DAILY ENERGY ROUTINE

They are simple techniques that give results, and the more you practice the effects are cumulative. Donna Eden is an energy medicine therapist and teaches multiple techniques so you can carry them out.

Starting….

1) THE THREE HITS

Certain points in the body will have predictable consequences, especially in the energy field since they send electrochemical impulses to the brain where in turn they activate neurotransmitters (messengers) this technique is when you feel tired, and will help activate the immune system during periods of stress and increase your vitality.

Acupuncture points also called acupressure points constitute tiny energy centers along the 12 meridians and 2 vessels (governor and conceptor) the k27 located on the left and right side of the kidney meridian with important points that affect other meridians and They help increase attention and performance.

Duration of 30 seconds at each point (approx)

With your right hand locate the left point and with your left hand you will press your belly button for 30 seconds you can massage or give small blows. After 30 seconds inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply you change the position

Now with your left hand you look for the right point and give massage or small blows at the same time your right hand in the navel pressing these for 30 seconds.

Then you look for the point of the TIMO gland

The next point is related to the thymus gland. This gland has to do with the production of T cells (white blood cells). By hitting this area, the immune system is being stimulated and helps reduce stress. When we are in a certain negative emotional state, the activity of the thymus gland will be weakened, it will also produce a general deterioration of the vital energy, and a specific deterioration of the energy Meridian linked to that emotional state.

You look for this point as seen in the figure and give small blows for 20 seconds, remember to be inhaling and exhaling deeply.

VASO point or spleen points:

When you are extremely tired, and you have exceeded the body's limits.

Benefits: increases the energy level, balances blood glucose (sugar) boosts the immune system.

To find this pair of points one has to place the fingers a rib under the chest and repeat the tapping or massage in this area for 15-20 seconds. As seen in the figure.

2) THE CROSSED STEP

Standing, raise the right arm and the left leg at the same time. When you lower it, raise your left arm and right leg.

Repeat the exercise exaggerating the movement when lifting the leg, or when moving the arm.

Continue this step by exaggerating for 1 minute and breathe deeply, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

3) WAYNE COOK POSTURE

Order the chaotic and disturbed energies, when you feel nervous and confused. When your energies are everywhere, half hysterical and you can't stop crying. It will in turn balance the stress hormones such as cortisol.

The duration of 1 minute and a half approximately.

Rest your left foot on the right knee. Place the right hand on the ankle of the bent foot and the left hand around the ball of the foot or sole taking the fingers.

Inhale slowly through your nose and push your foot with breath, I will show you in a video at the last but try to follow the indications (so you can operate the left part of the brain)

And you do exactly the same with the other foot you support the right foot in the left knee, left hand takes the ankle right hand takes under the ball of the foot surrounding the toes.

You proceed to the same thing you can stay here a minute or 6 deep breaths, all the inhalations are through the nose and the exhalations through the mouth.

When finishing with both sides….

Now put your fingers together in a triangle and inhale 30 seconds later you bring the triangle to the third eye and breathe several times.

4) CORONILLA STRETCH

With the last breath of the previous exercise; place your thumbs on your temples, screw your fingers without scratching with your fingertips over the center of your forehead and then drag them firmly across the forehead until you reach the temples.

Now place your fingers on the hairline press and open slide your fingers out, then go a little further back following the centerline of the hair and repeat again.

It calms the nervous system, releases mental congestion, refreshes mental capacity, unleashes obsessive thoughts etc.

Duration 15 seconds approximately.

5) LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

Lymph is the liquid or transparent fluid that comes out after making a cut, which helps the blood to move and is full of nutrients, but also toxins if we do not help it release. And it has the function of releasing foreign substances and fighting germs, produces antibodies, lymphocytes and white blood cells.

Process

Along the collarbone massage the central inner part in circles, then move a few centimeters outward and massage in circles.

Bring your right hand to the left side between the outer clavicle and the arm there is a cleft point where connections and the pectoral muscle converge, and massage in circles from top to bottom.

And you do the same with the other side.

Now you go to the sternum in the center of the chest bone under the clavicles and massage in circles from top to bottom.

You return to the clavicles and massage again between the ribs of the pectorals.

At the end you bring your fingers down the bust or chest on the outside or half moon and start massaging until you put your hands together, you are massaging around the half moon of the bust (that area is full of lymphatic points that can also be very painful when you have toxins) until you reach the center.

In summary:

  1. Press the points on the chest with the middle finger and identify those that are sore.

  2. Use two or three fingers to massage firmly moving the skin in a circular way.

  3. Start below the clavicles, down the sides of the sternum, under the ribcage, the 6 points around the navel, the pubic bone, and finally the outside and inside of the thighs.

6) THE CLOSURE OR ZIPPER UP

This exercise is one of the most useful and simple to do, you take your hand or two hands to the pubic bone and imagine as if it were a closure or zipper go up all over the center until it reaches below the lower lip and do as if you were closing. This is to protect you from any discordant energy.

You can do all this in 5 minutes, or choose 2 or 3 exercises always ending with the closure or zipper.
