Healing with the Light of the Soul Or the way back.

What would happen if each “sick” person takes an active role in his healing process and from a spiritual point of view he helps himself and the doctor or therapist who assists him?

Among the healing techniques indicated by the Tibetan Master in one of his blue books is "Alignment and contact with the Soul"

"A superior and new method that consists in calling the soul of man to initiate a positive activity." one

The beauty of this method lies in making conscious contact with the soul, and not establishing that contact instinctively or automatically as in many cases.

If we start from the premise indicated by the Tibetan Master that: "every disease is the result of the inhibition of the life of the Soul" we can deduce that every disease expresses the need to release the energies of the Soul composed basically of Life, Love and Wisdom .

Conscious contact with the Soul not only allows us to heal all our bodies (physical-etheric, emotional and mental) but also leads us on our way back to our center, to what we really are: infinite consciousness or the Soul.

This method is a spiritual way to reach the fullness of expression of our bodies that is achieved by balancing the energies of the soul in and through them.

Healing with the light of the Soul allows an expansion of consciousness that will dramatically change (and for good) our perception of reality and the way we see and face the events of our life.

Now, "The Soul inhabits its own plane" 2, so to achieve this conscious contact with the Soul we must start by "rising" to the level of the Soul and this is achieved through meditation. In a healing meditation we can increase our vibration, align our chakras, feel our divine part and all this gradually facilitates contact with the Soul in a deep and conscious way.

Healing by contact with the Soul is something spiritual and is not religious, regardless of the religion we profess we can achieve contact with that part of us that is made "in the image and likeness of God"; and if we go a little further to the extremes, even an “atheist” person who only believes in him can achieve (through love) contact with “his inner power”, that is, his Soul and get it to start flowing life, love and wisdom for his whole being.

This method does not have to struggle with any other method of holistic or allopathic healing, but it can be done in parallel during our meditation. This method encloses the power of prayer (invocation from love), plus the patient's will and exercises the intelligent activity of the Soul in all his vehicle of expression or personality and just there lies one of the characteristics he offers us: not only can he heal physical illnesses, but also emotional imbalances (cravings, fears, bad mood, etc.) and also mental (lack of concentration, memory, etc.).

This healing will develop mostly in the future since the Seventh Ray where “the upper and the lower come together” is creating the conditions for everyone to achieve that integration of the Soul with the personality. It is certainly not an easy or fast method, quite the opposite, it is a slow but sure method, it is the slow beginning with the happy ending of which the Bhagavad Guita speaks to us. That's why if it's as slow as they say, why not start now?

And if we want to start, what kind of meditation do? That is a very good question because there is no fixed meditation for this, each person is different, with a different soul age, with bodies composed of different rays, however, a good start could be for example:

  • Calm and relax our bodies (physical-etheric, emotional, mental).
  • Contact our soul (and this is where the "like" varies most).
  • Visualize and / or feel like a “fragment” of that Divine Light of our Soul is filling our bodies with light.
  • Visualize and / or feel the light of the soul flowing freely and in balance through our bodies.
  • Mental Silence

I repeat every person is different, even making or coloring mandalas is a good start for someone who has no experience meditating and has a hard time "appeasing" their bodies, it would be important in this case to establish the "intention" to contact their Divine Spark and that that energy circulates freely through your being (healing it) during the time you are working with the mandala and then gradually start the method of conscious approach by meditation.

And if the physical illness does not give in? Healing does not always materialize in the physical, we must remember that there are also karmic diseases but it will certainly be observed how the emotional and mental bodies will heal and we will change our attitude to face life and even the same “disease”.

And you have to wait to have some disease to use this method? Everyone knows that the answer is no. We can start here and now to establish conscious contact with the source, with what we really are: The soul that lives in a body to express itself in this physical plane.
