What a blessing we have today, also some sadness, but as you have discovered in your own life, each sadness has its joy. Every perception of darkness has its light. Energy Hygiene
So today, we have two talks in one. The first concerns personal hygiene with coach Kuthumi, or Council for This Dirty, Dirty World (many laughs)
I feel something like your high school coach, the one who has to say, “Soap well, wash your whole body, don't forget Mr. P and Mrs. V (laughs), go well by the crack and by the ears. Wash, wash, wash; scrub, scrub, scrub every part of your being. Stop, you are rubbing too much there. Move, move. ” I remember what it was to be human. Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm (Kuthumi sings while supposed to be rubbing, bathing).
Personal hygiene is very appropriate now - so much - but we will talk about other types of hygiene. I assume they bathe and wash daily, so we won't focus on that guy. But we will do it with respect to energy hygiene.
What is it about?
Well, first of all, it is, at one point, to start with the body. They want to keep it clean, as it is a symbolic act of the rest of your energy fields. It is you taking the time to bathe or shower, clean, cool.
As many know, it is easy to raise energy. It is floating all around us, and while this room is filled with beautiful angelic energy, it also does it with energetic creatures, energetic bugs, energetic parasites; all that hung over here. And as they become more sensitive and integrated, there is the tendency to lift those odorous energies throughout your body. While many other humans cannot detect the smell, the respective angels can. We can smell it in you.
So you want to clean your body, of course. But let's talk about something more important - the cleaning of the mind. The mind is like a huge energy field programmed and tuned to certain frequencies and patterns. The mind gathers a lot of garbage, as you have already noticed. Cleansing the mind can be easy through breathing; of breathing, yes. Spending a few minutes daily to conscious breathing. In doing so you allow the clean energies of you and the crystalline energies outside of you to wash much of the unnecessary energies and thoughts that are in your mind.
One way to do it, too, is to sing. It is also very similar to breathing. It takes them out of the mind, then the mind itself has a natural mechanism of self-cleaning, which releases thoughts that are no longer appropriate to your vibration and state of expansion. But when they stay in the mind, when they ruminate in it, the mind does not discharge itself.
So we have the breath, sing, and something else - very important, and I mean it - tell jokes. Do something funny, because you have programmed the mind to be very serious, very boring, because they become very serious. Well, they try to handle everything and they won't be able to do it, so let it go, now. Let it flow.
They are natural and natural beings in your expansion of energy, in your energy resolution. So, when they tell a joke, they leave your mind for a while. They light up a little. Some of you are afraid to tell a joke because you think you can offend someone. Well, look at Adamus (laughs). He counts (Kuthumi laughs) don't worry about offending. You are no longer in that old energy. They will not say anything without color. The point is, let it happen, let it out, get out of the mind.
That is a beautiful way to clean the mind energetically. It would be like rearranging all the files on a computer. It would be like providing more efficient methods of using the brain and mind in this New Energy. You will find that the mind can be faster than it is now, consuming less energy and generating less stress in you.
Next, there is your personal field of energy, which goes beyond the body and the mind. They carry what they call aura, your energy bonnet. It is what connects them and releases the old energy out of your personal experience. It is an intelligent but misunderstood part of you. They have heard about the aura, but they don't understand it. It is there. It has the tendency to collect a lot of energy debris, a lot of garbage. While they walk around there, as the Pleiadians have said before, they go to a business, being able to gather energy from other people. If it does not pass to the body or the mind, it often stays in the aura. They get together there.
Dark Chemical Energy
But there is another kind of energy that, almost oh, we would say of the spiritually radioactive type that they end up gathering, which causes them some confusion and pain. Since they are becoming more sensitive, they become aware that these energies are there and are very sharp. They have small hooks or spears with what they enter. Sometimes they penetrate the ethereal field and go directly to the body and mind. They are energies that call magic, witchcraft and dark arts, and you accumulate it in your energy field or aura at this precise moment.
There are several reasons for that. Some of these energies are old curses and black magic that you placed on other people in past lives. And the funny thing about all kinds of black magic is that it always comes back to whoever generated it. So you are feeling all that black magic that you put out there, curses, curses, of everything - returning directly to you, while your aspects enter. Don't be so naive when you think that all those old black arts won't come back.
