It is normal to find ourselves in moments full of anguish related to situations and circumstances, what differentiates us from each other is the way we perceive and react to these moments that test our nervous system and the attitude with which we live with the world interior and exterior; The natural thing is that these streaks arrive from time to time and sometimes a season is installed in our hearts and homes, affecting not only our temperament but that of our surroundings.

I can assure you that understanding these rags of anguish is not an easy task, clearly every day we receive more pressures from the outside world that somehow force us to get out of the flow of everyday life and give us the opportunity to implement the task of despair and get sick of anxiety or accept things as they are and allow us to flow in a state of serenity.

There are many tools, and each one gives us a different nuance of how to improve the quality of inner life? On this occasion, I share with you a very easy exercise; but revealing.

The Box of Liberation

How to prepare it?

  • Find a box decorated to your liking
  • Cut out a series of paper strips
  • A single problem, concern or dissonant emotion is pointed out in each band-aid and does not allow you to flow
  • Fold the strips and the guards inside your box
  • You put the box in a special place and leave it there until the next day!

Applications

  • Open your little box throughout the day (I suggest you do it only once)
  • Take one two strips and read them carefully
  • If what you read continues to cause pain or disgust, you keep it again and if it DOES NOT PRODUCE ANYTHING .. THE BREAK AND STRIPS
  • Save more problems or anxieties (same procedure above), and so on, every day!

With the passage of time the box of liberation will help you to create the habit of an attitude of serenity in the face of the dissonant circumstances that require decision-making and you will discover with astonishment that many of the things What you saved were simply unimportant situations.

You can prepare a special corner at home so that all family members have their little boxes, the corner of the Freedom of Emotions.
