybe it is: angry, neurotic, failed, melancholic ... and a variety of possible meanings. So once again the convenient thing is to think carefully about what we really want to say and then act.

healthy and assertive communication ...

Understanding the limiting power of concepts will result in a better personal relationship with others, more assertive and productive . In the same way for those who believe in the Renaissance if they practice the wisdom of non-conceptuality, the edifying effect will be that of not being reborn in the next life in a lower realm such as the animal.

quality of life based on good communication ..

Whatever our motivation for this or other lives, what is certain is that our quality of life as a result of good communication will be constructively affected with the edifying practice of the sabidur a of nonconceptuality in the desired positive direction of inner peace and personal growth.
