The road to happiness, by Master Kwan Yin

INTRODUCTION.

Welcome to this place, I greet you with the usual love, I am KWAN YIN and as my Brother Hilarion had announced, life gives me another opportunity to work with you to travel together a new path.

A new teaching

This time we will work on a series of concepts that will lead us hand in hand towards understanding the most internal human motivations; we will seek to awaken the sleeping hearts, we will seek to free the imprisoned hearts, we will seek to make the smiles sprout on those demacrated faces of many of our brothers, but we want on this occasion, to make our study follow a certain logic that goes gradually, gradually, approaching the innermost of human beings, to extract there enough force to free them from all that they have collected throughout their lives. We will seek to make contact with the intimate Self, with the innermost Self of being, for later, by means of very brief and simple rules of behavior, straighten their lives and definitively channel them along the path of harmony and happiness.

Bases for a therapy.

What is the difference between this study and those who have previously received from JESUS and HILARION? I will tell you that on previous occasions, the schemes under which you have worked have been mostly academic, linking a series of concepts and penetrating the root of human conflicts, but in no way have they been therapeutic courses. On this occasion, we propose to provide the basis for the help therapy that is necessary to impart to siblings suffering from depression, psychological abnormalities and pathological mental tendencies; We will seek to reach their hearts to transform their emotions that are the basis of most mental illnesses.
The psyche of man is governed by emotions, for it is they who generate the unhealthy thoughts that later become disease; However, the emotions generated by a human being are dictated by the experiences accumulated throughout his life and these experiences are recorded in the memory of the individual. This brings us to a vicious circle, because what a person receives in daily life, leads him to associate it with negative experiences of his past, which in turn, generates negative emotions, and later this causes his thoughts to become negative, reinforcing those already stored.
In this way, a person gradually sinks into a problem until it becomes a disease; A mental conflict can sink a person if this vicious circle is not stopped in time. A negative experience can trigger a series of associations in the mind of an individual and lead to deep depression.

Invitation to deep reflection. Self-healing
Understanding the dynamics of emotions and thoughts within a human being, is the basis for starting a therapy system that is truly effective and fast. I would like to specify that what we will say throughout the course, is not in itself a scheme of clinical therapies where the doctor receives a series of instructions to guide his patient, no, our exposure will be based on the same system that we have followed earlier, a series of messages where points are expressed that lead to deep reflection. Through these reflections, the person can initiate a process of self-healing, but the intelligent disciple will know how to extract from these lessons the secrets that he can translate into a clinical therapy. For now, what we want is to formulate the necessary knowledge for an autotherapy; The material that comes out of this course will serve to provide it to all those who suffer from psychological problems, and equally, to all those who seek greater mental and, of course, emotional stability.
We will start from the premise that "love saves all the abysses". Each of the words will be carefully chosen to jump those chasms that separate one heart from another. Each of the concepts will seek to tear the veils behind which the injured, fearful hearts are hidden, those that have been damaged by life. We will seek to bring light to those dark corners of the soul, so that man can begin to breathe again the fresh energy of the spirit that renews the will to live and opens it again to the possibility of being happy.

Beyond the pain, beyond the loneliness, beyond the fear, is the heart shrunk, trembling and imprisoned, but always, for more The more profound the pain, the greater the fear, the more obscure and complicated the problem, there is a gap through which the light of the spirit can penetrate.
Those values, those emotions that were kept in the early childhood of being, in the first moment when man saw the light of the world and felt his mother's arms, those first moments that remain indelibly engraved in the subconscious of man, they are many times the only slit through which we can peek and get to the heart; We will get there if necessary, as long as there is a human being who is suffering from not being able to have learned the art of living, we will have work to do, no matter where you are, no matter Whatever kind of problem, we will get as far as possible and do what is necessary, because that was the mandate of Christ when He was with us.

It is not necessary to express the great emotion that I feel to have the opportunity to work with you again, it is not easy to find groups with which to work at these levels, doing so fills us with joy and happiness, so Well, for all this, thanks for the service.

I say goodbye and we will start in the next session.

PRELIMINARY HYPOTHESIS.

