Saint Germain will return to us this time to guide us in the principles of manifestation. He and the Divine Mother introduce them to the learning of precipitation, in the deepest levels of life where energy is exploding in form. Learn to create with your attention and intention, and sustain your creation, as it moves in a material way.
You can protect your creation by invoking the Brotherhood of Precipitation at the Royal Teton Retreat, asking them to sustain it, to add His sense of Mastery, confidence and spiritual momentum to protect the thought-form from disintegration, until its energy [ that of the student] has penetrated enough into it to bring it into the form. You can invoke the Victory Cosmic Being into action. This Divine Being radiates the Divine Virtue of Victorious Achievement and has offered to help you manifest your properly motivated desires.
The higher mind must be asked to print the atomic pattern of its design and ask the light to densify it to the plane of the 3D shape. True visualization is the attribute and power of the Vision of God that acts in the mind of man. When you consciously project into your mind a desire that you want to be fulfilled, you will be using one of the most powerful means to bring the issue to the visible and tangible experience.
After you make the decision to produce a certain manifestation and are satisfied with your motive, make a determined effort to obtain a perfectly clear picture of what you want to do and the directions of how to produce them better. Take your time doing this. It's good to check with the pillow! Be specific when you visualize your final Thought-form! Affirm your plan in words as concise and clearly as possible. Write it. Close your eyes and see within your mind a mental image of your desire or plan in its perfect and finished condition and activity. Now, protect your Thought-form against the doubts, fears, ridicule and discouragement that may come from yourself or others. Stand like a doorman at the door of thought, stay with the original design and resist any attempt, from anyone, to get you off course.
The mind was designed to create thought-form; The nature of the feeling was designed to nurture that form with constructively qualified life. Divine Love contains the power of cohesion that attracts the amorphous to form. Without the nature of feeling going through Thought-form, it would disintegrate and return to the amorphous. Hence, without feeling the forms have no sustaining power and do not become things. The life of a Thought-form is governed by the intensity of the feeling within it. A thought of sincere love that is sent to an individual usually takes the form of a small winged sun, stays around the individual, blesses it and then, just as you have seen a cloud disintegrate, ceases to be. If the Thought-forms did not disintegrate, the Earth's lower atmosphere would have solidified long ago.
The power to think creates the form. The power to feel full that way with life. These activities precede all Precipitation. There are many people who do not control their powers of thought and, thus, the forms created by their thoughts are undefined and imperfect. LEARN TO USE YOUR THOUGHT TO CREATE A CLEAR AND DEFINED PATTERN OF WHAT YOU WANT TO PRECIPITAR. THEN, LEARN TO GENERATE, TRULY, FEELINGS OF HAPPINESS, JOY and PERFECTION, FILLING IN THIS WAY THE CHALICE, WHICH IS CREATED BY YOUR THOUGHT. The faculty of the mind to visualize creates the pattern - or Thought-form - that remains immutable within consciousness. But a thought never becomes something until it is filled with the substance of feeling and the controlled energy of the harmoniously qualified life stream.
REMEMBER: THOUGHTS WILL NEVER BECOME THINGS IN SO MUCH THAT THEY ARE NOT REVISED WITH FEELING.
Thought is the expression of an idea - it is the shape, the outline, the cup. The feeling is the initial vibration that passes through the Thought-form and establishes the rhythm of the electrons within that Thought-form, which they [the electrons] follow obediently until the manifestation occurs. From the nature of the feeling arises the vibratory action, which is the breath or pulsation that gives life to thought-form. TO MANIFEST YOUR DESIRE, YOU HAVE TO LOVE IT WITH ALL THE HEART, WITH ALL YOUR MIND AND WITH ALL THE DETERMINATION THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO COOP!
Another way to attract energy for your Thought-form is to practice the power of the spoken word, called "decree." The Bible says: You will also determine one thing, and it will be firm. What gives the decree its power? It is the student's ability to VISUALIZE the Decree. This constitutes more than 80% of the power of the Decree, which means that they cannot make the Decrees so quickly that they cannot visualize them! The student's interest must be behind the Decree, and his energies must be positive and controlled if he is going to have results of a positive nature. So, to materialize a decree we need FEELING, VISUALIZATION and CONVICTION. We may wonder why it is necessary to repeat some Decrees or part of the Decrees three times. They have to use repetitive decrees with positive radiation that act as battering rams, opening the door to the perfect patterns of the future! When you pronounce a fiat or Decree in the Name of God "I AM" - that Decree lives forever. Why? Well, because it is animated by some Free-in-God Intelligence, an Angel, a Deva, a Cherubim, a Seraph or an Elemental; and those Beings use it and keep it in a lively and pulsating way for the benefit of the race.
The decreeing activity separates the Ascended Masters Teaching groups from all other groups in the New Era. Prayer is good, and so is meditation, which contributes to the spiritual growth of the individual. Both help create a beautiful individual aura that can bless others. BUT THESE ACTIVITIES DO NOT HELP TEACHERS! A Teacher depends on the return of the energy that is voluntarily and consciously directed to assist a group or an individual. The Decree, the Contemplation (eg the meditation together with the student's attention on the Teacher) and the Chants incorporating the name and special activity of a Teacher, constitute the kind of energy that a teacher can use. Of these, the Decree and the Song are the most effective. Short, clear and rhetorical decrees are necessary instead of long statements. We have to be able to clearly visualize what we say. This seals the Decree in the student's feelings, as well as in the conditions that need to be transmuted. Make good and rhetorical decrees, with short phrases, add your feeling, conviction and visualization and let the momentum be built!