They also feel physically attracted to other people. You don't necessarily have to be aware, but it happens. As more and more humans go to a beautifully misguided state of mind (laughs), that pushes them into a physical or spiritual disorder. They are somewhere between here and who knows where - here, the Earth; who knows where, other dimensions - confused and very lost. What they tend to do is throw what black magic arrows would say, without any particular direction, but think, who do they attack first? To those who are more open and who are increasing their vibration and awareness, which means you.
Let's take a deep breath here.
There is also a lot of deliberate dark energy, which they could call curses that assail them right now. As the Earth makes its transition to the New Energy, there are many Old Energies and aspects, cultures and civilizations that do not want to see that happen. Some are in the physical realm, actively practicing very dark energies. Some of them exist in the nearby Earth, kingdom where they are leaving this totally confusing energy on Earth right now.
They have an agenda. They are dressed in the old way. There is an underlying belief that they will leave existence s Earth continues its evolution. They are doing everything possible to prevent it.
So you are feeling all those energies, approaching but not very worried. What is also happening is your divine energy, the energy that comes closer and closer, filling them, one particle at a time, entering your energy field, your body and your mind. Its brightness is also felt and attracts these dense, very, very difficult and dark energies on Earth right now.
Now, although it sounds somewhat strenuous and difficult, and I see the level of anxiety shot at the ceiling and beyond, it is not really something very complicated. Not at all. It is only energy. That's it.
Of course, energy packed and sharp in a certain structure and addressed to you. But it is only about energy, and with only a small change of perspective, what you will find is that you will not be dredged by this Old Energy. They will not take you there anymore, although it is an energy that I came to you to serve you.
So, what to do? Well, you know that the first part of the answer is to breathe. So let's do it.
In doing so, incorporate those energies with your breath. Yes, do it; Do not resist. Stop walking by pushing and rejecting them. Having been masters of dark energy jobs - as we all have been at some time or another - and being masters of the New Energy, you don't have to try to run from them anymore. You used many of your lives trying to run away from them, because they used to be there. They used to work with them. They understood their potential.
When they decided not to deal with them anymore, they became afraid of them. They began to flee, to hide from them. The mere mention of them, of psychic energies, of extraterrestrial energies, makes them feel fear, and that closes their hearts, limits them mentally. Talking about the dark arts causes them to stop breathing, freezes them and makes them feel very small.
That is why I invite you to breathe them, understanding that it is only energy, knowing that you cannot do anything to them. No one else can continue to manipulate them. Your aspects can no longer control you. Those in the other realms can no longer pursue you when you breathe them. Oh, and I know - with this certain tension in the room - you say, "What if I breathe them and I turn dark?"
See, it is an old fear that darkness - these abusive psychic energies - has controlled them for a long time. So what they do is create the perception that they can do something to you that even when they open the door a little bit they will take control of you. But you are great girls and great boys. We know how energy works, and in just a moment we will understand how they can be totally cleaned; how they can have personal hygiene of all their energy fields.
So, instead of fleeing, blocking and closing all these energies around them - that try to trap them in the duality, in the suffering of the church, in the belief of karma, in the belief of heaven and hell, and how it will affect you one day - clean them, transmute them without becoming very mental. The first thing you should do is breathe - and I say breathe for real.
Do it as if you were breathing those energies, with nothing to fear, as the love and the divine within you know that it is only energy.
It is not about darkness and light, but only energy. That you won't control or hurt them. It is to serve them, no matter what illusion was created below - by those who are trying to create this assault right now, by your own dark energies of the past - it doesn't matter. They are there to serve you.
After they breathe them, they do something extraordinary. Imagine something - whatever you want. Just do it.
You see, imagination is one of the great gifts they have. Imagination creates reality and its sub realities. It is your beacon of light for who they are and what they are choosing to be.
Imagination
Now let's talk about the difference between imagining and visualizing. The imagination is open and free. It does not try to establish a point of attention and does not prevent the mind. You could say that it comes from the heart and inspiration of the divine.
I don't say imagine small; but big. I don't say imagine for the world; but for you.
You can imagine, even in this moment of Now. Some say, "but I thought imagining was for the future only." In fact it is not like that. We can imagine right now. Let's do it together.
