Could you explain to us at this time what your personal circumstances are like?

I dedicate myself to art, I am an artist to the core. I studied pottery and sculpture and in the end I opted for jewelry, but I love art in all its manifestations.

I am the mother of two beautiful girls and I am happily married to the love of my life that is American. Now we have just moved from Arizona to live in Sabadell, so we are still adapting to that change….

Tell us how you are ...

Well, that answer is variable, because it depends on the phase of life in which I am, but in essence ... I am cheerful and optimistic. I do not like deception, I prefer the truth always as much as it hurts, because the truth builds and the deception confuses.

What do you think are its virtues and how do you share them with others?

As I just mentioned, I do not like deception and I have also understood that under one layer there is always another, so the best way to get to the intimate Truth is to learn not to deceive ourselves.

It has taken me a lot of tears to see that in me, but with the Compassion tool I have managed to learn to observe myself leaving aside the mace of guilt. Developing tenderness I have found a path that allows me to enter and heal little by little.

Sharing is something innate in me, I do it since I remember. It is against my essence to find something good and keep it, I need to share it.

So, when I discover in my experience a new way of achieving our growth purposes, I share them in case there is someone who can be useful to me.

Explain some of your personal experiences, which one has marked you the most in your life?

Uff ... my life is full of them, but obviously there is one, which I call The silent bomb and is the death, in a car accident, of my father on the good night of 1980, I have 5 years old and my sister 1.

People's lives are full of tragedies, and mine had that one. That silent bomb swept with all the joy, the light and the color in our lives.

That event triggered others, and those others, others, and that was how My Life put me on the path that I should travel.

I am convinced that every human being comes to this plane to incorporate or understand certain things that he previously chose before birth. But for a person who has come to learn from Abandonment, he needs the experience that opens that door, and those experiences will be painful, for it is the pain and the need to heal him from where the solutions are born. People who do not have a need will never look for the door that opens a new path, because they do not need it.

Every pain, every altercation, every wound, every crisis is the door to a new path of overcoming, not only of the individual, of all humanity, for we grow together.

Based on your personal experiences, what values ​​or resources have helped you overcome adversity?

Without a doubt the self knowledge. From my life experience I have come to the conclusion that any spiritual path that does not go intimately from the hand of self-knowledge goes hand in hand with self-deception.

There is nothing simpler and more sold and spread in this society that the car deceived is really difficult to know, mainly because it hurts, it hurts to recognize oneself in the shadows and see what we need most to love.

But in addition this society promotes everything we do not need, what we are not, the self-deception, the needs of the ego and not those of the soul, promotes the complex and abandons the simple, and promotes pretending, pretending, hide and I, I bet for the authenticity of the human being, for supporting each other to grow, and for that we need to go through accepting what your brother needs to give himself for it.

I know many people who get stuck there. They reach a certain level of understanding, they see the progress they have made, the expansion of their consciousness and they self-deceive themselves believing that they have already arrived, they settle and stagnate. In your new beliefs.

While there is life there is growth, this never stops.

What do you mean by: "The secret of all transformation lies in self-knowledge."

When I speak of self-knowledge, I do not mean that we sit down and observe ourselves and do nothing else. No, that is only one decision, but it is the most powerful decision that exists to reach the essence of who we are, it is the key to intimate Love without conditions.

As you will see, I use the intimate adjective a lot, because I believe that any transformation always begins with oneself, in constant intimacy, from intimate marriage with oneself. Well, you can't give what you don't have.

Once you make the decision to meet you ... then the adventure begins, and all of you get going, the synchronicities, the "messages", your body, EVERYTHING gets to work so that you achieve your purpose. It is a non-stop, because the tests follow one after another, and also in stages, that is, if you have to learn to say NO, all the tests will be opportunities for you to get it ... and the Universe (or God, as you prefer) He has a lot of patience, a lot of love and a lot of tenderness for you ... so you will have all the time in the world until you get it. And if you can't, then they will give you a break and temporarily change from “subject”.

Anyway, no life is the same as another, and the tests will depend on your life plan and evolution. The more you know the less they can fool you from outside.

What is the new era or the new paradigm of Humanity for you?

It is true that for some time now there has been a beautiful transformation in humanity ... there were more needs and more solutions were sought.

But in reality that kind of titles sows separation. Some living in the old paradigm and others in the new ... the good and the bad, the awake and the sleeping ...

No one is fully awake and nobody is completely asleep.

Each new day begins a new era for the individual, each time a human being gets closer to his intimate essence, to his Truth, he elevates his own vibration and that of humanity.

All people are constantly evolving, whether they know it or not. The step that a human being takes without knowing it is less than that given by another human being knowing that he is taking it.

The only difference is that the one who knows it will go faster, it will flow because he knows the process and has the tools. For this planet to evolve, we must all do it hand in hand and take care of our own evolution, so the world changes, reaching our essence through self-knowledge and all that that implies.

But we must never lose compassionate capacity, for it is a gift of true Love, which does not set conditions for anything ... how many people feel compassion and tenderness for which "sows fear"? ... the "victim" is only half from that relationship, to heal the wound you have to love both parties, if not ... the wound will be repeated constantly with different scenarios and actors.

The one who kills and the one they kill forms an indivisible EVERYTHING, a unit that needs to be raised in its entirety so that it does not repeat itself. But we still have to understand that subject. And the best way is within oneself, knowing those two parts in us and loving them completely. I repeat that you can't give what you don't have, do you understand why self-knowledge is so valuable?

Do you have a personal plan or life purpose?

The more I know the less plans I have. I try to flow with my life and greatly enhance my intuition and my communication both with my guides and with my Essence.

The plans that I have personal are very normal, and my life purpose I discover with each step ... and the funniest thing is that the purpose of life of each human being ... has always been there accompanying them, and usually has nothing to do with doing great fair.
