"Listen to what the Horses are ... Whispering"

Workshops of self-growth, personal evolution Guided by the Wisdom of the Horses.
Objectives: how to learn to Respect ourselves and Heal us through Respect for ... and the Healing of ... Horses.

OUR VIOLENCE

It is true that almost all of us are the victims of the victims, however we can stay in that role if we wish.

Today we all have the capacity of consciousness and we can change. Now.

Violence is part of everyday life in our life and in society, because this world we live in is a reflection of the violence we have received and that we receive through images and news .

Violence is also the expression of our fears, be they of the other, of the unknown, of the different, of the strange.

This begins to breed when we are young, at school, for example, when we laugh at the one who wears glasses.

The violence we project on the horse, or that we have projected, is often a sequel to the violence we have received through our education but it is also a form derived from the violence we absorb every day .

It is also the violence we use with respect to ourselves, and all this, we do it unconsciously.

Sometimes, we find no escape from our stress, frustrations, repressions, fatigue; the same happens with the negative emotions that are the result of our daily life: work, relationships, routine, car ... Finally the animal (dog, horse) that cannot communicate like us, or the child, or our partner, do not understand the why of our dissatisfactions and become the target of our accumulated violence.

These "starts" are like an escape to our frustration and our anger, to our vile desire to "control", to "submit" in order to silence our anguish and our visceral fears .

And if we cannot reaffirm our superiority, there is no better way than to download it on the weakest, the inferior ones, that is, on our domestic animals.

We have not learned to channel these energies either at school or at the institute for this reason we do not know how to manage an assertive communication of our emotions or our needs or desires. We simply reproduce what we have received, learned and seen daily. Often, the abnormality becomes normal.

However, a dog can turn against us and bite us, a horse can "jog cross country", get irritated, even bite, make us lose the reins and even "rip off."

The more an animal is mistreated, it will be less collaborative and much more dangerous.

Let us become aware of it with compassion and humility and… decide to change.

Learning to communicate with the mirror horse means: lower the rhythm, be aware of time, go slowly, listen, feel, experience, benefit from discovering pleasure or rediscover it, and also allow yourself to be in touch with the sensitivity of the horse and ours. Let us touch, get excited, for your sensitivity and your emotions.

An example lived with my students, co-creators of their own healing with the mirror horse.

Well, thanks to him we learn, evolve, change and heal.

Fear and Violence

During a course in 2008, a student from the group told me the second day that everything was going too fast for her and that she was really too afraid of the big horses, that even "mentalizing" with a lot of "will", she didn't feel ready To work with the big horses.

Well, I accept because I think that it is better for her today to be left with the feeling of pleasure and not with that of suffering, and so she can perform with a small group exercises of "manipulation" of ponies to handle her movements.

However, I don't want to stay there, we are here to evolve and I won't be able to help her if I don't give her the chance to get out of her "mental" and her "fears."

The next day, I take the time to explain that the purpose of your stay is also to help the horses heal themselves from the sufferings and violence they have had to suffer and endure.

If we work in conscience and send our “intentions” in that moment of group energy work and in “energy connection” with the horses here, around us, we will help a lot at the same time to the other horses that trot on planet Earth.

We work on ourselves the technique derived from EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique - emotional release technique - tapping) in order to deprogram fear and violence and reprogramming compassion and love for the horse in us.

The first step is to accept our fear and our violence.
We are "capable" of "piercing our fears" by going inside our soul to find all the love we have for the horse and the Animal World and reconnecting with force all our desire. Our choice is really to help them also heal, changing our skills first and helping other people to get out like us.

In the first place, we humbly accept all the violence we have been able to manifest towards animals - they are nothing more than the reflection of ourselves - (Energy technique derived from the EFT). Then, we deprogrammed on the different energy points used in EFT .

We humbly accept all the violence we have manifested towards ourselves and deprogram it.

Then we will choose together the best formula to carry out our choice starting today as:

As of today I choose to leave my fears behind and get rid of violence

And we deprogram our energy centers

As of today, I authorize myself to (or, I choose) to develop a relationship of trust with the horse.

I choose to create a bond of respect and security for him and me.

And we deprogram our energy centers in positive.

And HOP !, we project our reprogramming to the universal energy resource that will be in charge of the work on the other plants and that will transfer this healing energy to the others that are They are ready to receive it.

Later, I begin the exercises of Leadership with the largest horse in the group, a splendid and imposing black Frison, worthy of the Belgian legend of the Les Quatre Fils Aimont and yet overflowing with extreme sensitivity.
Three students do it after me, then I entrust the rents to the student who was blowing in front of the big horses.

And well, the result was: from the teacher’s hand

We all applaud this victory over herself. It was really a moment of joy and excitement for all of us.
