So one of the best techniques for this purpose is kabalistic meditation.

What is meant by meditation and kabalistic meditation?

The word meditate comes from the Latin word " meditari ", which means to consider. Also part of the prefix " med ", which comes from the word measured, and the verb " mederi ", which translates by caring or treating. From this last meaning comes the word medicine. In this way, the term meditate indicates in the first instance, an awareness or consideration of an aspect of reality through a measure, or rather a method; in order to heal or care for the soul. Being primarily an ancient mental practice, executed by scholars of all cultures.

Thus, in the Hebrew culture, the word meditate comes from the word Hitbonenut and means: contemplation, visualization in a state of meditation; so it is worth asking what will be displayed? To carry out Kabalistic meditation, it is necessary to actively practice, contemplate and visualize the Hebrew letters. So learning to distinguish them is a key point, since each one contains a specific essence that impacts the soul. Not all people connect with kabalistic meditation quickly, as it requires training and active visualization.

In kabalistic meditation, it is based on the fact that the human being has three types of vibrations: Electricity, magnetism and gravity ; which allude to the brain, the heart, and the liver (along with the viscera) respectively; where the energy of the letters and the Hebrew mantrams will flow through these areas. In this sense, kabalistic meditation, is a practice of mental contemplation on the Hebrew letters, through active imagination as a process of activation of the same, focused on the objective that its energy circulates in the human body, in order to obtain some benefit such as: Health or protect yourself from the influence of astral energies.

Steps for kabalistic meditation

Like all metaphysical practices, the present kabalistic meditation; part of a series of steps to be achieved successfully. Such are:

  • First, the person should be sitting comfortably, with the palms of the hands up on their thighs, the feet parallel on the floor and the back straight.
  • He will then close his eyes
  • He will breathe 3 times deeply, from the nose to fill his abdomen, feeling all his muscles relax and all tensions dissipate. With each inhalation you will feel how the body is filled with pleasant sensations and with each exhalation you will feel how all the unpleasant sensations are gone.
  • Then you will visualize a star of David or maguen David (shield of David) of brilliant gold color (brighter than the one in the image of this section). Soon, you will project yourself, your image imagining yourself as white light within that star.
  • Subsequently, once inside the shield or maguen David, you will imagine and feel that you go up a ladder to another higher dimension that connects with your purest part.
  • Immediately, you will see another gold-colored star of David in front of you. This you will put in front as if it were a movie screen, in which you will see a movie that covers the entire visual field.
  • Once being inside the maguen David gold and having another that acts as a screen, we project on it the Hebrew letters that you are going to meditate, white. It is advisable to start with the letter " א "
  • As the letter (s) are immersed, they will continue to be lit as if they were a fire from a candle, at the top of each letter. Then, each fire intensifies to unite with the others and form a single flame. Whose fire rises at the top of the star of David and goes out through its white peak, forming an arc that connects with the tip of your star of David and enters it.
  • Once the arc of white light (which comes out of the star of David that acts as a screen, penetrates your maguen David), penetrates your brain and illuminates it completely. Then this light with the energy of the letters already activated, descends to your heart and illuminates it.
  • In this way, once the heart is flooded by the white light that contains the energy of the letters; Go down to brighten your liver.
  • Then it goes back up to the heart by lighting it, and consecutively it goes up to the brain by lighting it. Immediately, it goes back down to the heart, and to the brain. This is done faster and faster, as if the energy is agitated.
  • Once this is done, the light is fired strongly by the skull, specifically the cranial sutures or what is called the “ fontanelle ” in babies, radiating light through the upper peak of the maguen David that permeates all your light and energy body and being, from head to toe.
  • Finally, take three deep breaths, and return to the here and now, gradually feeling your body.

Finally, it is very interesting to highlight that the word “ בראשית ” (Bereshit) that refers to the first part of the bible “ in the beginning ” or genesis, has the same gematrics or numerical value as the word Hitbonenut, namely: 913 . It can be said that kabalistic meditation is a beginning, genesis or origin ; to begin to know the secrets of the creator and the creation and the secret that connects us to it: ourselves.