Let us now consider another quality necessary for Precipitation, that is, the ability to concentrate. In the West, chela can rarely sustain enough a thought-form impregnated with feeling in an undisturbed stillness for a manifestation to occur. Students in the East were taught concentration before being given any Precipitation exercise. As you know, to focus is to attract a common center or focus, combine, intensify.
Hold firmly to the original design as humbly and selflessly as possible. Hold the PURITY of Thought - original form and do not try to constantly change it with every passing whim. It is suggested to start with a small project instead of a large one, since a large one requires a greater energy of life and effort to realize it.
Decree: "I AM" the Precipitating Presence in action and "I AM" the full manifestation of this desire. I ask that my wish be fulfilled in the name of the Ascended Master Jesus. Repeat this three times.
THE PRECIPITATION - "The Voice of I AM" - vol. 6.
The Law of Precipitation is the great Law of Creation and is acting throughout the Universe at every moment ... since every moment everything is coming out of the Invisible Eighth of Life, and becomes visible and tangible to our physical senses, it serves by for a while, finally dissolving and returning to the Invisible Eighth where it came from.
The water element is invisible in the Earth's atmosphere , then it is concentrated as rain. Once again it condenses again and becomes snow or ice; and after rendering the service he came to give, it dissolves, evaporates and returns to the Invisible Eighth once again . But it is always in the Universe, always was and always will be.
When, through his Calls to the "Great I AM Presence, " as an individual he attracts the Power of Precipitation, it is the same Act acting; but through the Call to Presence; Your Higher Mental Body discharges more of your Energy than you usually attract. As that Power accumulates; the manifestation occurs with increasing speed, until it becomes almost instantaneous.
When a person uses the Power of Precipitation, it is just another direction and special application of the Energy and Vibration Law. Whether that energy and vibration act through natural physical channels and that through its magnetic currents attract the use of said individual, the things that he is invoking the "Great I AM Presence" to give him; or that a more powerful magnetic current be focused by his Higher Mental Body to attract the thing he desires for use directly from the Universal Substance, does not change the action of the Universal Law of Energy and Vibration in the least. Everything is the same Act acting, but the amount of accumulated energy determines the speed of its magnetic pull and the time of its manifestation.
The almost instantaneous action of the Law of Precipitation through a human being is always a matter of the purification of the substance of the emotional body of said individual; because it is there that the person has to feel the Harmony and Power of the Higher Mental Body, and let His Magnetic Currents of Energy collect His Momentum before the thing to be precipitated can come into physical form.
All precipitation, instantaneous or not, is nothing more than an activity of collecting substance by magnetic energy currents, and then modeling of said substance in form by the pressure of energy.
When the Ascended Masters have said that precipitation was possible for almost forty thousand “I AM” Students, they knew what they were talking about because that Power was used by mass humanity in Atlantis, in Lemuria and in civilization in the Hyperborean continent . It was the original way in which all humanity was provided with food, clothing and everything they chose to use in their physical activity on this planet.
Jesus precipitated when he increased the loaves and fishes, when he turned the water into wine that, by the way, was not an alcoholic beverage. He also precipitated when he pulled out the fish with a gold coin in his mouth, to pay his taxes. Jesus said: "What I have done, all men will do, and even greater works will do." Cf. John 14:12 However, do not make the mistake of thinking that the Precipitation Power is going to be discharged to anyone for their "Great I AM Presence" or for the Ascended Masters. If the individual wastes his energy in various ways that create destruction in and around the emotional body and his world, such a thing is unthinkable.
INDISPENSABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Every Power of Life is attracted by continuous effort, the application of the Law and sustained attention to that Power, until the energy is concentrated in a momentum that acts almost instantaneously.
The right to use the Power of Instant Precipitation is earned, like anything else worthwhile in the Universe, through the purity maintained within itself, obedience, detachment, harmony, the invocation of the Master Directing Intelligence Ascended, discernment, Divine Love, Wisdom and Power in Perfect Balance, until these Concentrated Qualities and Energies build a momentum that crushes every human sense of discord and limitation, and lets the Power of God and the True Way of the perfection of Life act uninterruptedly and without any reclassification by the intellect and human feelings.
When the Ascended Masters instructed the "I AM" Students to invoke the "Great I AM Presence" and the Ascended Beings for everything that was constructive and required for greater perfection, service to the Light and liberation of the individual, they They were always clear and emphatic in saying that our calls would be answered initially through natural channels of the physical world, and as these channels became increasingly pure, the provision and supply would come faster and faster. So continue to accept them as the Precipitation Power in action, bringing the momentum of accumulated energy to the point of instant action directly from the Universal ... It is at all times the action of an exact use of the Law of Energy and Vibration, through the Activity of the Cosmic Light Rays. Remember also that the "Great I AM Presence" and the Ascended Masters do not discharge the Power of Instant Precipitation to anyone just to precipitate an unlimited supply of money to be used in the gratification of human desires of people whose feelings are categorically evil and selfish, or that do not obey the Great Law of Purity and Balance of Life in all things.
Just because individuals ignore many of the activities of Light, Energy and Vibration in the most Perfect and Major Octaves of Light, that does not change the Great Universal Law of Precipitation, nor does it take it out of the Universe. The Law of Precipitation is simply in the Universe, and is acting at all times to bring Blessings and Perfection to humanity; and no human being or all those incarnate on Earth can take her out of the world or stop her action for those who give the obedience required to allow her to act by making them the Call.
