Greetings dear ones, as always, we are pleased and honored to be in your presence today. We want to talk to you today about the importance of maintaining your balance and surrendering to the flow.
You are feeling the acceleration of the energies of now. These energies will only continue to continue their rapid progress. You are in times of great acceleration. They are ready for her and from the right point of view, they can be the most exciting indeed!
We understand that rapid progress can be a very disconcerting sensation for those having a human experience. Putting it simply, great speed and movement can be very frightening if you feel that you are not at the helm. And this is where we would like to help you today.
The only occasion when these energies will be frightening, my dear ones, will be if you do not use your abilities to go with the flow. The fastest way to ride the waves of events is to give yourself totally to the flow. It is as if you were gathered on the crest of a river that is moving very fast. If you feel terrified immediately about swallowing water and getting hurt and worrying about where you are going to end up, you will certainly end up hurt by the time you reach the end of the river. In their fear they may try to take hold tightly, fighting the flow. In that position they could be hit by all kinds of debris and feeling unnecessary discomfort. At least, they will end up exhausted in a futile exercise.
What if instead you got on a raft with your beloved spiritual family and saw the situation as if it were an adventure sailing in the rapids? They could raise their arms with enthusiasm and joy while navigating the choppy waters. What if your new mantra were: "Geez, what a fantastic trip!"?
What if they embraced wholeheartedly the wonderful new views available to you? Sounds like a much more pleasant experience, or not?
Those who are embracing the whole adventure will arrive at the pool of tomorrow with high senses and joyful expectation, full of joy and ready to have a wonderful experience cooking what the new Earth has to offer. Look, my dear, you are ready. His love and trust are his lifesavers. Your guides and your intuition are what keeps you firmly in the boat. You decide how much you will enjoy during the journey. It is your choice.
We wish to remind you again that the times we are in now are the times for which your being has been waiting, in many cases, for millennia to experience them. You have succeeded! Enjoy your fair reward! Finally the doors of the attraction that could not wait to see have opened. Enjoy it! Appreciate it! Rate it! You have earned a place on the trip. When they reach the ground, the new energies will be waiting for them, they can then assume their role as empowered and joyful creators of the new Earth.
Let's put it this way. It is as if you had been saving your fortnight for a delicious new sweet. And when they arrive at the candy store, someone tells you that it is called “ice cream” and you immediately doubt it.
What if they don't like it? "I have worked hard to save my money." What if I spend my savings for him and he ends up hurting me? See how ridiculous this is, my dear? We are telling you that not only can you have your delicious ice cream but you can also have “chochitos” and cherry on top.
Now, we understand that everything is fine when we talk about analogies, but you may want more specific advice. Let us give you some suggestions about what you can do to navigate the rapidly advancing energies.
First of all, remember what you know. You have worked assiduously to get to this place. Your being brought you here because you are ready. Do not let others make you doubt what you know is true. And more importantly, don't allow yourself to doubt what you know is true because of the old energies of fear and doubt.
Use your tools, my dear. At this point you all have the ability to balance yourself, whether through yoga, meditation, being silent and still, walking outside in nature, performing an energetic work, visualizing, etc ... Whatever works to center them. Make this practice a priority because it is through that practice that you will allow yourself to change easily with energies. We are not saying that they should use any particular method. If an activity brings you peace and joy and the desired energy change, that is all that is required.
Sit yourself. The rapidly advancing energies can cause feelings of dizziness, vertigo, difficulty focusing (both your vision and your thoughts), have difficulty breathing and anxiety. Staying seated will help.
Surrender They may have to be delivered several times a day or have a single large “universal size” type delivery, but it is through the act of surrendering as they easily enter the flow. And we tell you again, flow is the fastest, most efficient and most comfortable way to go where you want to go.
Use your dear guides of mine! Are you aware that there are guides to assist you in being balanced at any time? They are not afraid to use them! That is why they are there, and it gives them great joy to assist them during these amazing times. Simply call them with your inner voice and ask for their assistance, that's all it takes.
Honor yourself and love yourself! It is by loving themselves unconditionally that they will anchor the new energies that are required for the new Earth. Let your light shine. Treat yourself as if you were the most precious beings in the world because that is exactly what you are. Honor yourself with what you expose yourself and what you put in your body (what you eat). Remember who you are, and the important role that you are playing as a human being on the planet at the time of the creation of the new Earth.
Sharpen your focus. As things escalate and become critical, getting distracted doesn't help them. Focusing on the elements that are most important is the key to keeping things simple and using your energy wisely.
Dear ones, we implore you. DO NOT make things more complicated than they need to be. If you follow these simple steps, you will be navigating the energies with ease and grace, and by doing this, you will be honoring your highest purpose. This is all we have for you today.
