This meditation was conceived for the June solstice but I believe that the September equinox is an appropriate time to reaffirm with greater force and security our decision taken by standing firm on the spiritual path that we have decided to embrace in search of the truth, of our own truth., the one that our BEING claims and accepts as the path that we must travel in order to follow the light that will lead us back home.
It is our decision made with the heart and from the heart, a decision to Awaken, based on LOVE as the golden key that will open the great door that will be in front of us on December 21, 2012 .. it is time to accept what really WE ARE .. it's time to Walk towards our Awakening.

1) MEDITATION: ACCEPTING AND WALKING TO OUR AWAKENING

WE WILL NEED:
1 glass cup with water
1 white white or green candle
2 small quartz (the ones you feel, one will remain in your home and the other will be your offering to the earth before Dec 21, 2012)
Incense aroma you like best
White or brightly colored clothes
Ambiental music
Position yourself in a comfortable position, start your relaxation by inhaling and exhaling several times until you are completely calm, close your eyes and visualize yourself bathed in a beautiful violet light, who draws a violet gold star with your rays under your feet ... through it you will perceive the balance of your BEING with the five elements stripping you of everything that prevents you from flowing in this work that you are about to do ... feel your body released from any chain ... from any attachment ... from any binding ... the light of the Estrella will help you free yourself from all the unnecessary luggage you bring with you by facilitating the connection you will make….
Visualize now in front of you a beautiful column of bright white light that descends from the sky .. inhale the pure air of the column and observe how when entering through your nostrils it is impregnating with each light every part of your organism ... every organ. ... every cell ... every atom ... your body shines and turns into light ... exhale towards the spine everything that in your body is not light ... do it several times and repeat ... "I inhale light ... exhale LOVE "... "I inhale light ... I exhale LOVE" ... .. "I inhale light ... I exhale LOVE" ... you will feel in total calmness ... you must perceive a lot of peace .. total relaxation ...…
Now observe how a glowing and bright silhouette materializes in front of you ... it is your guardian angel or your guide who is present and while doing it by your side observe the presence of small @ ni @ ... it is your inner child who extends his hand with a smile, asking to merge with you again and fill you with all his purity, his energy and his love ... Angel smiles, demonstrating his joy, he extends his arms to wrap you between his wings with a warm hug that rejoices your soul.It is when you will see yourself in a beautiful meadow where you live the presence of nature in all its splendor Flowers .. Trees .. Rivers .. Your soul is that golden bridge that invites you to connect with the other shore where your Spirit is, your Divine essence and that today encourages you to remember and accept the new path where you must travel. walk slowly bathed in light, to your angel ... and you are now one ... they have decided by their free will to walk towards the path that will lead them to be part of that great EVERYTHING ... to that connection with the Divinity your BEING transcends and there are no fears anymore ... There is no doubt there is only harmony a peace Light and LOVE .. ..Now by your free will you have decided to remember and take the path that will allow you the infinite connection with The Divinity, with the Father Mother . Watch as you walk towards the light and then visualize yourself again in front of the column of light .. inhale and exhale slowly .. while repeating again and again I breathe light exhale Love Total calm and happiness, with all that experience of wonderful sensations you decide to open your eyes and you will take in your hands placing at the height of the heart the two quartz to impregnate them of the energy that expands from your heart .
