Tips for a good sleep

-Have the head of the bed facing north, that is, our head will be to the north and the feet to the south, this is basic because we are a reproduction of the planet and our internal electromagnetic currents go from top to bottom, that is when we sleep we get in harmony with the earth, if we do not do so we will have problems not only to sleep but also in our general health.

- Always showering before going to sleep with warm-warm water, never cold, because we would get nervous, if in the morning we want to wash with cold water it is good because this revitalizes us and helps us improve venous and arterial circulation.

-Use one hundred percent cotton clothes in our pajamas and sheets to
Avoid static.

-Have the sheets and the clean room, scented with some aroma that we like, for example we can use lavender essential oil vaporized around the room or throw a couple of droplets on the temples or on the pillow.

-Dinner three hours before, at least, to go to sleep, avoiding meals
abundant and fat. Do not drink exciting drinks throughout the day such as coffee, coke, tea, at dinner avoid stimulating foods such as raw garlic, spicy, and eat sedative foods such as raw or cooked onion, lettuce, honey, milk.

-Avoid watching movies of violence or that produce you on television
emotional tension

-Make a relaxation practice focusing on breathing,
inhaling and releasing the air very slowly, forgetting all the problems and feeling as your body is flooded with an intense blue light, relaxing all the muscles of the body, especially those of the shoulders, the stomach-navel and the jaws.

- Just before going to sleep take an infusion with one or two tablespoons
Melissa soups in a glass of boiling water, cover, let stand, strain and sweeten with honey, you can also use melissa syrup.
