I AM Shiva and I present myself again to you! I AM and I have come as always to offer you the necessary information required by your external consciousness and fine bodies. From the moment of exposing the previous dialogue, I introduced myself a flow of important events. And the compressed form of the result of these events can be expressed as the approval of the Heavens to the existing situation on Earth. And, if before the winter solstice, by offering the previous dictation cycle, we express our disgust at the existing situation on Earth, now, we do not tire of repeating that the Heavens express their approval and satisfaction n for the changes currently occurring on Earth. The situation changes, although it is not evident yet and goes unnoticed by most humans, however, those capable of feeling the subtle energy, notice the changes and follow these changes on a conscious level.
Like the last time, I have come to offer you a small Doctrine in relation to the Way of Learning. And the urgent need for this Doctrine becomes more pressing. Since while the humanity of the Earth continues to be strongly interested in the illusions of the world, ties with the Hierarchy and the Doctrine offered to you throughout many centuries through different Instructors are being lost and messengers currently incarnate.
Therefore, we try to restore communication more deeply through different channels or receiving conductors in the dense world. And the continuity of our work is due to the following reason. Having caught a good driver, we try to work with him to the fullest, even without taking into account the conditions of his physical body or internal state of the person. In the case of a matter of information and transfer law, nothing can stop its execution in the physical world.
And having captured a good conductor, we try to use it not only to transmit our messages but also to set an advanced Position, Base or Focus of Light at the level of the physical plane. When we receive something at the level of the physical plane that allows us to fix our focus of Light, this will allow us to take advantage of the body of the messenger to transfer our information and increase the flow of the vibrations of many. It is similar to that process that takes place when you throw a stone into the silent water of a well. The waves extend from the stone thrown into the entire well. And every individual who accesses the sphere of waves begins to receive the influence of vibrations.
Therefore, the process of knowledge transfer is not necessarily related to the transfer of information through the Word. There is a certain Law through which it is possible to transfer the information from the aura of the Instructor to the aura of the student. For this purpose, it is necessary to consolidate the Master-Disciple attitude, based on cooperation and unconditional Love. When the Master-Disciple auras merge, during this moment of total and unconditional feeling of Love, the momentum of the Instructor's accomplishments is transferred to the pupils.
We aspire to create the conditions of use of the full potential of our messengers to transfer information not only through the Word, but also redirect it to other students, contributing to accelerate its development.
All we need is the creation of very favorable conditions in any corner of the planet Earth where people can congregate at any time - call it Ashram, Community or Educational Center -. The essence of this place will be to serve as a Light Focus at the level of the physical plane in which we can anchor our energies and transfer our vibrations. The only requirement for the creation of this place is that it is sufficiently isolated from any population settlement and far from people with an insufficient vibrational level in order not to cause such tests to anticipate. Every person who is within the sphere of our focus of Light, will experience an increase in their vibratory level tests. And you know that as soon as you receive an additional part of Light, this Light begins to release any trace of imperfection from your aura. Therefore, the person who is not prepared, who has not established a proper attitude of Master-Disciple relationship, must go through adverse tests and serve as a recipient of intense vibrations.
Therefore, the more silent, isolated and comfortable the place to function as our future Focus of Light, the better the results.
This is a very important step that helps to secure our place against negative influences.
Once again, I repeat it again, there is a certain Law according to which we can perform our work at the level of the physical plane. And this Law presupposes the presence of pupils within the Instructor's aura to accelerate the process of advancing on the Path.
Those among you, present in the joint action with our messenger, could feel about themselves the accelerated process of conscious change after these actions.
We will continue to deploy all our efforts so that all interested persons, in due course, can visit them.