We had commented that the objective pursued by these lessons would be, above all, to open the doors of imprisoned hearts so that the fresh breeze of happiness floods them and leads them to the conviction that it is possible remain in harmony, even in the midst of the hardest difficulties. We said that the lessons will follow the technique so far used in another series, self-taught and self-sufficient, because one of the topics is covered in a single policy.

What is the most important thing to explain to a human being. What are the fundamental concepts through which every man and woman should govern their lives. What are the origins of their conflicts, both at the couple level and at the individual level. Where the problems of man are born, where is the fault, the error, where is the disease.

World reeducation.

The time has come for humanity to know the true secrets of happiness. It is time to begin a worldwide reeducation that allows the sowing of the seed of permanent harmony in human lives. All this work is by no means intended to be carried out in a day, or by a group, or even by a school formed of many groups; the work is far from being particular or exclusive of some group or disciple, it is necessary to join forces, it is necessary to understand that the human being is a collective being and that it is necessary to work together, if you really They want to get the most satisfactory results possible.

The energy and the perception.

I would like to order the exposure a little in order to understand the mechanics that we will follow throughout these talks: When we focus our attention on the human brain, we will observe that your thoughts are drastically colored by the emotions generated in the area of the heart; this area is in turn dominated by the cardiac chakra who is continually bombarding it with energy characteristic of its manifestation; It is necessary then to work with that energy that the cardiac chakra continuously sends to the heart, that energy is coming from the astral body and it is there where all the experiences that a person goes through are accumulating throughout life. Now, in turn, the accumulated experience filters people's perception of the things they are going through, and filters it in such a way that the individual observes only positive things or only negative things, the human being loses the ability to discern and the ability to see things impartially as they are; the human being colors them, and in that leak, the facts are perceived as a confirmation of what his beliefs are forcing him to see. We could say then, that the same defects of man feed themselves, thanks to the role they play within the human mind.

Self-observation and self-control.

To find an immediate answer to the question of how it is possible to apply this to therapies, we will say that the human being must develop a new perception of life and this will only be possible through the continuous and conscious work of the person; Self-observation and mental and behavioral self-control are key pieces in all therapy. I intend to study in some detail this type of concepts, to focus the basis of what would be the new therapy. I will leave my words here to continue them in the following sessions.

THE FUNCTIONS OF THE HEART.

Immersing yourself in the world of the heart is like penetrating an intricate maze of complex sensations that distort so much what man really feels in his innermost self, as the emotions he is perceiving from the world around him.
The heart is educated with emotions.

The heart functions as an autonomous organ, which, regardless of the individual's will, of his understanding of the things that happen to him, generates a series of feelings according to his own functioning mechanisms. The heart cannot be asked to reason, in the same way as it cannot be asked to feel the brain. The heart is educated not with concepts but with emotions; A heart that has grown in the midst of the gentle effluviums of love will learn to emanate these same emotions without measure and without rest, but a heart forged in the cold indifference cannot speak the language of affection and caresses.

The heart is like a delicate flower that when it feels winter closes its petals and takes refuge in the innermost part of its being, but when it feels the warm sun rays embodied in the soft caresses of love, it opens its corolla and lets out the perfume of the most sublime loves that the human being can emanate; and each heart has a different history, each heart has been forged under different conditions of life, each heart, we could say, is like a flower with different color and perfume. We said in the previous session that the thoughts of human beings color their perception of everything around them, let me add, that the heart is one of the organs that most influences the coloration of external perceptions.

The paper of the parents.

One of the foundations of the family is to understand that the mother has, as one of her main obligations, to provide the child with that language of love through her care and caresses, while the man has the primary function of forming the intellectual part of the child; I do not want to say that their obligations are limited exclusively to these aspects, but from a spiritual psychological point of view, each of them is better qualified for these functions, so that the child, in his formative process, receives a balanced development both in his aspects Emotional as intellectuals.

As we grow, the perception of the world begins to be more and more particular, more typical of us, it is colored with our own aroma, with our own personality, and thus, happiness is written, whether it is limited or if It is abundant in our lives. The same afternoon can be beautiful for a cheerful and open heart, or it can be depressing and sad for a heart lacking that freedom. What determines a person to see him in one way or another? What conditions him ?: his past, his experience, his particular way of seeing the world.

The objective of this course.

Throughout this course we will face the same problem over and over again, how can we teach a heart that has learned to see the world in a way, to rediscover the goodness, beauty and richness of this world?
Challenge.

