Exercise of recharging of chakras and cleaning of cells (1)

  • 2013

I show you this simple exercise of recharging and balancing of chakras and cleaning of the cells, which I have illustrated with my drawings to facilitate their understanding.

There are 7 chakras aligned from the crown to the base of the spine or coccyx. It is convenient that they are balanced because if any of them are not, it can not only affect the other chakras, but also our emotions, among others. Each farm is assigned a color.

The color of the No. 7 farm is violet. The chakra No. 7 is called the crown chakra. It is located in the crown, at the top of the head and is associated with communication with higher beings, with the Universe and, in general, with being willing that there is something beyond oneself.

The color of the No. 6 farm is the indigo. The chakra No. 6 is called the third eye chakra because it is located in the eyebrow, one finger above. It is the field of intuition, clairvoyance or imagination.

The color of the No. 5 farm is blue. The chakra No. 5 is called the laryngeal or throat chakra because it is there where it is located. It is the field of communication and creativity.

The color of the No. 4 farm is green. The chakra No. 4 is called the heart chakra because it is located next to the heart, in the center of the sternum. It is the chakra of the opening of the heart, of unconditional love, compassion and connection with others.

The color of the No. 3 farm is yellow. The No. 3 chakra is called the solar plexus chakra and in the pit of the stomach, below the diaphragm. It is related to self-control and will.

The color of the No. 2 farm is orange. The No. 2 chakra is called the sacral chakra and is located about four fingers below the navel, in the lower belly. It is related to emotions, reproduction and sexuality.

The color of the No. 1 farm is red. The No. 1 chakra is called the base chakra or root chakra because it is located at the base of the spine or coccyx. This farm is associated with security and the will to survive. .

An easy practice to strengthen our farms and clean our cells:

We will sit in a sitting position as in the illustration I have drawn or we can also sit in a chair.

We close our eyes, breathe deeply and as we relax, we will visualize a column of white light around us, which protects us during the exercise and dissolves all the negativity. While the white column is performing this function, we will place our crossed hands on each of the fields to reload them while we visualize in each of them their associated color.

We will place our hands on each farm, one on the other or just touching our fingers. We will start by placing our hands on the crown to load the crown chakra. Then, we will visualize a point of violet light in this upper part of the head, which is becoming more intense.

During the visualization of the color of each farm, those initiated in reiki can also draw the Choku Rei symbol on their hands and copy it three times, while visualizing how it is introduced into each farm. They can also draw it in the air and copy it three times and then visualize how the symbol widens and installs in each of the farms. Those who do not have any level of reiki, can continue to visualize the violet color in the crown of the head, while they feel that the field shines in violet and is cleaned or purified while our hands are placed on this field to strengthen the energy at that point.

Then, we will do the same with the next chakra, the third eye chakra, located between eyebrow and eyebrow. We will lower our hands to this farm and place them crossed, one on the other or just touching the fingers, between the eyebrows, to load the third eye chakra - as I have drawn in the image - which we will strengthen with our interior vision in indigo color and we will feel like its glow is as strong as that of a star.

Then we lower our hands to the next farm. We will visualize the chakra of the larynx, located in the throat, like a circle of blue light, which is strengthening and purifying, while our hands are placed on that area to give it light and heat.

We lower our hands to the next farm. It is the chakra of the heart, next to the heart, which we will visualize as a beautiful green light that radiates love and that which dissolves any trace opposite to this feeling. This green light shines and its brightness is so intense that it makes us smile. As with the other previous farms, our hands will be placed on this area or on this farm, as I have drawn in the image, while visualizing its green light.

Then, we will continue with the solar plexus chakra located in the pit of the stomach, below the diaphragm, whose color is yellow. With our hands over this area, we will visualize its light so intensely that it could be confused with the sun.

We lower our hands to the next farm, the sacred farm. We visualize the sacred chakra with its orange color, located four fingers below the navel, in the lower belly, where we will place our hands to work with this chakra. Its light is strong and powerful and we can feel its warmth in the belly and in our hands.

Next, we lower our hands to the next farm, the base farm. We visualize it as a red circle. Red is the color of the energy of planet Earth and now this color is installed at the base of the spine or coccyx, the location of the base chakra.

We have already balanced our farms. We now place our hands on the legs.

Finally, we take a deep breath and mentally send a bath of light light white, crystalline, pure, transparent to all the cells of our body so that it invigorates, cleanses and dissolves all traces of toxicity in them. We contemplate our happy, strong cells in their healing and restorative bath. This bath of light heals all our cells because they now smile at us and thank us for this healing and love exercise for ourselves.

The column of white light that we created at the beginning of the exercise will continue with us and will continue to protect us during the day.
