Feeling PEACE is a privilege and permission that you give yourself. When you get ready for this minute of peace, stop, turn off your cell phone, take a deep breath, calm your mind, bring to your imagination a memory where you felt very happy and peaceful. Look at it, it's your treasure. Go back to that moment. Feel it. Focus on feeling the same as in that moment. See the image. Breathe and make the feeling grow within you. Stay here.