Each of us, from our own frame of reference, from our own limitations, will seek to help those around us; Do you really feel prepared for this mission? Do you really want to climb above all the constraints, all the chains, all the thorns that the hearts themselves have formed over so many years, and from above, possessors of a new worldview, possessors of a new power, break the chains, tear down the walls and remove the thorns that these hearts have wanted to forge in their lives.

I ask this question because the heart does not understand with concepts, the heart understands by example; if we really want to be able to drag others into a new life, we must start it ourselves, we must raise ourselves up on those same limitations, and then, with that freedom to indifferently love all human beings, be they humble or powerful, be they small or big, whether they are friends or enemies, and through our smile, through our eyes and through our words, express, without a doubt, the reality that it is possible to break free and start a new path. A sad cannot teach happiness, a depressed can never speak of the joy of living, an imprisoned heart will not find the right words to express what love for life is.

Thus, I ask you that in this adventure, in this journey towards freedom, we make ourselves the first disciples, the pioneers, and each exercise, each lesson, let's take it first, feel it inside us, walk the path together, and when let's reach the peak of spiritual freedom, when our hearts are clean, pure and ready to love all beings and all things of creation, let that freedom speak through our mouths and drag crowds behind us. This path begins today, I invite you to be crowned in the most powerful kingdom that has existed on the planet, the kingdom of hearts.

May the Father's blessing enlighten them from within, so that they can clearly perceive the path that deciphers the labyrinth of the heart.

THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING HAPPY.

All human beings aspire to reach happiness, but they always place this happiness beyond what they have at that moment, they see it as if it were something that had to be achieved, as if it were something they had to fight for, as if it were something that will come just at the moment when they manage to do certain things, but this way of seeing happiness, in fact, takes them away from it. To think that happiness is in some indeterminate future implies that that future will never be present, because it will always be beyond what the individual himself has achieved; However, happiness is present at all times around people.

Where is the happiness?.

Happiness is not a future state, it is a possibility in the present, it is something that is had, that simply has not been observed, has not been known to experience, has not been learned to see it. Happiness is a word that people have not yet learned in its correct meaning, it is generally thought that happiness is associated with a house, a car, health, affection, the weather, economic well-being, many things, and happiness alone is not understood, this is another of the great lies, happiness is independent of any object, of anything, even spiritual; Happiness is a state of consciousness, it is a moment in the life of the individual, it is a different way of feeling, of seeing oneself, and of seeing everything around him.

Happiness is a state of consciousness.

Happiness does not necessarily come with material things, nor does it necessarily come with spiritual things, one is happy or one is not happy, and all only by a state of consciousness; So, let's not expect to find happiness at some point in our future lives, nor do we expect to find it at the moment when we manage to achieve this or that thing, happiness is already at this moment, has always been with us and will always be within our possibilities; What separates us from it? What prevents us from seeing exactly that happiness is around us?

How to experience happiness.

If we let our minds run and immerse ourselves within our own thoughts, we will observe that our inner being is full of desires, is full of dissatisfied desires, is always willing to change the things around it, is always looking to the future or the past, and in that hectic inner mental world in which we move, there is no space where the being feels calmly, and without thinking about the future or the past, without wishing to change anything in his life, simply observe what is passing around you, experience the joy of being alive, unify your being with everything that surrounds you and then, in that state, experience what we have called happiness.
Happiness is always in the present, always in the present, and happiness is always in ourselves and never in things outside of us; to be happy means to learn to look at the present and avoid any desire for change, in those moments we are happy, in those moments we enjoy life, in that moment we feel full and in total harmony with the universe; However, the dynamic that governs all the activities of the cosmos drives us to move from one state to another, it is the engine of our lives, it is that inexplicable something that drives us and pushes us to seek new horizons of personal fulfillment.

The impulse of evolution and the impulse of happiness.
Let us perfectly distinguish these two aspects of our inner life; when the force that acts is that of evolution and we are moving from one state to another, fighting to be better, fighting to have more things, fighting to have better control over ourselves, at that time, our effort and will is dedicated to the attainment of those ends, but at the moment that that force ceases, at the moment when we take a break and observe what we have, at that moment the force of happiness comes into action, the desire disappears and the experience Being alive and in harmony with everything around us prevails and colors the entire universe in bright colors.
Between happiness and evolution we must balance our lives, between these two impulses lies the secret of living harmoniously, of spiritual balance, of personal fulfillment.

