Now, this Ring-No-Pass, of the Blue Flame of which you have been told, has been established in the atmosphere of the Earth at some distance from the Planet and it is a real and living something ! It is composed of the living living bodies of the Legions of the Blue Flame fila row after row- and was devised after the lagged came from the other systems like the medium and the form by which the ten billion souls who use the earth as a classroom are prevented from contaminating the interstellar space with their chaos and discord. These Blue Flame angels are naturally those that belong to the First Ray and are Great Beings that wield an extraordinary Power of Light, Since there are no discordant vibrations in the entire Universe, except those generated by the evolutions of the Earth, these angels do not need to protect the Earth against such intrusion of discord from interstellar space because there is none there.
However, the discordant creations around individuals, the destructive thoughts and feelings-forms of the masses that dwell in the Earth's atmosphere and the effluvia that flows out constantly from them, form waves of energy mass Destructively that they sweep from side to side constantly through the atmosphere of the Earth - all are imprisoned (so to speak) within this Ring-No -Pase of Blue Flame.
Now, it is the joyful Service of the angels of this Ring-No-Pass to welcome and admit through this Ring into the Earth's atmosphere and from the various Radiation Foci (Retreats) of the Ascended masters on Earth on His surface and in His atmosphere (especially for the Semiannual Conclaves in the Royal Teton) to the Lords Solar, Cosmic Emissaries and Interplanetary Travelers, who may be passing through the vicinity of the Earth and are willingly to expand their own Light, providing such Service wherever required. Through the constructive use of your energies in the visualizations, decrees and songs, you have made possible, in particular recently, the attraction to the Land of Gods-Suns from other Systems who have responded to your calls and We have Ingratiated with His Presences in the Teton.
You will understand, then, that the Ring-No-Pass is not precisely an aesthetic band of Light, but is actually composed of Living Intelligences, Divinely alert and on guard at each moment of each twenty-four hour period. Therefore, there are no spaceships, "flying saucers" or occupants of them that could possibly enter the Earth's atmosphere with destructive motive or intention since even without this "ring", there is no Life in any form of this Universe that could I wish to do it.
So this Activity of the "Ring-Don't-Pass" of the Blue Flame is one that is very close to My Heart. He must remain in the Service he has been giving to the Earth for a long time, until the masses of humanity are taught to use their own life always and only constructively and that the causes and nuclei of those habits that make up the seven deadly sins, and their many ramifications, have been ruled out forever. Then, the discordant effects that have emanated from these causes and nuclei and that formed the veil of maya in the first place, will no longer be. Of course, because there is no barrier to Divine Love anywhere in the Universe, when you have group activities and come together in visualizations, decrees or songs dedicated to any of the Heavenly and Divine Beings, these Angels of the “Ring- No-Pass ”allow those harmoniously qualified energies to rise and leave Earth's atmosphere becoming a blessing for all Systems and then upwards, towards the Solar Lords and Beings in the Upper Systems.
In other words, it is “Ring” Protector is elastic and intelligent .. It is not like a brick wall or fenced fence, it is composed of Intelligences that have been trained in His service for ages and when the currents of Life reach the Victory of the Ascension easily passes through this "Ring" into the Ascended Master's Fields where they will dwell in the future.
Therefore, My Service is dual in appearance - "Home" pastoralism - to the currents of Life on Earth, and to protect the Harmony of the rest of the universe from the intrusion of the discordant effluvia of the Earth -radiation sometimes very subtle- not too apparent that its beginning-just when the "laggards" came at the beginning to use the Earth as a classroom.
