Dear ones, you are constantly receiving information about impending disaster through your media, the Internet and even through your channels. This news really has its goals, which are not the goals of the Light. The primary objective of this news is to perpetuate the energy of fear that has kept your planet in slavery for so long. While your hard work as servants of the Light begins to bear such great fruits, you find yourself living in your plane with others who would like to stop you. They can not. You live on a plane of free will and have chosen to experience the ascension of the planet Gaia along with it.
It has been written and told through many sources that there are two Lands, or Terras in formation. We know, dear ones, that this is difficult for you to understand while living in continuous space-time . It is not our goal to offer you any additional explanation about how this occurs. The two Lands already exist, because spacetime is an illusion, and all events actually occur simultaneously. You must choose to align yourself or not with the old or the new Earth. It's about where you, yourself, decide to align your frequency. This change, which is really a perception of yours, dear ones, has been well on track for approximately three years of your earth time. During this time you have been asked and advised many times to focus your heart on love, and not to embrace fear. These are more than merely inspiring words, designed to reassure you. The terms love and fear describe your own personal alignment of band and frequency. This is a conscious choice that you must make, dear ones. The choice is where do you want to align your own frequency?
As we have said before, your personal and planetary ascension is not a process dependent on your belief systems, but on the lack of them in reality. Belief systems give you much to fear. They also obstruct the path that leads to your own frequency elevation. As long as you keep your belief systems based on duality, on the concept of good against evil, you will keep yourself bound to the lowest frequencies of the energies of fear. Dear ones, as we have often told you, you are powerful co-creators of the reality you experience. There is not one of you who has not had something to do with the creation of what you perceive as evil in your world . When you condemn evil, you are participating in the maintenance of this evil on your planet. Why do you ask me? How can this be? The Universal Law, dear ones, says that you will receive what you focus on. When you focus on the evil that happens around you, you are perpetuating it! As long as you judge and condemn it, it will be perpetuated. Fearing evil, fighting against evil and praying to stop it, you will be binding on what you perceive as evil. Dear ones, this is the creation process that God Father-Mother has set in motion. Each and every one of you is in co-creation with God. Each of you has his own free will to choose what he will think, as it will be. Each of you is also subject to The Universal Law. There are no exceptions, for that as God the Father-Mother you established the rules of the game.
Again, I will emphasize, dear ones, that your ascension process is not based on any belief system . It is not based on fighting against any evil. It is only based on frequency and vibration, because it is your personal frequency of alignment that will determine the nature of your experiences. Now you are offered the option of aligning yourself with one Earth or the other. This is a matter of frequency compatibility. The frequency of fear is low. The frequency of love is high. As we have told you many times, love and fear cannot coexist in the same vibratory space. If your being is full of fears about the events of your world you, by default, will be aligning the Earth with the lower vibration. If you focus inwards, towards your own being, attracting towards it the vibrational frequency of the Love of God the Father-Mother, fear will disappear from within. You will align with the highest frequency Earth.
Dear ones, for the first time in the history of your Earth since the Fall of Spirit in matter, the frequency of love has vibrated again on your plane. You have projected it thanks to your own intention and hard work. You have asked, and the hosts of the highest dimensions of the created reality have answered you. The entrance of this vibratingly higher energy to your earth plane is actually what is precipitating the widening of the gap between the two Lands . There is a point of frequency compatibility where something will have to be resigned. Just as you cannot listen to two radio or television stations at the same time, you cannot live in two frequency bands at the same time. This is the truth of Gaia and all her ways of life. You are currently in the place where two stations converge, but none of them clearly reaches you. In fact, you will not be able to withstand the static of the transmission. You will have to choose between one or the other.
There are many incarnated beings on the face of your Earth that will not be able to align with the highest energies of love. They are the ones who are here on a karmic path, who need to continue to learn through lessons. They also constitute a collective unconscious that creates its own experience. Instead, others have worked hard to align with the frequencies of the Light. You are the ones who are receiving the frequencies of love in your being. And yes, dear ones, it seems to you that you are receiving contradictory information. Some of the messages you receive from the Spirit tell you that everything is fine in your world. Once they take over your beliefs, the belief that, indeed, there might be something to worry about, something to fear, is assumed by that fearful mind. Do not believe in anything, dear ones, that comes from another source external to yourselves. There is no truth outside of your own heart, of your own perception . Your own and higher wisdom will let you know the only authentic truth about anything. Everything you receive from outside of you is susceptible to filtration and alteration, to a greater or lesser degree. This also applies to your channeled messages from the Spirit. When you believe absolutely everything, no matter what source it comes from, whether it comes from someone whom you perceive as luminous as if you perceive it as dark, you are giving it your power . To the same extent, you also give away your power when you believe in what you think is good news. As they said on your plan, they are selling you a coupon redeemable for their merchandise, and that is not the way either. Your only successful premise, dear ones, is not to believe anything. Observe everything that comes your way with distance, asking yourself if you feel it true for you in your own heart. Do not leave control of your being in the hands of fearful minds.