Meditate intensely on these two aspects, experience them in your lives, let us learn to be happy living in the present and eliminating even the slightest desire for change, experience happiness, and then, without sticking to it, seek that this force of evolution drives us properly so that, fulfilling the divine will, we can reach higher levels of personal fulfillment.

This is the path that I leave today marked, make it yours and live it forever, because it will be the guideline that directs your life in total harmony until the ultimate realization of your spiritual being.

THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

We had said that the path to happiness is a path that oscillates between the joy of accepting things, of experiencing being alive, being part of the universe, and that other state that drives change, overcoming, to move towards others. higher levels of harmony and fulfillment. We said that the balance between these two states was the key to individual harmony, but these forces, these tendencies that human beings manifest, are overlapped and worked interchangeably in their minds, so that they do not even experience a state of permanent peace and harmony., nor can they sustain a permanent evolutionary impulse; This results in, in the first instance, a state of unhappiness or continuous dissatisfaction, and on the other, an inability to reach greater states of harmony.

Both factors are important: on the one hand, the ability to appreciate life and all its manifestations, the ability to marvel at the creation, of itself, of others and of all the things that surround us, is a derivative of acceptance of the world as it is and of the communion that the being establishes with nature; but, on the other hand, by not being able to maintain a continuous and sustained impulse towards an ideal, it prevents man from devoting all his forces towards the fulfillment of his accomplishments, his personal goals, and therefore, that oscillating, This indecision keeps him stuck in the same state he is in, which, combined with the unhappiness he manifests, results in a being with conflicts.

The essence of happiness.

The search for happiness should not be aimed at achieving certain things, nor should it be understood as a long study for the understanding of some concepts, happiness is like an awakening, it is instantaneous and does not require prior preparation; Happiness is a state of consciousness that is reached at times in all human beings, but due to restless minds and untrained hearts, these states are momentary, of very short duration and, unfortunately, involuntary, the individual, even, He does not even suspect that for moments he has had moments of happiness and that these states can expand as he trains to stay longer in that harmony.

Where happiness is born

The dynamics of mental processes make it difficult for man to perceive the present as the only state of consciousness that is capable of granting him happiness; Since happiness is born from the communion established by the human being with the environment, of necessity, this is only achieved when the present is lived. Even when the person can experience or reexperience harmonic moments when he evokes some sweet memories of his past, or when he dreams of some facts of his future, happiness experiences it in his present, although for this he has had to resort, or past experiences or his future dreams; In those cases, although the emotion is genuine, the resources that have been used will not help you to have those moments of happiness can be provoked at will and can even really transform your life, they are still tools, instruments and skills that they work as defense mechanisms, to avoid, perhaps, a present that continually challenges you to solve the problems you have.

However, in this search, when the human being reaches a certain age and feels impaired his abilities to modify, both his personal life, and the environment in which he moves, his mind seeks, more and more frequently, the memories of his past, takes refuge in a past that no longer exists, and we say then, that the person has given up living; In short, this is a problem, because it incapacitates the person to continue solving everyday problems. To live in the past or in the future is to miss the opportunity to continue evolving and to appreciate, in all its dimensions, the wonderful life that moves around us.
How to be an instrument of God on earth.

Communion with the life that surrounds us, is to understand the divine forces that move, drive and transform nature, is to understand the divine designs around us, is to merge our wills with the divine wills that are manifesting in each of the created things. From that state of perfect communion with creation, a new state of permanent creative activity is born; only the being who has managed to establish complete communion with nature can work in complete creative activity, manifesting an inner and outer harmony evident to all; his words and actions will be congruent with his thoughts and feelings, his life will be a blessing from God working on his behalf in the midst of human beings, his gaze will be God's gaze, and his words, the divine will expressed by a being human.

Techniques to find and expand happiness.

How to ensure that these states can be reproduced at will? How to ensure that the momentary sparks of personal harmony that every human being experiences in their lives, can be controlled, evoked and expanded, to make them our permanent level of consciousness? This is, without a doubt, one of humanity's great quests in all ages. What I propose with this work, is precisely to present some techniques that could serve them for this purpose:

Live in the excitement of living.

