Power walk
In this event, Pachamama feet slacks, we will perform a Power Walk.
A Power Walk begins respectfully asking permission to the place and its natural guardians to enter where we are going to walk.
This type of walk is done in silence, bringing attention to the feet, making contact with the breath and listening to the beating of your heart.
Each person has their own rhythm and is following that rhythm as it is recommended to walk, accompanied and in contact with the earth, making each step sacred and respectful on the Pachamama.
By being silent and stopping the internal dialogue, we open ourselves to the language of nature, to feel our physical, mental and emotional body, to more easily notice the changes in energy, portals and beings that are along the way.
As we move forward we respectfully remain silent asking for the guardians' permission, without damaging or polluting the nature around us.
Although we walk in a group, the Power Walk is an individual experience, meeting with oneself.
When we reach the end, we remain silent waiting for the people behind us at a slower pace.
In the Power Walk we do not pursue a goal, learning is to stay awake (attentive here and now) along the way. Listening to the sounds of nature, observing outwards and inwards in silence, breathing the smells and feeling the energies.