This is important, dear ones, for those of you who chose the New Earth. You must learn to go inward and distinguish your own truth. Only by doing this will you be able to align yourself with the highest frequency of this New Earth. If necessary, when the news from your various media scares you, turn off your television, suspend your newspaper subscription, change your Internet homepage. All the information presented there is greatly altered. Dear ones, you do not know anything about what is going on behind the scenes of your world; Most of you don't even know what you want. Yes, some of you have to stay informed for some reason, and interact with your governments and other powers. These people have been chosen for this purpose because of their ability to rise above these fearful energies. They are not major among you. You have to get from the Spirit, with your sincere intention and your prayers, the alignment of your own personal frequency with the highest energies of love. Then! You must help throughout the process, disengaging yourself from each and every one of the activities that make you relapse into the feeling of fear. You must focus on what you are transforming more than what happens behind you. You must recover your power by bringing it from whatever keeps it locked, becoming a force external to your person and to the belief systems that reside within your own mind. You must stop paying attention to what is going on around you and focus on developing your own inner confidence and knowing your own truth.
You are, at every moment, choosing your own frequency alignment. You choose what reality you will experience. The reflector focuses on you. When you, yourself, deliberately align yourself with the energies of Love, you are also serving the Spirit in the best possible way. The frequency is contagious. For many eons, the frequencies of fear have been infecting your plane. Now the frequencies of love are entering it, and the long-awaited and prophesied change is taking place. It is the change within each one of you that creates the change of your external world. The new station is about to be fully operational. To the extent that you, yourself, are able to tune into this new station, aligned with your highest frequency, you will also be helping many others align. You will be emitting a powerful signal that others can pick up.
We know that some of you, who have read so far, still have fearful thoughts about what might happen to the world, and to them personally. Know this, dear ones: when you more clearly align yourself with the frequencies of Love, with so much more grace and ease your life will flow. Can not it be a different way. Judgment and tribulation are manifestations of the frequency of fear. If you, yourself, totally align yourself with love, it is practically impossible for you to suffer any harm. The more of you align love together in the frequency, with so much more grace and ease your planetary collective change will take place. You will not notice that anything goes wrong. Do not worry about the things over which you have no control, the actions of your governments and the shadow leaders. Instead, focus completely on your own self, and find peace within it. As much as possible, get away from any source of tension, antagonism and fear. Join with those that resonate at the frequencies closest to your own. If you see that you need to change your place of residence or personal relationships, do it. That which causes you sadness will also keep you in the lowest frequencies of fear. Even if you live on a plane of free will, we, in the highest dimensions, are here to help you in any way we can. You can order it, but you should always produce it. You must wish to rise higher than fear.
I have also been able to bring my own energies on this earth plane, in a way that had not been possible before . Has Metatron come to this plane to contemplate how a planet is devastated? No, I have not. Have I come to rescue you? No, I have not come for this either. I have come to help the brave incarnated beings who are aligning with the New Earth. My presence here is a sign to you that everything in your world is going well, that you have every reason to be cheerful and optimistic. It was you who asked me to come. I AM HERE to rise, not to see how you drown. You may ask me, what will happen to the old Earth ? The old Earth exists for those who are unable, due to the path of their soul, to embrace the highest vibration. These will follow their slow evolutionary path, one that will include frightening things. Embrace those things, dear ones. Do not look at all those things that go wrong in your life, in your world. This is how you feed fear, both putting it in and taking it out. The more you look at the things that are going well in your life and in your world, the more you will elevate your own being towards its alignment with the frequencies of love.
This is simple, dear, really. Everything resides in your perception, in your control. Things become very complicated when viewed from the perspective of the belief system and the fearful mind. You will not find any truth outside of yourself. It is your privilege, your blessing, and also your responsibility, to find your truth within your own being. You build that truth, dear ones. You will decide if you are going to fly between turbulent gusts or gently in gentle currents.