Live in the understanding that God is with us.

Live working in the Divine Will.

They are some of the multiple fruits that are achieved when this state of consciousness has been mastered.
Blessing to all the mothers of the world.

So, today, on such a special date for all of you, (Mother's Day in Mexico) I wanted to bring you this gift, the keys to finding happiness in a simple and practical way. I would also like to add, although perhaps my words arrive out of time, to the homes of all the mothers who have chosen this as their path in life, that all my love and my respect for you, is only a small present for the sublime mission that you yourselves have chosen to fulfill on earth. The apostolate of a mother, who endorses the mission of educating and preparing to be happy for her children, is the noblest task that a human being can undertake in her life, and I want to tell you, that love that you feel for your children It is the greatest and most wonderful force that God has created for all of us, a force that moves the worlds, a force that gives cohesion to atoms, a force that drags storms and quiets the oceans.

My eternal blessings, my gratitude to all the mothers of the world, who in their apostolate can find the highest realization as human beings. God bless you.

DECALOGUE TO GET HAPPINESS.

The power of the mind of man.

The mind of man has a great influence on the moods of being; throughout his life, the mind has accumulated so many experiences, so many memories, that in reality, the behavior patterns of a person are nothing but the result of the different associations that the human being makes in his mind, caused by the experiences of the ones that are happening; but also, in the mind of man, lies the secret of happiness.
We said that happiness can only be experienced in the present, that both the past and the future are nothing but attempts to escape from an unsatisfactory reality for the being. When the mind resorts to past experiences, man lives in an unreal time, is disconnected from what his body experiences and we say that there is no integration. To enjoy happiness requires being integrated, fully integrated, emotions and sensory experiences must be enjoying the present. The happiness that is achieved by savoring a past event or fabricating a future event, is not a real happiness because there is no integration of being; it is necessary that the human being learn to enjoy his present, keeping his mind, his emotions and his perception of life, fully integrated into the experience of that moment.

However, the tendency of man to lose himself in mental labyrinths is so strong, forgetting what life gives him in every moment, that it is necessary to give some techniques that allow him to return to his ideal state of the present. We could then speak of a decalogue of principles, ten keys that can give man enough mental foundations that allow him to firmly strengthen his present and learn to enjoy it, ten keys that must be universal, alien to nationalistic or religious principles.

Decalogue.

Let us begin, then, to design these first ten formulas, which allow man to remember, at all times, that his happiness is at his fingertips, at this precise moment and at all times. The first of them could be stated as follows:

l.- No one is going to give me happiness, only I can get it. In this first thought, the human being takes responsibility for his life and begins a search and an effort to find what he is looking for so much.

2.- I am a unique being in all the earth, nobody understands me better than me, and nobody knows what I need better than me. In this second principle the basis is given to eliminate any offense that people receive from others; Any comment that depresses a person can be nullified under this principle, since the person acknowledges that no one can comment on them, since no one knows them better than themselves.

3.- What I receive now is what I sowed yesterday, and what I sow now will be what I receive tomorrow. This third principle allows the human being to recognize that current problems are the result of incorrect actions of the past, but that, for the same reason, the present moment is the one indicated for sowing a future.

4.- Neither the past nor the future can hurt me, only the present has value in my life. Understanding this fourth principle, the person will give all the value that has its present moment and will downplay the past events that cause remorse, and future events that cause distress.

5.- Only I decide what I should do at this time. That is, the human being understands that outside influences are just that, influences, and he is the only one who can decide what to do at that moment.

6.- Only in love and in inner peace can I make the right decisions. That is, if we are to act in the present tense, we will have to do it in peace and with love, because in this way, the actions we take will be inspired by our highest capacity for both service and intelligence.

7.- In my decisions I will always take into account the benefit of others. That is, I will make those decisions that benefit the greatest number of people; In this way, my life will be heading towards the highest glory that is to receive compensation for the service rendered to others.

8.- My face is the reflection of my inner state. That is, we always take care of the appearance of our face, let us always adorn it with the smile, and that the eyes are always ready to send a look of love, because in this way we will be reflecting the serene harmony of those who have learned to walk on the path of happiness.

