This afternoon another gift has arrived for you in the form of a new meditation. We will call it the Liberation Day through the Rainbow Bridge.
Dear ones, every judgment that is made, every responsibility that is assumed on someone else, every promise made, every relationship in which one enters, ties one and the other with cords of expectations, approvals, judgments, promises, commitments, conditions, etc. . If you could see from our vantage point, you could see that most of you are so closely tied with laces, that you make them appear like mummies, tightly wrapped with all the cords that tie you to each other for any reason.
This is an accumulation from past lives and in your present life. And it is causing them a feeling of being stuck because they are literally so covered by them that they cannot move freely. This meditation cuts the cords and allows them to be free of all those energies that no longer serve them for their highest well-being. You can repeat this exercise as often as you want.
Find a place of stillness, where they are not interrupted for 30 minutes or more. Sit or lie down if you want, with your eyes closed and in the position that is most comfortable for you. Clarify your mind of all thoughts. Take three deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling completely. Begin to relax all parts of your body one by one while inhaling and exhaling deeply.
Let your body begin to feel that delicious feeling of peace and serenity. Now thank the Creator for this beautiful gift of liberation and this message of love that the Creator has given me to deliver to you. Invite your Angels, guides, Ascension teachers, and your Spiritual family to join you on this journey. With your permission I will also be with you.
Ask the Creator to send a white light protective beam and watch it come down from the corner of the room in which they are meditating. This ray is entering through your coronary chakra, penetrating all parts of your being and now radiating and emanating through your body, filling and penetrating all parts of the room in which you are meditating.
Now they are protected and wrapped in the love of the Creator. Nothing can interrupt them without your permission. If for some reason this is not resonating with you, please put it aside, it is not time for you to work with this material, but for those who do resonate, it is that they are ready, therefore continue.
Ask your conscious mind to step aside and sit on your left shoulder and stay as an observer. Ask your Higher Self, the true you that you are, to emerge and integrate with you.
Now see your energies coming from your Root farm, up through the entire chakra system, and out through your third eye. Visualize that the self that you truly are re enters your heart chakra.
See yourself through the eyes of the heart, descending the stairs inside the heart chakra ... With your eyes closed, you are visualizing an entrance emanating and wrapped in light, and with a sign that says: TOWARDS THE BRIDGE OF THE RAINBOW.
They open the door and step through the threshold, toward a cloud of pure white fluffy light. You will find that you can bounce in the cloud and that she laughs with you while you feel the joy of the innocent play of childhood bouncing as if you were in your childhood bed. Your adventure is now beginning, get rights and realize that there is an extensive rainbow arched in the sky and another door that allows you to walk inside the Rainbow, to pass to the other side of it.
When you open the door and cross the threshold on this rainbow path, you feel perfectly safe, you are surrounded on all sides by the beautiful colors of the Rainbow, which are pulsing and radiating light waves.
Your angels and all those you have invited are walking with you. This rainbow is so loving and warm. Experience each color by continuing to cross it to the other side. They are nearing the end and the door leads to a very large field with beautiful green grass and trees. Now they are in that clearing surrounded by forests.
The accompanying Angels invite you to stand in the center of this clearing. As they walk to reach the center, they begin to see that many people are arriving and surrounding them in a circle. First they see one or two, and then more until there are hundreds, then thousands and now there could be millions of people surrounding them. Understand that each of these entities has come in contact with you during this life and during your past lives.
When you look at your body, you realize that each of these individuals is connected to you with an elastic cord. They are completely covered with cords and can barely move due to the amount of cords that surround them. The Angels are inviting them to begin removing the laces one by one.
You decide if you begin to remove them starting from the toes and feet, upwards. When you release each cord, it goes back to the person with whom it is connected. As each area is cleaned, it is being filled with the Christ Light that has been waiting so long to return to you.
Now they feel their feet and ankles radiating and pulsing with this beautiful Christ Light that has returned to its true place. Now start with the calves, knees and thighs, disconnecting cords and filling the space with Christ Light.
Then the area of the hips, waist, chest, and back. The light flows into those spaces and you again feel this totality that was once yours. Then they continue climbing in the same way, releasing cords and filling the empty spaces with light. The head and the coronary chakra are the last places that will disconnect. They feel so wonderful, alive and vibrant, now that all the cords have been removed.
Then you turn to all who are gathered around you. While you see them, they have tears of joy and liberation sliding down their cheeks just like you. They thank everyone, they are feeling that wonderful freedom and are thanking them for freeing them from those bonds that already serve us for their highest well-being. They say goodbye and they love them.
The angels guide their glowing bodies back to the door of the Rainbow Bridge and you return through it with a new lighter bounce in your passage, because you feel m It is light and bright.
They open the door on the other side and bounce off that glorious cloud once more. Oh, how good it feels to be free! They cross the threshold towards their present life. Move your fingers and toes and when you are ready, open your eyes. How do they feel?
