I still have a lot of questions about it and doubts that come up while I do this work, but I can see that, in those of my environment with which I have done some erasure and re-recording, changes in behaviors have been subtly and gradually observed eventually disappearing in a few days some kind of behavior that, the being of that person, considered negative for his physical vehicle and artificial personality of the same.
As in any healing protocol, at least those that I use, I let it always be that same person at the level of being or Higher Self who guides me in what needs to be healed, erased or re-recorded, because we do not know or have to judge the character, behavior patterns or behaviors of others, since we do not know if they are part of the set and desired characteristics for their evolution and evolutionary path, so, in the previous results that you see in my own example, it was not me (the David who writes as the observer self of the personality that I have) who decides which patterns to erase or which patterns to record again, but I accept and let it be my being and my higher Self who indicate it to me. It seems to me the safest way to deal with this issue and so far it seems to be the one that is giving me the best result.