9.- I am a man at the service of humanity. That is to say, everything I do, everything I say, everything I think or feel, will serve for the glory of humanity, or else, for the loss of it.

10.- I have a mission in life, be happy and make others happy. This last principle gives meaning to our existence, and, at the same time, directs our efforts towards the benefit of all humanity.

What is beyond these keys, what could we say in addition to the aforementioned of each of them? In the following sessions we will see that, behind these principles, there is a path that will allow all human beings to always keep in their minds the keys that allow them to reach a life full of peace and harmony. Spiritual

Three ways.

The path of happiness is so wide, that all mankind would fit in it, if only I knew how to stay in the present. The past, the present and the future, resemble three paths that float in space. The path in the middle is the present, it is a firm, still path, it does not move, it is the human being who walks on it, it is the human being who advances.

The path on the left is the path of the future, that of dreams and fantasies, that of anguish and fear; that path starts the man from the present and leads him vertiginously into the future, there man does not walk, it is the path that moves, but only one space moves and then turns on Himself, letting the person fall again on the still path of the present, the road flies, but always returns to the same point, leaving the human being with the sensation of not having moved a centimeter of the place where he was

The path on the right, is a path that moves equally, but backwards, it tears the man out of his present and takes him immersing him in darkness, presenting him with spooky images, some pleasant and others full of cruelty and pain; that path also moves, although slower, and where the scenes become, more painful, more pleasant; It seems as if the path stops, it remains still for a while while the images embellish the person, and suddenly the floor fades, the images disappear and the person returns to the original path of the present.
Only the path of the center, the one that is still, is the only safe, the only firm, and in it, man can walk and really feel that he is moving forward . Behind this allegory there are many keys to meditate on the future and the past, and learn to value the present.

I leave my words here and fill them with all the love they need to learn to walk forever in the present.

PERSONAL INTEGRATION

Being happy represents the supreme act of communion between the being and the life that surrounds it; To be happy is to integrate internally with your mind, your emotions and your senses, and at the same time, merge with all those things that surround you. When the mind and emotions are attentive to the messages of the physical world there is integration; when the human being shifts his thoughts by sending them towards a past or a hypothetical future, we say that the human being is disintegrated.

Conscious Integration

In the daily practice of being happy, we must focus on the task of integration, but conscious, there are multiple jobs in which the human being is, mentally, emotionally and physically, united, integrated, dedicated to the execution of a certain action or task; However, all this is done in an unconscious, automated way, losing the sense of what it is to be alive and enjoying physical existence. When the human being can work normally, but at the same time, being aware of his responsibility to be happy, at that time we will have a mutation, a change in the internal nature of being, in mental processes, in the quality of emotions, and even, in the physical perception of its surroundings.

The discipline of integration.

The discipline of integration implies that the human being must remain with his mental and emotional attention placed on what his physical body is doing; If this is achieved in a disciplined way, at least thirty minutes a day, we will be cultivating a new being, which will come to the manifestation, at the moment when the integration is complete enough to establish direct contact with the inner being. In other words, experiencing integration in the present, the being sets in motion a process of continuous expansion of consciousness that will lead him in an automatic and rapid way, to establish an antakarama, that is, his contact with the higher mind, with the be superior, with your inner God.

The first principle: No one can give me happiness, only I should get it.

The mutation, although it cannot be explained, in principle, must represent the awakening to a new life, the awakening to a new reality, the abandonment of molds and old ideas, and the discovery of new concepts and emotions that will enrich, notably, the life of being, that's why we say in our first postulate: No one can give me happiness, only I should get it. Where does the value of this statement lie? Beyond our childish significance of what is happiness, we have to find the true meaning of the word; Happiness is a state of consciousness, it is not a passing enjoyment, nor is it a transient harmonic state, it should not be associated with certain external causes, because then we should call it another way, but not happiness.

The great difference between the happiness that comes from the integration in the present and the happiness that is achieved by having achieved certain objectives, or having happened certain things, lies in the permanence of the first and the temporality of the second, is that is, the human being, in the first case, attains happiness as a normal state of being and begins to live in it; In the second case, happiness continues to depend on external conditions being maintained and not changing.
Happiness is unspeakable.