Imagine that we are sitting on the top of a mountain, together, on a beautiful sunny day, feeling the glory of Gaia everywhere. Now let's imagine that we are sitting in a room, together, where we are sharing our energies and love, our safe space, our journey together. Let's imagine it for a moment. Imagine there is music; that there are laughs Imagine that there are Shaumbra connected to us all over the world. Just breathe it and imagine it.
In doing so, let go. Open up Let yourself flow creatively, dynamically in the divine energies. They have just transformed all dark energy, all stagnant energy, all assault, all. They have changed them, it's that easy. That easy.
You can imagine floating on a cloud, if you wish. Also singing alone with Yoham's music. You can imagine lying in bed before falling asleep among the beautiful worlds. No matter.
You can imagine having dinner a fine meal that you never tried. No matter. It is not necessarily what they imagine, but what they imagine. Imagination is your expression. It is you expressing yourself. It is taking your soul and expressing it, opening it. When they do, they come back to you. They return to your home.
You can imagine butterflies floating pro heaven. You can imagine yourself immersing yourself in a mountain river; no matter. You can also imagine suffering, if you want. But I don't know why they would. You can imagine in the shower, bathing. Whatever they want. It is about the transformation of energies that would otherwise torment, chase and trap them. Do not make it more complicated. Breathe and imagine.
Imagine that we are in this beautiful place that you call Shaumbra Service Center. It is full of natural water with beautiful energies - whatever you wish - can you let go and feel free to imagine, to imagine openly and greatly?
Take a deep breath and imagine it. I imagine them there. They are always there. They don't have to focus on it, which means not becoming analytical. Do not even worry if the imagination changes, flows and opens; If you change from one place to another. Free imagination frees them. This is how they clean some of that junk energy they have accumulated, which has been placed in your energy field. Some have even entered your body, and much of it in your mind.
Let go They cleanse themselves through imagination. That's it. Imagination. Once they dedicate themselves to imagining regularly, they will realize that it is also a manifestation tool. They don't have to focus on a lot of money. Or in specific parts of the body that are offline. All imagination - for example swimming in a chocolate pool; lying in a comfortable lounge chair with angels having fun with you and giving them grapes. No matter. Do not judge your imagination. Do not fear it. Begin to live it and clean your energies.

I would like to take a few moments to talk here about our dear friend, Tobias. Also to explain some things he never talked about before. We are changing our energy obtained here, so give it to us and with you as you do too.
Our very dear friend Tobias - so close to being born, back on Earth - is very worried. Even now his energy is very present here, because tomorrow he will be incarnating back on Earth, walking with you, sharing with you and imagining with hope with you.
Let me tell you something else about him. Each one of you here, each one connected to us right now has known Tobias in the past. They have shared lives with him in Lemuria and Atlantis, and even earlier times in the angelic kingdoms. He is not a stranger to any of us. In the final days of Atlantis, he had a name, but it was rather a title. It was Muir. It was what they gave him at birth, but it was rather his title. It means - in your terms today - Lord, the Great One. Lord as the Great Sage, the Great Evolved.
Tobias' love was known throughout Atlantis. Their competition with science, spirit, humanity was much appreciated throughout Atlantis, and they came from across the nation for advice, and healing.
It was, indeed, Tobias like Muir who led the exodus of many who are now called Shaumbra, from Atlantis to the temples of Tien.
It was he who helped us develop our own divinity and humanity. It helped us understand the blessing of life on Earth.
He was the high priest. The Lord What you will now call king, but not with the ego, not with the old attributes. There was no control; there was vision. There were no structures; there was a desire in everyone to work together. He was revered and honored.
In the final days of Atlantis when the armies of Azura Timu were close to the Temples of Tien, a memory that many of you still hold deep within themselves, it was Muir who Finally he said: We will sacrifice ourselves for the good of others. And it was he who walked ahead, surrendering. It was Tobias like Muir who died among us first in those final Atlanta days.
When Tobias crossed the veil, he carried with him tremendous pain and guilt for what happened. Beloved deeply to Atlantis. Loaded with that and every time I saw one of you cross across the veil, dying at the hands of the invading armies, it was Muir who charged with more pain and regret and guilt . Everyone who arrived made him feel more weight in his heart.
