Remember Dreams

  • 2016

Before starting this new installment on dreams, I would like to clarify, as if making a Erratum Faith, that what I have called It is vivid, are more well known Like Sue os L cidos, this is the right way to name dreams that seem real.

Now let's go to what interests us.

We will try to learn to remember dreams.

The interpretation of dreams is very useful in psychoanalysis and psychology, in order to elucidate what is hidden in the back room of our brain. Our rational mind, which controls everything, does not allow our true fears and desires to come to light; So use dreams.

Freud said that the best dream interpreter is one. No one better than one to know what is inside, yes, whenever you want.

In fact, our subconscious constantly manifests. It is like a caged animal that, from time to time, pulls out the head to be seen. And it does so through what we write, a writer or writer does not speak of a specific town, with a specific name; nor does it deal with a subject with a protagonist with certain random characteristics. What it really does is disguise, make up, polish, polish a reality that one day lived. Even a movie director. Even Goerge Lucas showed his subconscious, speaking of the "bad father" (perverse father figure) and the "good but absent mom", or put another way: Darth Vader and Padme. Did Mr. Lucas live a similar situation? Nothing is because yes.

A PERSON DOES NOT IMAGINE ANYTHING THAT HAS NOT LIVED BEFORE.

It is precisely, recognizing certain messages from our subconscious that we reach true Knowledge. And one way is to learn to interpret dreams, but first you have to remember them.

How to remember dreams?

Our brain is a fabulous machine. The headquarters of our body. In it, great ideas are created in an inspiring way, or mathematical operations are carried out repetitively. However, sometimes, you need to learn certain tasks, since they must be orchestrated by our rational mind. So it is best to repeat it until our brain integrates it naturally.

It is true that there are people who have the ability to remember their dreams easily and simply, but others often say that: "I do not dream or do not remember my dreams."

The question is very simple, it is about creating a habit and following it with constancy. This will help us remember our dreams more. Nothing happens if, as much as we do this practice we can't remember anything. Our subconscious protects us, better not to dream, lest we have nightmares or remember something that is not to our liking. It simply censures us, but it is a protective censorship.

We must also take into account that there is a certain type of medication that does not allow us to dream, although, as they say, there is always an exception in the rule, I know people who have still had a dream while taking sleeping pills. Of course, they are the least.

What to do? Very easy. First we need, as I said before, perseverance, then patience, a notebook and a pen. Or, better yet, a recorder, or that of our cell phone.

For example, we are one of those who never remember dreams. The first day we will not remember, neither the second nor the third. We can give an order to our brain: "I order my subconscious to send me a clarifying dream." Or an affirmation, Louise Hay: "I find it easy to dream and remember my dreams"; something like to "program" us. So every day.

It doesn't matter that at the beginning we only remember, for example, a street by day, we take a notebook or tape recorder and we dictate or write it down.

Little by little we will extend the images more and more until we have something similar to a story; dreams do not usually have a spatio-temporal order. Very important point:

NEVER LEAVE THE BED WHEN POINTING OR DICTING THE DREAM.

At least while we still have trouble remembering dreams.

Nothing happens if for a few days you stop dreaming, it's very normal. Our subconscious is very pillín and, sometimes, it makes mutis.

It is very interesting that you write down the date, as you have felt (in the dream and already awake). What time of the year it is, if it is at the beginning of the month or at the end, in case you find out a dreamlike rhythm.

In the case of women, write down in which period of the menstrual cycle you are, following the advice of Miranda Gray (author of the book “Red Moon”) and, of course, go to this page in case you have any doubts.

But above all:

CONSTANCE AND PATIENCE.

If you still do not remember all the dreams, I can suggest you take a Bach Flower, called Aspen. Work unknown fears

MEANING OF SOME DREAMS

(Afraid fears)

I do not pretend to be smarter than anyone, nor to presume to be an eminence in dream matters, because I am not. But a theme that has always made me laugh is the fact of interpreting dreams.

Putting one or two meanings to an image of our dreams is like thinking that we are all the same when it comes to managing our emotions, our reactions. For example: Dreaming with snakes can be horrible or not, depending on the person who dreams of a snake. If you don't like snakes you will suffer a nightmare, but if snakes don't scare you, you will have a dream that won't be annoying.

It is curious, because snakes have an immovable meaning, it is what it is and does not give rise to variations. But we will explain that later; We will see the nuances.

Those dreams that we all know, are immovable because they speak of experiences we have all lived. Above all fear.

Because, as I said in the first installment of this theme about dreams, they talk about fear and desire.

But let's talk about dreams we all know.

Although we will give a meaning to everyone's taste, stay with them, which are closely related to what we know as Atvic Fears. Fears that the human being possesses in his genes, and they come from very back in time:

FALL: FEAR OF LET'S GO. FEAR OF LOSING CONTROL

FALLING TEETH: THIS KIND OF DREAMS TELLS US OF FEAR OF LOSING. IN THIS CASE, YOU MAY BE LOSING FORCE.

These two are very typical dreams, we will see many more. And even these we will develop very extensively.

Think that each image that was given will be as detailed as possible.

I hope you enjoy it.

Meaning of Dreams: Letter A ”

There are dreams that are common to everyone, I would say even to the inhabitants of the farthest tribes.

We all have these types of dreams and, even if we are one of those who do not remember them, if someone tells us about them, we will easily recognize them.