If you observe, the happiness I have been referring to is not conceptual, it is a real experience, lived, experienced only by being, and impossible to be transmitted to other people by any means; Happiness is something personal, it is something that only the being will understand once he has experienced it, and, when this happens, the description that he could make of it to other people, will be so empty, that ultimately it cannot be described or imagined for others.
Making a recap of what has been said so far, we could say that the ten principles have their raison d'être, in the fact that happiness is a personal achievement and that it will only be achieved when the human being makes a transformation in his mental processes, in your attitudes towards your external life and discover the wonderful world of the present; we are talking then about a new way of thinking, feeling and living life.

EVERY HUMAN BEING IS UNIQUE.

Ways to perceive happiness.

Happiness is such a magical word that for some it is lost in some dream, it belongs to the enchanted lands, alien to this world and, therefore, unattainable. Happiness, as others understand it, is so devalued, that they dare to affirm that they are happy, even though internally they live in a world full of anguish and fear and emotional instability.
Thus, while for some, happiness is like a star that can only be seen from afar, for others, the word has lost its original meaning, and simply has degraded to the point where it has stopped meaning which originally represented for all beings; However, happiness represents a beautiful state of being that is permanently available to all those who dare to live in the present and who can learn to perfectly dissociate those two aspects that human nature presents to them and that we explain in sessions earlier, calling them the momentum of evolution and the need for acceptance.
In the previous session we mentioned that every human being must make an effort to live in the present and depart from those unhealthy tendencies of living in hypothetical realities of the past and the future.

The second principle: I am a unique being in all the earth.

Today we are going to study the second principle that states that each human being is unique and that only he is able to understand himself and to understand and change his processes of perception.

We must understand that our passage through the world represents a path only followed by us, no one, anywhere in the world, will be able to follow exactly the path that we have chosen for our life, no one will walk exactly the same steps, they can follow us and we can be We who follow others, but we must understand, that each step we take is uniquely ours, and the responsibilities that this brings with us must face us, since it was we who exercised the actions. On the other hand, who could judge the path that we are taking in our lives, who could understand the reasons, the motivations that drive us to take this or that step in our life, who knows what happens within us, with what Right the rest of the world dares to judge our actions, who are they and what do their opinions represent for me?

Become aware of our personal essence.

One thing we must understand: we are unique in the whole world, there is no other being like us, there is no other being that thinks the same as we do; what we do we do by our own conviction, and if we are wrong, we will be the ones who will learn, and if we are right, we will be the ones who obtain the glory. It is very true that throughout our lives we follow the examples left by others before us, listening to the advice that others give us, and we are being driven by the comments that our families, friends, or people important to us give us. It is very true that we live continuously interacting with others, and that from this continuous interaction a multitude of decisions arise from us, but, more true than all that, it is that we are unique creatures in the universe and that what happens within me Being, only I can understand it and the results of whatever I do, whether good or bad, satisfactory or frustrating, will be solely my responsibility.

We will not accept offenses from other people, because they lack meaning in not understanding them our true selves; the advice and all the good intentions that other people have to help us and guide us in our lives, we will listen to them with due respect, but understanding that our lives are only ours and that in the way we are following, every step we take, brings us closer or it moves us away from the goal that we ourselves have defined.
The significance of our actions: we reap what we sow.

Why live thinking about whether others will like what we are going to do; Why live mortified if each of our actions will be approved by society ?; Let us better understand that everything we do will have an effect on the outside world, on other people, and that these effects will help or harm me in my continuous walk towards the goals I have set for myself. Why not observe people and analyze their behavior towards us, depending on the actions we are doing in our lives; Why not understand that what we receive from society is a result of what we have given ourselves?
Why not understand, once and for all, that while I follow a unique path and I am a different being from everyone else, everything I do causes a reaction in the rest of my brothers, and if what I am looking for is achieve respect, friendship, admiration of others, each of my acts must be carefully monitored to obtain precisely those results. If society rejects me, it has surely been because my actions have not been consistent with what is commonly accepted; If the treatment I receive from others is not to my liking, we must understand it as a response to what we ourselves have been doing.

