Julie Bayer Salzman and Josh Salzman talk to different girls and boys about their emotions and how they feel. This exercise will make you understand how good it is to maintain attention in children so that they are emotionally healthy:

It is difficult to express emotions at any age. And, it is an even greater challenge to discover for the first time what and how we are feeling when we are sorry or angry. This is why the duo titled this short film of only 4 minutes as " Just Breathe ."

Both created this video because they were inspired by a conversation they heard from their 5-year-old son. The little boy was talking to a friend and told him how his emotions affected different parts of his brain and how he had to calm down through simple breaths.

It was there that they realized that they had to spread this issue to get all schools to teach children this important social meaning.