This is how life ended and Atlántida as we knew her.
There were small human groups that managed to escape not many, but enough - and there were those who fled underground, due to surface violence. Human life was not sustainable. The glass passages followed where life was sustainable, where there was no lack of sunlight because there was crystalline light, where oxygen was created by the crystals. Many of you may remember life below the earth's surface.
Tobias chose to return to Earth in his grief and suffering, to see what had happened, to live within what had happened. So he did it inside, deep inside the Earth for a long, long time, not as king, not as Lord, not as the Great One, but as one who was sad, one who was basically what they would call a peasant, a loner.
He allowed himself to live several lives of suffering for what had been done in Atlantis. And although the angels come to try to tell him: Dear Muir, you don't have to endure this, you don't have to suffer this, he did it. Many of you accompanied him on that.
About 5, 000 years ago, Tobias decided to emerge, return to the surface where life now prevailed - many, many humans had returned to the surface, few they were down - so he chose a life on the earth's surface. He chose the land of the Middle East - Israel, Jordan, Syria, Iran and Iraq - in the countries that you now know by those names.
He continued with his suffering but in a different way. He suffered for God in the name of religion. He studied religion. Initially, he did it with the pagan religion. Then with Judaism, studying each letter of each book that came to his hands. He had rabbi lives, one after another. I studied the texts, listened to the readings, because he was going to be worthy in the eyes of God. He was going to get it this time, because he felt he had culminated in his mistake in Atlantis.
There were beautiful moments in their lives, but also a lot of discipline. Much lack of the joy of life. He still felt guilt. That he had no right to enjoy it as it was. So he studied, worked and suffered, until his last life.
In his last life experience he was not known as Tobias; but as Agos. He found love and had children, loving the land around Galilee. I loved life once more.
While the story goes on, there were others who wanted their lands, who left him with nothing and put him prisoner and everything was taken the love of his life, the children, his land and animals. Can you imagine the dismay he had, feeling that God had turned his back on him?
The Ascension of Tobias
It was not until his final days in prison, almost on the verge of death, that he finally succeeded. Finally he released everything, as he told them before. All your beliefs. His faults and sufferings. Everything he had thought about himself would become.
Being so close to death, he didn't care anymore. I let it go. In a bright flash that can be seen in the Universe, Tobias finally understood four simple words: "I Am also God."
It all happened together. All the pieces fit. Love flowed and Tobias ascended.
He returned to his own sovereignty and according to he will be here in spirit to work with each of you, no longer out of blame for the Atlantean times, but in genuine love. His message of the last 10 years has been: “You can do it while you own the Earth. They do not need to cross the veil. They do not need to die. Nor go life after life of suffering. You can do it right here. They can simply or difficultly, but they can do it. ”
Tobias returned to his own sovereignty, and there are not many of those you could call Ascended Masters - perhaps about 9, 000; It doesn't matter - but there are not so many. There are many highlights; many angelic beings featured at very high levels, but not so many ascended masters - who accepted their sovereignty.
To date there has not been one who has returned to Earth, dear Shaumbra - who has done it in physical body. Never.
We come back to you in very different ways - Sananda, Kwan Yin, Maitreya, Afra - and the list follows of those who have worked with you, who are working with you now. They come through the channelers, the prophets and the inspired, as well as through each of you in your own way.
Sometimes, like Adamus, they come and manifest themselves temporarily as if they were here, even though they were not yet born. I have not been born again yet. Yeshua, Sananda, either. Yeshua died, and has not yet returned in physical body.
The Coming
But I, Kuthumi, would like to share with you that Tobias is in fact the first to be born on Earth, something he has never mentioned in these years. So it is my honor to share this information with you. In terms of Earth time, he is returning, returning. He will be here with you. That is only possible - only possible - because of you; due to the transfer of the quantum leap; because consciousness was at a point that could allow the true complex body to take place. Tobias does not return to save anything or anyone. He comes to be on Earth again, to live in joy and love, to live with the teachers that you are. But I know that he will remember who he is, for a reason - because you are here, now, helping to bring that energy - you don't do it out of necessity. They are here for an event of historical proportions - an ascended master being reborn on Earth - and it is happening now.
