What is life for you? by Laura Foletto

In the previous bulletin, he mentioned the confusion we have between normal and natural. In my work with patients, I observe how many of their problems have to do with the normalization of assumptions that are wrong and, worse, harmful.

Most of them are the product of the reign of the Ego in society. Openly, the Spirit no longer directs or inspires any life or entrepreneurship. Everything we are and do is driven by material interests. Life itself is then an existential drama without substance and / or a consumerist superficiality. What happens to us is a series of incomprehensible and casual repetitions, as if we were leaves in a merciless storm. This supremacy of the Ego over the Spirit, of the visible over the invisible, of the external over the internal, gives rise to certain assumptions that we consider true.

Let's see some:

Life is action: since the Ego is an instrument of the Soul to carry out its learning on this plane, it takes everything as an activity to be carried out, without seeking guidance or internal motivation . Thus, it goes out to specify objectives that society dictates; to try to change others to the environment to feel calm and happy; to move meaninglessly or frantically to cover the frustration and believe that this is someone complete. With this, he covers or cancels what really makes him unique and truthful: his essential Being.

Life is a struggle: as the Ego is disconnected from All That Is, it perceives the world as a dangerous place and to which it is necessary to take out what it desires. The others are his enemies, his competitors, he has to have weapons to defend himself, he must always be alert and in control, demand himself and surrender to climb the ladder and not get over it. The metaphors are warriors and conquerors.

Life is random: since the Ego is myopic, it only sees what is near and does not come up with a comprehensive look that appreciates life as a sacred design in order to become a responsible creator; therefore, things caen, are dan, have misfortunes or luck, there are coincidences, but they are never originated by the power of free choice that each one possesses.

Life is duality: since the Ego goes from one extreme to the other, it cannot consider the paradoxes (the more we give, the more we have; stiffness and authoritarianism are signs of weakness; when you surrender, you get what you are looking for) neither triality (nor one tip nor the other nor the medium: a third position above, which encompasses everything in a sacred synthesis).

· Life is suffering: since the Ego does not understand that events are motivated by internal lessons, it clings to the pain caused by its ignorance and perpetuates it incessantly, instead of evolving and liberating.

This form of learning, through suffering, has brought innumerable misfortunes to Humanity. We have taken this modality to this extreme, this exploration of the darkness of duality, this immersion in a physical body. Our planet, in this dimension, is a great opportunity to create through a body, something enormously challenging, complicated, rare ... and beautifully complex, pleasant, varied, beautiful.

While learning from the pressure of suffering is a quick and efficient way to gain knowledge through experience, we have taken it as the only one and have exaggerated it too much. Just look around to see that the majority are choosing (without knowing it) to take the limit and suffer quietly or loudly their learning. We are in another time, one full of new resources and simplicity. Consciousness is a more creative, joyful, full, integrative and bright way of accessing increasing levels of evolution.

And who will anchor it in the reality of the Earth? YOU. Reading and doing workshops only bring the theory. Your Presence is needed in the here and now, your Being guiding your Action, your Love lighting the way, your Body of Consciousness leading change for you and others, your choice to bring Heaven to Earth. Each capital letter talks about the importance of being You, in essence and in truth.
