Received through Direct Knowledge from the Higher Self
What appears to be bad is good, what appears to be good, is good and pleasant. From a higher level of consciousness, everything you are in this life, everything that surrounds you and happens to you, is perfect. It is the journey towards your own higher objective.
The immense reality that you are is expressed in this world through your body and your emotions.
Everything that happens to you in this life is the way forward for what you yourself crave from your spirit. There is no punishment, no evidence. What you think is bad in your life simply marks your path. When you have transcended that dimension, you will see it. Everything that appears to be stumbling blocks, simply defines the limits of the path that you yourself have decided to walk before coming to this life. You do not remember. You don't even know what is good or bad. You consider good what allows you to go where your ego wants to go and bad what does not. That is just the three-dimensional appearance. Any stumbling block is a help designed by yourself from a higher frequency than that of your human vibration.
Everything you must do you have to express through the human vehicle that represents you on earth. However, you don't need more than that, and you need all that to accomplish your superior goal. Everything that happens to you, everything that surrounds you (people, events) are nothing other than the elements necessary for the accomplishment of your divine task. You have no more or less than anyone. You have, like everyone else, what you need to move forward on your path towards your most sublime goal.
Enjoy the tour, because then everything will be easier. If you refuse to walk a stretch that has no alternatives, yourself, from another level, you will impose an element that forces you to do it by force, and that would be with pain. Walk your happy path of knowing that you are moving towards the Light. Do not look at those of others, because although the appearance may be different, the goal is the same.
CO-CREATE
In any case, if you want to modify some aspect of your life, you can also co-create a reality, but that will be possible as long as it does not separate you from your path. Therefore, the closer you are to your goal, the higher your vibration is, the more likely you are that your creation will take place.
Co-create means "create with yourself." There is no other being that makes judgment about whether or not the realization of your desire is viable. It is your Higher Self, You in a higher octave, who decides whether or not to project what is desired.
The closer you are to your goal, your goal, which is the same as saying “the higher you are”, the easier it will be to co-create, because you will be more free of obligations (karma), and the road will be already Ascension journey done, so everything that does not interfere with your mission, will be welcome in your life, and will interfere less the more evolved you are.
So move on, and make it into the most satisfying life possible. Transcend what is imposed and rise, free yourself.
CONTACT THE SUPERIOR BEING

To establish contact with your Higher Self is to establish contact with yourself, with that part of you that is not contaminated by human circumstances. The human lives as part of a society, and in that society there are some codes, a premise to live together. Therefore, growing immersed in it, it does so by identifying its growth with those signals.
The human will be valid in society if it has culture and a good economic level, it will be valid between the opposite sex if it has physical attractiveness, sympathy, intelligence, ... Then, it seeks the development of all these qualities to “grow”, being the optimum opulence in all this.
However, all this is nothing but an ego commitment. This means that all your human quest is towards these goals, so your concerns are all that remains to be completed to achieve perfection in these aspects. Everything that the human thinks, everything that worries most of the time has to do with his status as a member of society, that is, with the food of his ego, with the search for economic culmination, social, cultural, intellectual, emotional, aesthetic, etc. For all this, the human lives naturally with envy, betrayal, jealousy, resentment, ... Keep in mind, all these achievements are self-exclusive; As long as the other has the same as you, you no longer have so much (if the other is as rich as you, you are not so much anymore, if he is so cultured, so handsome, you are not so much anymore).
Okay, you live in this society and it is where you have to develop your human, three-dimensional life process. But if your intention is to establish contact with your Higher Self, then you have to understand that all concerns about these earthly issues, that any desire that instead of enlarging itself by sharing it, competes with the alien, so that it dwarfs you that the other also possess it (that is, everything that permeates your emotional and psychological world, therefore your energy field, of density), creates a layer of impenetrability between your human consciousness and your Higher Consciousness, between your human and your Higher Self, It prevents communication.
To contact your Higher Mind (the Mind of your Higher Self) from your human mind, the goal in the first instance is to free the mind of all those concerns that instead of making your energy flow, they contract it. Envy, anger, hatred, competitiveness, ... create a layer, a cloud, between your human and your Higher Self, so any contact request is impossible in these circumstances.
It also happens, moreover, that humans tend to seek the Higher Self just when they are more disturbed, when they are impregnated with all the worries that still take him further from Him. This is, of course, not the way to achieve it.
So if you really want to contact your higher Self, with your Divine Consciousness, with the One Mind that you are part of, you will have to make it clear of obstacles that prevent this communication from being blocked.
Relax, forgive, accept, understand that even what you do not understand is right to be and allow yourself to "Be", do not seek contact, just practice with these premises, with everything that frees you from density. Stop ambition for the material, this will come naturally, stop competing, winning is loneliness. Simply allow things to be as they are, release those (and that) that you are piggyback for not having forgiven (including yourself), allow the past to leave, and get to live your life without worries, without your mind becoming obfuscated with Competitiveness strategies that generate emotional blockages, and flows.
In time you will realize, not that you are communicating to yourself with your Higher Self, but that your mind is His, that the connection between your human mind and your Higher Mind is becoming more frequent, and little by little you will ascend until you vibrate longer in the subtle frequency of the Higher Mind than in the low, rough, painful, dense, of the human. Among other things, you will know that it is so because you will recognize success in those things that also make the other bigger, and not in that which dwarfs him.