Do we want happiness? That is the question that must be permanently present in us; So, let's look for it through our actions, take care of each one of our steps, so that the response we get from the world is just what we expect. To live fully, enjoying every moment of life and participating in that experience to others, is to start on the path of permanent happiness. Let's make our life an eternal study, let's analyze every action, every step, and the consequences we get from the society around us; Let us live a life where each event is nothing but a lesson dedicated especially to us; Let us remain receptive, because the supreme keys of human behavior are hidden in the most incredible places and will come to light at the least expected moment.

Individual-collective interaction.

Thus, in this second postulate we could summarize, that even though the human being is unique in his personal characteristics, he lives immersed within a vast human collectivity, and that from his continuous individual-collective interaction, a state that can lead to permanent happiness, or, to a conflictive state that catches the being and leads him to live a miserable life. Many men are suffering states of permanent conflict; Many women, likewise, are suffering permanent states of disharmony, and when this happens, and individuals feel unable to break those long chains of suffering, other options are sought, defense mechanisms come into action and pathologies appear that can only Be healed after long treatments. Let us learn then, to live internally healthy, to cultivate within us the permanent balance of our emotions, making each of our steps in life, become a lesson where we can learn the right way to be happy.

THE REEDUCATION OF HUMANITY.

Review of concepts.

We said, that within the principles that human beings must follow to understand and live in happiness, they form a discipline, a new way of perceiving the world and organizing their internal thoughts, and of participating within society with new perspectives.

We had already analyzed the principle that says: that only I can achieve happiness, only I can give it to me, and, therefore, that is my responsibility. We understood how useless it is to blame others for not being happy.

Then we understood, in the second principle, that we are unique people in the universe, that our experiences and our mental processes give us a particular way of seeing life and this is the reason that our actions, our behavior, are particularly ours, since that only we can understand our innermost motivations. One of the implications of this second principle was that the judgments that other people make about us should not affect us, since we understand that no one could judge the true causes of my actions, unless they could feel and think what we felt. or we think; all the judgments that other people make about us are partial, incomplete, and are the fruit of their own perception of reality, and that vision they have is as partial and incomplete, as we have about them, so that, just as their judgments are not valid about us, neither will ours be valid about them.

We understood the futility of going through life judging every thing we see. We understood that living in the present eliminates hypothetical judgments. We also learned the transcendental importance that people have to learn to look at the present time, eliminating all the feeling and emotional charge that accumulates when living in realities of the future or the past, that is, hypothetical realities.
The third principle: What I receive now is what I sowed yesterday.

Now, a third point that should lead us to acquire a greater responsibility for our actions, is the one that teaches us that everything we receive in the present time, are nothing but the fruits of actions taken in the past, but, at the same time, My present actions will be the seeds whose fruits I will gather in the future. Apparently, it is a principle that has been studied extensively in all religions and philosophies of the world, it is a concept that we receive from the moment we leave the cradle, and that does not depart from our lives until the moment we leave the body physical. What can we add to these already well-known words, what could we say besides all that you have already learned?
To begin, I would like to tell you, that as a universal law, it is fulfilled at all levels, not only in the human kingdom, but in all kingdoms; not only on planet earth, but in all creation, for the same reason, if in the present time we gather what has been sown in the past, then let's look for the causes of what we are living.

The current humanity.

In principle, human beings have managed to build a society, which within its conflicts, its problems and crises, presents options to continue walking towards more harmonious states of coexistence. We observe today's humanity and see that eighty percent of people are nothing but the fruit of the same conditions under which their life develops; they are machines programmed by the conditions that society has imposed on them, their needs have been created by advertising in the media; their ideals and goals have been set there, equally, by society; the path they have taken has been the one that the government has wanted, or else their parents have forced them; his emotions are nothing more than lessons he has had to take, thanks to the coexistence forced by his family or friends.

In summary: The human being conformed by a physical body, which remains healthy or becomes ill, depending on the conditions that society presents for living. His emotional body that has been manipulated and developed under the pressure of the forces that move in the environment in which he lives. And his spiritual needs that have been partially satisfied by the religions under which he has grown and that more than offering a viable option towards a more harmonious life, fill him with hidden fears or close his reasoning capacity, to frame it within a fanaticism that They are nothing but chains to your mind and soul. This is the panorama presented by eighty percent of humanity.

We said that what is happening today is the fruit of what happened before, what happened before for this to happen?

The simile of the river.
